This 3rd floor oceanfront condo sleeps 8-10 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, and two doubles in bedroom 3. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 321 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This light and airy property has ceramic tile or wood flooring throughout. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Vacation with 3 adults and 2 12 yo girls

Very nice! Pool got a lot of use from us, and the entire property was in great shape and was comfortable. Access to beach was easy, and made time usage flexible. Also, with security we felt very safe, and secure.

The property grounds were beautiful. The security guard was friendly and helpful. The unit 321 was spacious however very worn out. Mattresses were uncomfortable, flooring was lifting, couches were stained. Kitchen was updated as well as the washer and drier. A benefit was that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Bathrooms were small. Property was conveniently located to many restaurants but the beach was crowded because there is public access. Crowds of teens gathered at night.

Ocean one 321

We stayed in this condo approx 3 years ago and enjoyed it but this time not so much. Condo needs some love. Closets not organized and filled with misc pillows and not useable items. LVP floors with significant water damage in master bedroom and kitchen. Unsafe for Barrett and small children. Furniture cheap and uncomfortable. Master bedroom furniture made for a child. Many lamps without bulbs. Dining room light flickers and is too bright. Needs dimmer switches in kitchen and dining room. Dishwasher not attached to counter and falls over when loading. Patio table too large for space. Outlets in various places loose from wall. Wall art in master on floor behind bed probably to cushion noise bc the bed frame in not sturdy.
On a good note, the view is amazing and the kitchen is renovated and open! Could be a great condo with a little love and paint.

Family vaca

The property was very nice and spacious and clean. The Keurig machine was broken. We could not get it to work. But they did have an extra coffee pot. Some of the outlets along the kitchen wall by the sink did not work. There were a few lamps that were broken. Some of the floor tiles were sticking up and pointy. The location is great and walkable to restaurants and shops and the Piggly Wiggly.The only drawback is it’s too close to the tiki hut with the loud music. I like to hear the ocean and that was very hard to hear most of the time. Loved the balcony to watch the sunrise. The kids loved the heated pool. Other than a few things that needed some attention we had an awesome vacation.

Wonderful September Vacation

Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay at Ocean One 321 very much. This condo is up to date, well furnished and exceptionally clean. It is easy to access and has a very good view of the pool and ocean. And the sunrise and sunsets are excellent.
The rooms were well laid out, fully stocked, and met our expectations.
It is very close to shopping areas, restaurants and grocery stores. All you need is a short walk or drive.
We will stay in this condo again. It is very nice!

Beautiful Condo; great location

We loved Ocean One 321! The furniture in the main living space was so comfy. The dining table on the balcony provided a great spot to view the pool and ocean. All three bedrooms are comfy and the bathrooms are nice.

Beautiful Condo in Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay in Ocean One Unit 321. The updates in the condo, which included removing a wall and adding an island, were both beautiful and functional. The ocean view from the balcony was gorgeous. My only suggestion would be to get some new furniture in the living room. The sofa and chairs were in good condition but uncomfortable but did not detract from my rating. I would love to stay there again.

Very comfortable stay. Well stocked with needed supplies. Mattresses/pillows/linens good. Newly remodeled kitchen beautiful and had everything we needed. Main living area furniture is worn out and needs replacing.

Family fall break

The updated kitchen in this condo was beautiful. New appliances and cabinets. Adequate number of seating. We were very disappointed in the Master bedroom. The louver doors were on off their hinges and just leaning up against the wall. The owner’s personal belongs were in totes and took up the entire closet space. In fact, all the closets were full of old pillows and comforters. An extremely small 6 drawer chest was the only drawer space in the master bedroom.

Family Vacation

Everything was great. From the start of the reservation to our departure. It has been remodeled and beautiful, kitchens and decor. However I will make a suggestion. Two bathroom doors are in bad shapes and need to be replaced. The door handle on the sliding glass door is broken. The screen is broken and leaning up against the door. The trim around some of the floors need to be replaced or painted. The closet door in the King size room is leaning inside the closet. These repairs take away from the new remodel. It would be nice to have hand rails in at least one of the bathrooms for the elderly. My mother and father in law had a very hard time showering. These are just suggestions. I don’t mean to complain.

