This direct oceanfront 3BR condo offers unmatched views of the Atlantic Ocean while sleeping 8 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 also has a King size bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a twin size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. With decks off the living room, primary bedroom as well as bedroom 2, guests staying in Ocean One 405 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway, which was rebuilt in early 2025. The oceanfront pool also underwent extensive renovations in early 2025 with new decking & pavers, a new fence and the ability to be heated during shoulder seasons (most Likely in March, April, October and November). However, the exact dates that the pool will be heated is subject to change without notice and weather permitting. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One's amenities include a grilling area just beyond the pool. Oceanfront fire pits are located between the pool and the sand dunes and are open weather permitting during the off season. Unit #405 is only one block from Coligny Plaza, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, night life and entertainment for all ages. Also nearby is the Lowcountry Celebration Park which offers a playground, huge open field, and is the home of many Festivals and Concerts sponsored by the Town of Hilton Head and the Island Rec Center. Ocean One 405 may not be as updated as some of the other properties in the complex; however, it is a great value given the location, view and nearby amenities.

Love HHI

Love HHI! Ocean One is tremendous....only issue was that the condo could use some updates as the rental prices continue to rise as well.

Great location and size - a bit tired inside

The location is great. And the physical layout is great with three bedrooms (two overlooking the ocean) and three baths and a balcony looking out on the ocean. But the carpet is very old and has a slight smell to it and there clearly has not been much investment in the unit. There was only one outdoor chair on the balcony.

Be prepared for live music from the nearby Tiki Hut until 10 PM. We loved it but it might not be for everyone.

Disappointing!

VRBO & Seashore Vacations you should be ashamed. This is an old,outdated condo that hasn't been updated in 40 years. The loveseat sinks almost to the floor. The furniture is soo old and cheap that even Goodwill would not accept it. For what you charge for this rental VRBO & Seashore Vacations, you should have higher standards.

Beautiful view and access to beach

Great location. Beautiful views from both bedrooms! Could use some serious updating; old mattresses, broken deck chairs, peeling wallpaper, toilet has trouble flushing, water heater noisy, stained carpet, hair and grime in corners of bathroom floors. This could be beautiful place with a little tender loving care. We actually loved our stay despite the needed care.

Christmas at the beach

View was perfect absolutely beautiful, loved being right next to the tiki hut we could listen the the bands & sit on the patio. Room needs some upgrades but was perfect for us.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay in unit 405. I think as described " the unit isn't as updated as some of the others" There are some things in the unit that need some attention

Ocean one 405

The kitchen was very well supplied. We had seating room for everyone. It is spacious and has great ocean views. Washer and dryer worked great! Close to the elevator.
