Thank you for your review. We received your text message on July 23rd about the Keurig not working. We dropped one off and also left the old one because it was working as well. So now there are two Keurigs in the unit. Both working.

We just wrapped up a 7 day stay at Oceans One Villa #315. The 2 bedroom unit was absolutely perfect. The condo itself was very clean, perfect view of the ocean and pool. The unit is up to date and lots of kitchen supplies. Loved all the new appliances including washer and dryer. I couple things I would change is the amount of bath towels available. We have to purchase extra towels, but not a big deal. The only other thing that would have made our stay better is the pool hours. The pool closes at sunset. We would have loved more time in the evening at the pool. But again, not a big deal. The overall grounds at the condo was so tidy and clean. Loved how neat and clean everything was. We would absolutely stay here again very pleased with unit 315.

Our stay was great. We would recommend to our friends.
A few notes. When we asked for new sheets they complied very quickly. We think the shower doors in the main bathroom should be looked at. The inner door can easily come off the track. The toaster probably needs replaced. And when were we leaving the sliding door wouldn’t lock. Again it was a wonderful experience.

We've stayed at Ocean One years ago, but this was our first time renting ourselves. Ocean One 315 is a great location with a fantastic view from the living room. The description was accurate in describing updates to the property; the decor was subtle and pleasant.
Kitchen amenities are sparse, so make sure to check if you prefer to do your own cooking/baking, and the K-cup side of the coffee maker wasn't working. A fresh coat of paint would look appealing in the entrance/hall, and a couple of throw blankets for the couch would be nice (our high temp was 70 during our stay). The master shower had trouble draining, and the cord to the TV in the master bedroom could be secured to the floor to prevent a tripping hazard. It might be nice to have a bit more light in the double bedroom since we felt a little uneasy about opening the curtains facing the elevator area. However, perhaps the most important thing is that the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the ample towels clean and soft. The management company was quite helpful with our questions, and the location was close to shopping, some dining, and main routes to other sites. We rented bicycles and explored further along the beach as well as the beautiful trails within the island. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully make it to Ocean One again in the future!

From making the reservations, to receiving clear communications, and through the entire weeks stay at Ocean one villas unit 315 was a great experience! The location is the best in Hilton head. We were able to walk to everything we wanted and or needed. The unit is located right next to the elevator, which is only steps to the Oceanside pool and a few more steps to the beach. The condo was very well appointed and extremely clean. Everything we needed was already there. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is our third time staying at Ocean One, our second year in a row. We absolutely love this property. It’s access to the beach is so convenient and then the ability to enjoy the pool. It is always clean and the people who work there as well as those staying are friendly. We have stayed in three different units and have loved them all. You just can’t go wrong staying here. The team at Seashore Vacations are great to work with. The information provided before and during is thorough and clear. They are very responsive and courteous. You can bet we’ll be back!

We had great week despite all the construction going on at Ocean One. We were lucky as the working elevator was close to our unit. We had a problem with the thermostat (it had been locked) but it was quickly fixed by the maintenance crew

Very disappointed in this condo, it’s needs upgrades on so many levels!! There’s mold, mildew in the bathrooms ! Things were broken or didn’t work which the rental placed fixed. The toaster is so old it actually started on fire with flames coming out when I used it!! We would never stay there again!!

Great location and beautiful view! Biggest 2 bedroom condo I have ever stayed in. Beds were comfy and had everything we needed, but we did not cook much. Staff was very helpful when we couldn’t get TV to work. very easy check in and out !! Having beach gear delivered was fantastic too!! Only thing I can say negative is the Master bedroom has had some water damage and there is some mold starting to come out!! Would definitely get on that soon! Paint job would also be good in future. I would definitely stay again!! And hope to next year!

Just a few comments on the rental. If you are looking for a condo to view sunrises in the morning, beware of this one. We were there in late October and found out there is a tree off the balcony blocking the sunrise view. Plenty of plates and glasses available. However, the pan situation is somewhat pathetic. Most of the available pans for cooking should have been retired a long time ago.
Also, the toaster is not working. One of the ceiling lights above of the kitchen counter was also burned out, with no replacement bulb available. There was a hole in the ceiling of the master bath, appears to have been caused by a leak in the condo above. Other than these inconveniences, we had an enjoyable stay. We would stay again, bringing some of our own cookware and toaster.

