Ocean One 323

We were there for a family wedding on Hilton Head. Our unit was clean and comfortable. The Seashore Vacations staff was wonderful. My family had a great experience staying together at Ocean One!

The condo is in an excellent location, right on the beach, walking distance from several shops and restaurants .
The condo is nicely furnished with everything you would need.
This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Ocean One. We will be booking again.

We have stayed at this complex several times as its location is ideal for us and are pleased with the amenities available.
This was our first time in this particular unit and though it was fine, we found that furniture and appliances are worn, and the TV's were problematic at best.

Ocean One is a great property for location. It has a pool, fire pits, outdoor grills, and walkway to ocean. Also within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. Staying on the the third floor is great for views of ocean however Unit 323 was a big disappointment. It was very dirty, the refrigerator and or washing machine leaked water all over floor, the second bedroom bathroom was a mess especially the toilet not working correctly and water leaking from the sink faucet. Beds are extremely small and uncomfortable. The furniture is very worn and the TV very small. I would never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and look for another unit.
The cleaning company did come back and clean again - it would be helpful if they would leave cleaning supplies.
The management company was very helpful to us.
Our complaints are only with Unit 323 not the property of Ocean One

The villa has a perfect view of the Atlantic and is clean . However, it needs to be updated. It is freshly painted but the furnishings are in need of replacing. One sofa is too dirty and old to sit or lay on and the foot stools are worn snd has rotten, torn fabric . The beds in the guest room creak loudly with any movement and should only be used by small children because they are so unstable. The kitchen is filled with unmatched , very old plates , cups and saucers of varying sizes and shapes. No matching place settings . The bar stools are unmatched and torn . Most of the lamps do not work . The toilet in the guest bath runs constantly. The decor needs a newer look especially the dark and worn carpet . This villa has great potential but it should not be on the high end rental market in this condition.

Ocean One was a great place to stay in a perfect location. Our unit was nice but needed a few updates. The air conditioning unit stopped working but was repaired fairly quickly. Overall I was satisfied and would stay there again.

We chose the least expensive rental at Ocean One. The beds were comfortable, but the living room furniture was visibly worn and had holes. Need to upgrade. The complex had just installed new doors. End units do not have side lights and can not look out to see who is at the door. They did not put peep holes in the new doors or chains. You had to open the door to see who was there. I was not comfortable with this. Need peep holes.

The pool and beach were super close and not at all busy. The condo had older furnishings and I had to clean sticky residue off the kitchen counters and table. So ultimately we had a great time and I would go back to the complex but not to this unit.

Unit is in desperate need of a makeover. Master bath in nice condition. 2nd bath was bad. Old tub, toilet & vanity. Vanity molded and rotting behind spigot. Tub disgusting. Slip & fall stickers are black. Carpet dirty in all rooms. Kitchen was ok. Newer washer and dryer. View obscured by trees. Furniture worn and dated. Furniture mismatched. Master mattress was hard. Twin bed mattresses just the opposite-really soft. If you are looking for a gorgeous view and an updated condo, this isn’t it. Positive note - kitchen had most things we needed for our stay.

Perfect amount of room for our family of five. While the unit could use a little updating, it was still very comfortable, convenient, and came with a great view of the beach.

My only complaint was the construction that began a couple of weeks before our arrival. It made it difficult to relax by the pool but, hey, still a great trip!

Probably my favorite part was the three gas fire pits near the pool. PERFECT way to relax on an early spring night! We will be back.

My husband and I were here to wrap up the summer with a relaxing week at the beach. Great location, very nice complex. Our room was ok. Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, and we tried sleeping both on telling and the twin mattresses. King is like sleeping on concrete. Twins the opposite and way too soft. Also couldn’t get the dishwasher to start. Fix these things and you have a good place to stay.

We didn’t have a car, so when we arrived we were dropped off at the condo location and there wasn’t a representative from Seashore vacations to help us with checkin. We were just fortunate to find a guy to ask and he was there overseeing cleaning of condos so he helped us get checked in with our code, etc. I would be nice to have someone on site to help us. Location and condo were great, with a wonderful view.