Beautiful island

We stayed at Ocean one unit 321. I booked this condo before I saw any reviews, some were pretty bad so I was a little upset if the condo was that bad. They must of did updates because we loved the condo, the living space was super nice, the bathrooms had to be updated and the Bedrooms were nice as well! The kitchen needs some work but would not stop us from staying there again. There is a rug out on the patio that needs to be removed, it’s full of mold and I notice that most condos do not have them. It also has a nice view of the ocean and pool!

Great Family Vacation in Hilton Head

We had a great family vacation in Hilton Head. Nice and clean accommodations and great layout. Would be happy to stay here again. The security personnel were terrific and the grounds were well maintained. The location was perfect. The only thing not completely up-to-par would be one of the mattresses needs to be replaced as it has a big dip in it.

Great location

This rental is in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a Tiki bar next door on the beach as well. The ocean view was beautiful. While it was too cold to swim, the pool was in great condition. All the bathrooms have all been nicely updated. The kitchen cabinets are little worn out but the countertop is updated. The unit is spacious and nicely decorated.

Traveled to Hilton Head for a wedding with another couple. We had a great time. Close to grocery, walking distance to shops and bar/live music on the beach. Unit needs updating and a deep cleaning. Great ocean view!

Great complex, condo has issues

We have stayed at Ocean One for almost 30 years and can’t say enough good things about the complex. Unit 321 has beautiful updated bathrooms and a great view of the ocean. However, the kitchen is not well stocked and there is a leak under the kitchen sink that has caused a mold problem. The beds and couches are worn out as well and need updated.

Weekend getaway

Great location. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. It looked like the bathrooms had been updated and were very nice. The only issue we had was the supplies in the kitchen were cheap and sparce. Normally we cook when we are there but we only stayed 4 nights and decided to go out. It was a good thing. The dining table also only has 4 chairs and they are wicker & uncomfortable. They had stools but there were 7 of us and we play cards at night and stools don't work. We had to bring the deck chairs in and out to play cards or sit on the deck. Overall the rental was comfy and fine. These are mere suggestions for the future.

Fall Break

Super easy working with Seashore Vacations. Loved the combination door lock instead of keys/cards. Well-kept grounds. Great bathrooms. Strange that a condo that sleeps 8+ only had 4 chairs at the dining table. Living room furniture very worn. Tried Local Pie Pizza (YUM!) and Sea Shack (delicious blackened tuna) while there.

Vacation

Room 321 No Cable Television. Internet password didn’t work. Had to call tech support to find that it was changed. All mismatched utensils and dishes. Obviously the owner doesn’t spend money keeping the property in good shape.
The resort itself was nice but only provided one trash bag, no liquid dish soap and minimal automatic dish soap. The furniture was stained.

Just OK. The little things count

Large specious unit with excellent ocean views, but a lot of little things that hold it back from being fabulous. Kitchen cabinets need repainting or replacement, broken drawer and loos knobs, paint cracks and wear spots, Bathroom counter is stained, bath carpet piece is old and needs to be replaced. MBA chair is stained and needs replacement. Another piece of furniture in LR, Doors on pantry shelves, etc. Also hardwoods are starting to show their age. Just kind of underwhelming for this price range. Bit not so bad that we would not stay again.

Family Vacation

We have always stayed in Ocean One during our vacations to Hilton Head. We have stayed in a few different units but this was our first time renting the 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. Our unit had lock issues that should have been addressed before we moved in. We were stuck outside of our unit a few times and resorted to buying our own lock lubricant. After a few days that did not work and a new lock needed to be installed. In the future locks should be checked, using the guest keys, before renting. Our kitchen was lacking in some pots and pans but we made due with what was available.

Would stay here again!

This was our first time to stay at Ocean One. By far one of the best beach rentals we have ever had. The condo was larger than expected and had a spectacular ocean front view. The only down sides were that the rental company charged $30 to use a credit card (bit much I think in this day and age when we use them so much). The funiture was dated and pretty basic; the bathroom lighting was poor. There was no hot tub that we could find, which would have been nice. But other than those few things, we loved the place and hope to return soon!