Can't beat the location and this was one of the best floor plans I've stayed in with the 2 bedroom suites. Dining room chairs need to be replaced before someone gets hurt and the master bath ceiling repaired. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful looking condo and fabulous view. Very convenient location. As with any property, some improvements SHOULD be made. The dishwasher has rust in the bottom; I didn't use it. I showed that to Richard, the handyman. He ran the rinse cycle; the rust is still there. The bed is uneven and uncomfortable. A previous renter commented on this (about the mattress) I thought it would have been replaced! The drapes have ironing marks on them which match the iron in the unit; the iron is very clogged up. The iron needs cleaning and ironing board cover needs replacing.

Unit in dire need of upgrades and repairs. Furniture is heavily used and uncomfortable. Dining room chair leg came off first day. Mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced. Toilet in master bath made a horrible noise when flushed and caused air in the line to the refrigerator which also caused a loud noise while water was pulsating through the line. Worked on twice by resort rental staff but unable to fix. Was told to turn on the cold water in the sink prior to flushing toilet....Try that for a week! Safety bars need to be installed in bathrooms - tub is very dangerous for falls. Floors and counters were not clean. Linen was limited. No wash clothes at all. We finally received more bath towels and some wash clothes after 3 days. We were told there is a new owner. They need to focus more on upgrades and less on increased rental fee which we incurred this year. We have been staying at Ocean One for over 25 years and love the location but it looks like we need to find a newer more up to date property!

The condo was in a great location. Walking distance to dining and shopping. We loved being steps to the ocean and the pool was well maintained. The unit was nicely decorated but could use new mattresses in the second bedroom and the sink in the master bath drained so slowly it filled to the top quickly.

This condo was beautiful. Updated and clean. Perfect third floor ocean view. Only complaint is the kitchen needed more cooking utensils and dish towels/oven mitts. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was spacious. Bathrooms are very small. Bedrooms are roomy. Seemed to be equipped well, although we didn't cook a lot. The balcony furniture was fine. The condo furniture is dated, but was okay. The view is spectacular and the walk to the beach is very short. Cleanliness is an issue. At first glance it looks clean. But don't pull back a curtain or look behind or under anything. We never got the tv in the master bedroom to work. That was aggravating. Parking can be vey problematic in the evening. But we would probably return and do it again!

Reserving was easy! Finding the right beds for two couples is here - a king and two queens in 2nd BR. Cleaning team missed a couple items. Not bad enough to have them come in with Covid. The kitchen's cookware and flatware needs updating, especially non stick skillets (all were bad). We actually had to buy one. However the furniture was very comfy and the bed was too!

The location and view was awesome! The unit needed some repairs though. The main door sometimes would not close tight. The shower doors need repaired as they are very difficult to open and close. The skillets are in terrible shape. (We brought our own cast iron cookware)

The condo is well-furnished and well-appointed. The furniture was in good shape and was nicer than what I've found in other condos in past years. The kitchen was well-appointed, even having good knives, plenty of utensils and linens. The view from the balcony was awesome. I only have a few quibbles. The towels were plentiful but very rough textured. The beds were too high for short people. I am 5'3 and couldn't even climb up onto the tall master bedroom bed, so I had to sleep in the other room. The TV had no premium channels and no instructions if we had wanted to try watching Netflix, for example.

We absolutely loved the location of this unit. We appreciate the courtesy of the employees at Seashore Vacations. This was our 8th year staying at Ocean One and this was our best experience yet! We loved everything about the unit. It was perfect for us. We found ourselves not wanting to leave the property as much as we enjoyed grilling out and our ocean view. property is well suited to our needs and quite satisfactory but recent price increases are getting
too expensive. This year we had to pay double what we paid on our last visit in 2015. If this is being justified by the addition of WiFi, its not worth it. The new refrigerator either froze our eggs or was running too hot. The door bell did not work.

