Beautiful condo & great location. A couple of things need changing.Pillows in bedrooms need changing new coffee pots are needed.

Awesome place!! A few suggestions for the owner: Replace Keurig as it did not work, and kept shutting down. Upgrade master bedroom mattress and bedding. Replace dated wicker night stand. Rocking chair in living room is on its last legs.

The property was very clean and the location was great. It was located near many shops and restaurants that were within walking distance. The manager was very prompt to answer any questions that we had. Overall, our stay was relaxing, and the view of the ocean was outstanding. We will be back!

This was our second year staying in this particular unit. Last year we had issues with the palmetto bugs and I was hoping it was going to be better this year. We killed three massive palmetto bugs within 5 minutes of being in the unit and killed 13 altogether during our stay. It is gross. There was three other families we were with that were staying at other units at Ocean One and they did not have that issue. We love the location but will not be staying in that particular unit ever again. There was also a huge wad of hair on the shower wall and you could tell that under the beds had not been cleaned in a long time. I would give a 5 star to the overall property and pool and grill area but would give a 3 star to the unit. I would recommend Ocean One to a friend but not that particular unit.

Overall experience was very good for three Senior couples. One bedroom needs the wall fan repaired as it did not rotate. Unit could use brighter lighting (lamps) throughout. Other main issue addressed promptly by Seashore team.

Seamless rental experience from reservation, payments, check-in, beach gear rental, and check-out. Loved the heated pool and grilled out twice during our stay. Couldn't have been better!

It was well located, clean, and comfortable. All of the appliances worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking since we liked to eat in frequently. Our guests were comfortable. We very much enjoyed looking out at the ocean.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was lovely. We enjoyed the additions of the fans in the rooms, they helped our children sleep. All the accommodations were well appointed (The table in the back bedroom closest to the main hallway had a bedside table with a broken leg). My family has been staying at Ocean One and using Seashore Vacations since my parents were in college in the 80s,and it’s always a great time. Love seashore vacations!

The property was in an amazing location to both the beach and Coligny Plaza. The setup of the condo was perfect for our group. There was quite a bit of dust throughout the property that seemed like it had not been cleaned very thoroughly in a while. The pool area was very nice and well maintained.

This condo and location had everything that was needed. If you didn't want to you could park your car and not have to drive the entire time you were on vacation. The pool, condo and beach were all perfect. Easy assess with little kids.

Perfect location , the unit was ok, in the master bedroom there is mold growing all over the shower curtain and the decorative shower curtain I would definitely replace asap , the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade , location and services from property management were great , unit could also use a set of matching dishes and bowls .

Terrific lication; oceanfront condo. Having been in the beach condo rental business, there were some small things that could have easily been upgraded. Not enough hangers in the closets ( queen room for 2 adults only had 6 hangers). There was no tea kettle. Toilet seat / cover in Queen room was old and black marks showing through. The TV's were impossible to work. Batteries were either dead or there was a communication issue. We ended up watching foitball and movie on our laptops. None of these are big ticket items and could easily be remedied. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom wad a plus.

Been renting condos at Ocean One HHI for 37 years, HHI never fails for our large group vacation!
We mostly have rented from Seashore vacations over the years which have been easy to work with.
Our stress this year is the cost vs the quality units we rent, rent has gone up significantly every year yet the units deteriorate so not getting the value we were used to. Leaky toilets, ripped screens, furniture old and tired, bed linens old, cabinet doors peeling, patio furniture for 4 people only, wallpaper peeling off the wall,and the whole unit needed to be paint years ago. I know seashore can’t force the owners to update but weekly price does not reflect the quality of the unit.

The Condo, Ocean One 219, was very clean and well kept. All appliances were pretty new and of course worked. The beds were comfortable to sleep on and the bathrooms were all in working and clean condition. The location of the condo was perfect. We had an awesome view of the ocean and the pool. We had a perfect view of the kids when they went to swim in the pool on their own. It was a short distance walk to the beach as well. We had a very nice experience at the condo.

We enjoyed our week at Ocean One. Great location and very comfortable for our group of six. The only issues we had were: 1) a tech/TV issue, but the mgmt company sent someone to troubleshoot it very quickly; 2) two of the shower curtain liners appeared moldy; and 3) the kitchen supplies weren't up to par. The baking sheets in particular were completely unusable and I was shocked that they were kept in the unit to be offered to guests. Other than these minor things, we had a great stay and are likely to return to Ocean One, although I probably won't stay in 219 again.

Ocean One has an excellent location, with great beach access and walking distance to dining/shopping. We were a bit disappointed in this condo. The dishes were dirty, needing to wash everything before it could be used. Kitchen utensils were slim, did not even have a pizza cutter. Washer had mold around seal, which my husband thorough cleaned before we used. Fridge was not level, which my husband also fixed, and ice maker stopped working. Tubs were stopped up, which (again) my husband fixed. Interior is very outdated, needs all the heavy window coverings/shower coverings updated. I felt like we were back in the 1980’s. Just a few simple updates would make the biggest difference. Parking was a nightmare. We ended up cancelling all plans that we needed to drive to for fear that we would not have a spot upon return. Unfortunately Ocean One has lost its charm and I don’t think we’ll be back to this location. We did have an issue that needed attention and Seaside acted immediately. We were impressed with their response.