As always we appreciate Seashore Vacations assisting us with our rental. Ocean One is a great complex, will definitely rent there again. Ocean One 323, has had some renovation in the kitchen and master bath. Could use a fresh coat of paint. Please get new mattresses !

Location is amazing but decor and condo needs major updating!
Curtains no longer work so view is obstructed and if you use the fold out couch no way to close the curtains.
Dishwasher shelves are rusted and in awful condition. Garbage disposal does not work at all. Kitchen very ill equipped-no muffin pans, measuring cups and other basics you would expect. Door on the beach chair closet is broken so almost impossible to get chairs in and out. Parking is a HUGE dilemma, no one told us there was a 2 car max. Do your research and choose wisely. This condo rents for $2000/week there should be plenty of extra money for a spruce up on this co do unit!!!!!!

Enjoyed our stay last week! Found the master bed had very hard mattress and toilet in other bedroom was very short like a kiddie toilet! Loved All the storage especially shelves in the kitchen! Our fav location in Hilton Head is “ OceanOne”!

We had a relaxing stay. The views of the ocean from the Condo were perfect. The beach is just a short walk from the pool. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Nice walking/biking paths.

We enjoyed staying at Ocean One immensely. It was comfortable for everyone and a great location. We liked the living space and the couches. The bedrooms were large and well furnished. The kitchen could have had more bowls and utensils but was adequate. We will stay here again.

The view of the ocean is beautiful. Unit is in need of some serious TLC. I had friends stay in 209 - which had been updated and was lovely. I have used this rental company before and they are wonderful to work with.

The best feature of this condo was its great location on the beach in the heart of Hilton Head. Beautiful beach, lovely pool, shops, and restaurants in nearby strolling distance . . . it had everything that we were looking for. The condo itself was spacious, an end unit, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely choose this unit again.

We had a great time at Ocean One Villas. The property is located on a beautiful beach and we had incredible views of the ocean from our private balcony. The villa was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The property had a very nice pool and was within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants at an area call Coligny Plaza. Seems to be like the downtown area of Hilton Head... lots of fun things going on there

Nice condo. No problems. The outside furniture is not the most comfortable. Put on black dress pants and sat in one of the white chairs and white dust came all over the pants. Could not wear them the rest of the vacation. Table is OK the rest of the furniture should be replaced.

My family has stayed in Ocean One 323 for a number of years and we love it! It's a great location with wonderful ocean views! The renovations to the unit are very nice! The beds in both rooms could use some updating... The master is very hard and uncomfortable.

Weather was great, crowds were light. Condo was adequate but not a stand out. The kitchen was updated but that's about it. The rest of the condo was dated and the bathtub in the master suite needs to be replaced.

Being in Hilton Head was great. Staying in condo 323 was a big disappointment, the King bed was hard as a rock, the family room furniture was broken down, the couch was sticky and very uncomfortable. The condo needs a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The bathrooms also need to be updated, the as the age shows everywhere.

Overall very good place to stay, our unit needed some minor repairs (tub dripped, missing closes door pulls) nothing that hampered our stay in any way. We most likely will be back!

They treat us very well. We love the scenery and the climate here so 's great having a condo within yards of the ocean.

We enjoyed our experience staying here. Seashore Vacations was professional and easy to work with. Functionally the unit met all of our needs - everything worked and the location was very good with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen had been updated, but the rest was as the other reviewers have mentioned and needed lots of cosmetic repairs and updates. The complex was nice - but we would have liked one with a security gate and less tree trash falling on the cars.

The location is great! Can walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores. A short walk to beach, view from patios great. Easy picking up and dropping off key. Could have had updated patio furniture and my husband
said the king size mattress was very hard.

They have updated the kitchen, carpet and TV's. It could use some comfortable balcony chairs though!!! Overall, it's a great value for the space!!

THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN 323 AND WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. IT WAS SO NICE TO GET UP IN THE MORNING AND LOOK OUT AT THE BEACH AND THE SURF. THE PLACE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED BOTH IN THE KITCHEN AND THROUGHOUT THE ROOMS. OVERALL EVEN THE WEATHER COOPERATED WHICH BALANCED OUT MAKING OUR STAY COMPLETELY ENJOYABLE. HOPE TO BE BACK NEXT YEAR.
