The property has on-site gas grills and a large ocean front pool. King in the Master, Two Double Beds in the Second Bedroom & Two Double Beds in the Third Bedroom. 3 Full Baths. Ocean One is located just off of the Coligny Circle and Coligny Plaza where you can walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, plus the new Celebration Low Country Park and more.

Great Location- Nice Condo

Our Ocean One 324 vacation rental was nice. It had everything we needed in a location close to everything. We had an electrical issue and someone came pretty quickly. The floors could have used a deeper cleaning and the mattresses were a little uncomfortable but as a whole it was good for our family of four adults and three little children. Thank you!

Ocean One 324 - Beachside Condo

Overall, it was great! The accommodations were just what we needed and clean. The location was perfect!
The were a few minor things with the unit that need to be fixed or updated. For example, the chest of drawers in the master has a broken drawer making the use of the top two drawers unusable. The dryer seems to be on its last leg needing to be replaced. The drain in one of the bathrooms got stopped up and had to be plunged. But overall, a wonderful experience!

Family Vacation

We love Ocean One and this area of Hilton Head. Our condo was clean, comfortable and a quiet end unit. We enjoyed our patio, the location can’t be beat. We walked to so many things from Ocean One. Sunrises and sunsets are amazing here. We would rent through Seashore Vacations again

Fun Time Rain or Shine

We had a great stay in HHI! Unfortunately it rained 3-4 days of our trip, but we were so close to the beach and with our access to the pool, we were able to maximize our time. We even rented bikes regardless of the weather. Super easy area to bike, even with 2 pre-teens. We hope to visit again with better weather next time.

50th Birthday Getaway

The condo is in the perfect location, walkable to many places....restaurants, shopping etc.... And of course the beach is right there. The pool is great also. We had 3 couples and it was nice to each have our own bedroom/bathroom. I requested a slightly early check in time and the management company was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Spring Break 2026

We love Hilton Head and this is the first time staying in Coligony Beach. The proximity to shopping and dinner can not be beat. The condo was very spacious. Bathrooms were quite small but only had 4 people which made it better because we could utilize them with fewer people. The washing machine was not the greatest but all in all no real complaints. The pool area was great and so close to the beach.

Unit 324

Loved the Condo. Great location. Floors could use mopping and shower door in 2 bedroom was coming off and should be looked at. this Condo is great and would definitely rent it again!!! Love the Property and Seashore Management. They are very efficient.

Hilton Head 2023

Loved our location and the space. We had enough room and bathrooms for everyone. The condo had a lovely pool and was close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Ocean One 324

Location ideal to walk to most all of your needs. Condo could use some updates. Beach was way too crowded for early June. I did not like the crowd.

Memorial Day week 2023

The condo was clean and well stocked for our stay. Loved having three bedrooms and the bathrooms. Only reason I gave four stars on the condition is due to some updates could be made to the decor.

Great Location!

Loved this unit. Great location. Spacious. Kitchen well-stocked with cooking supplies. Loved the outside balcony/patio space. Only negative was bedroom carpets probably need a good shampooing as there were noticeable stains, especially in one of the rooms. That room also had dirt in the corners and behind nightstand. Not a deal breaker for us. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay!!

We love Hilton Head and this condo was exactly what we needed!! Plenty of room and it had everything we could’ve asked for! Location was excellent...easy walk to beach. If I had to pick one thing that could be improved, I’d suggest the guards have a little friendliness training...after all, that’s the first experience you have. This however, did not take away from our overall experience as I’m already thinking about going back!

Highly recommend!

Our condo had an excellent location, was well taken care of, and the perfect size. We were able to enjoy the beach and some shopping without getting in a car. This location was the BEST!

Great property with perfect location

We arrived on a Sunday and had no problem getting our check in package with everything we needed. Loved the location of the property! Beautiful beach and pool and easy to walk to restaurants. Only hiccup was a TV in the master bedroom that didn't work. Would not have cared except that it rained one night so we couldn't go out to the beach.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Ocean One was the perfect spot of my family. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The pool was clean and had lots of lounge chairs. Best of all was the private gate access to the beach. We could also walk to the restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza as well as to the Lowland Celebration Park. The playground there was amazing for my granddaughters. We had a wonderful week in Ocean One.

Family Vacation

We loved everything about this unit. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Very clean and a lot of room for the 8 of us. Staff was very nice and friendly. Excellent location to the beach and shopping. We would definitely recommend it!!