We have a wonderful time as first-time visitors to Hilton Head Island. Found it strange we had to pay to go onto the South end of the island to go shopping and enjoy lunch at Salty Dog, well worth the $8. The condo was perfect, well stocked, clean, etc. I would suggest having a fan available for guests to use in the event the air conditioning goes out like it did for us for two days. Our family enjoyed our stay at Ocean One. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and was bigger than I was expecting. The location was great. We enjoyed being right on the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The kids went in the pool everyday. It was not heated but the kids didn’t care. Too cold for most of the adults there. We went miniature golfing, did a kayak trip, toured Honeyhorn plantation and enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head. Unfortunately they were remodeling the condo below us, so we had construction sounds most of the time and too late into the night. We still had a great time and would come back again.

I love the location of Ocean One and have been staying here for the past 20 years. Seashore Vacations is the best in my opinion. I have stayed in several different condos over the years and all of them have been clean and well taken care of. This condo, 315, is well furnished and looks very nice, but the mattress in the small bedroom is horrible and it certainly needs to be replaced. Aside from that, vacation in Hilton Head was wonderful, as usual.

The property description was just as described by Lynn, it was clean and well maintained. Loved the view and location. We walked to Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, entertainment and groceries. My only complaint was they need to spray the unit more often. We encountered a few uninvited guest. Overall the unit was great and comfortable and I would rent it again.

The condo was very accomodating. The managing agency was very professional and accomodating.

My only complaint is that we had a knock on our door at 9:30 am from housekeeping on the day of check out asking when we were going to leave. This occurred three different times, with the third time (it was now 10:30 am) the gentleman walked into the condo as I opened the door. I did overhear another housekeeper telling him this is against policy. He made me feel very uncomfortable.

Our Condo was In a perfect location and the view of the ocean from our balcony was excellent to say the least. The staff at Seashore Vacations were both pleasant, helpful and made us feel like we were at home. With this being our third time on the island we ventured out to explore different areas and were not disappointed. The restaurants were great, the shopping was fantastic according to my wife and as always the weather was beatiful . As we departed Hilton Head we were already starting to plan our next trip back and counting the days until our return.

Another great stay at Ocean One. Condo was beautiful. Owners have done a great job with updates and making it a first choice for renting. Love the full size shower and the open kitchen. Only negative and not a biggie is ice maker not functioning. We flew in so we left two beach chairs for all to enjoy. Thanks to the owners and Seashore for another AWESOME vacation.

We stayed with our young adult daughters and found the unit and its location to be perfect! The unit is spacious and the kitchen has everything. Our daughters enjoyed the bands at the Tiki Bar next door and everyone loved waking up and having our coffee overlooking the pool and ocean! We will certainly be back!

The Ocean One complex is in a fantastic location and the grounds are kept in prestine condition. Our unit was decorated very well and the overall condition was very nice. We had a few needs arise with some minor issues and the staff at Seahore Vacations were exceptional. They took care of everything in a timely manner, were friendly, polite and a joy to deal with. My wife and I are already starting to discuss our plans for next year and hope to stay at least two weeks our next time on the Island. Our only negative comments are that there was definately a insect problem in the unit that needs to be handled. I understand that you have insect problems in the south but I had to kill four cockroaches during the week which does not reflect very well on the overall cleanliness of the unit. The only other minor issue was the that the area rug was stained and very dirty which took away from a lovely decorated unit.

My husband & I stayed for 1 week with our 4 children plus our oldest daughters friend. There was more than enough room for all of us. Our condo was very clean, newly remodeled and had a great view of the pool & beach. There wasn't anything we would've changed. We can't wait until our next visit & are even thinking about staying longer!! Very pleased...

The rental unit was beautiful, but the carpets, especially the living room could have used a good cleaning; many spots.

Ocean One is a great place for families, but we also and love it because the property maintenance crew always does a nice job in keeping the hallways, stairs and breezeways very sanitized.

Carpets are regulary cleaned through out the season, however it is not always possible the have them cleaned between guests checking out and checking in. We were able to schedule Ocean One 315 carpets cleaned on June 22nd.

Great Location! Ocean One 315 was awesome place to stay. I will definitely ask to stay there again! The only complaint was that I wished that the pool opened earlier maybe at 9:00 instead of 10:00 for the early risers and children.