Very convenient location to Coligny Circle & access to beach was quick & easy. Accoutrements are sparce if staying a week or more, so bring your own tp, paper towels, dish/dishwasher soap. Would recommend condo owner install blind at front door as curtain would blow around if patio sliding door was open. Overall a great place to stay, grounds were beautiful and staff is friendly and approachable!

Great ocean view overlooking the pool.
There is an elevator. Plenty of parking. While work was being done on other unit balconies it did not interfere with our stay. The kitchen appliances appeared to be fairly new and there was a washer/dryer in the unit. There is more than enough of both intact, broken, old and dirty kitchenware. The cabinets are so full of this overabundance that there is little room for grocery items even in the pantry that also has one side full of broken, dirty items . There was no working can opener, extremely flat bed pillows, and very worn furniture. Far too many nick-nacks, and family photos. As a renter, these very dusty items all had to be relocated to childproof for the week. These owners treasures should be safely stored in the owners closets. The unit is in need of a thorough deep cleaning, inventory of items that can be tossed as well as a repainting. Less is more...Less of the unnecessary clutter and more of the necessary clean for the renter. We did have an issue with a leaking/broken shower head that was promptly attended to by the management company. We would stay at Ocean One again but in a different unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean One and hope to go back! We originally booked 211, but because of construction, Buddy helped us rent 219 instead. Buddy gets 10 stars for all of his accommodating help!!! The view and location are superb!! Condo 219 had room darkening curtains, which our family with teenagers really appreciated. TV's in each bedroom was nice. A cute little gecko liked to sun himself on our deck and he was fun to watch. Loved the condo! (Only wish there was a shade or dark curtain for window by the entry door.) We so enjoyed the bikes we rented from VayK Gear. They delivered our bikes to the property and picked them back up. We loved walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We recommend going to info booth at Coligny Plaza to pick up coupon book and HHI info. We enjoyed our boat ride with Dolphin & Nature Tour and saw the dophins as promised (discount in coupon book). We paid the $9 to drive in to Sea Pines and paid $5.95 (I think) to tour the light house. It is a nice view from the top and fun to experience the inside. We also walked the Sea Pines Forest Preserve (free) and enjoyed the alligators, birds and mossy trees. We highly recommend eating at Amigos Restaurant, 70 Pope Ave. DELICIOUS, BEST PRICES and SERVICE! We were there on a Tuesday evening, (margarita's were half off) and it was the cheapest meal we ate out!! While in the Circle Center Shopping Mall plan to stop in the Tropical Outfitters Sportswear Store. GREAT prices and service!! We had a wonderful time and if we make it back, we want to stay at Ocean One!!

This condo location was perfect. With elevators and luggage carts available, it was extremely easy to access as I am disabled. Beach access also easy. Close to everything one might need. Clean, comfortable condo with a great view. Looks exactly as pictured. Beds reasonably comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here.

My family and I have been coming to Ocean One for many years. It is a great facility and a great location! This unit has amazing views from the living room and both front bedrooms. The pool is excellent as well. The unit was nice. We found the kitchen to be poorly stocked as far as cooking goes. Also, there are no beach towels in this unit. The beds were pretty comfortable and the appliances are updated. If you rent this unit, I would suggest bringing a couple of pots and pans as well as any beach equipment you need. Overall, another great week at Ocean One on Hilton head Island.

Our family had a great time staying in Ocean One 219. The updated/open kitchen was very nice. The Ocean One pool, access to the beach, access to the bike trails, close vicinity to Coligny, close vicinity to Celebration Park, and walking distance to a number of great restaurants made our vacation so pleasant!

This unit was absolutely wonderful! It has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It has a full kitchen. It was clean and well-maintained. It is right on the ocean, and it is within walking distance of a grocery store and shopping center with wonderful shops, and a Rita's Water Ice! This place was great! We absolutely enjoyed our stay there! The only thing that we missed was a hot tub.

We've stayed in Ocean One several times before in various units. This unit was as described. When we had a problem with one of the TVs, the mgmt. had someone there very quickly. Our only real complaint was that all the light bulbs were the lowest wattage possible. We couldn't see at night and had to buy several bulbs to be able to read and work a puzzle. The temp in the second bedroom even with the fan running was barely cool enough; in midsummer we'd bet it's not.

Love the location. The property is decorated nicely but was not very clean. At first glance it looked clean but closer inspection revealed dirt/sand in corners, bathrooms poorly cleaned with scum around fixtures and in tubs. Washing machine was tiny and barely held 4 beach towels. Cooking supplies in the kitchen were also badly worn and rusted and there is no ice machine. All that being said it is a fantastic location and it is the beach so sand will always be an issue. Just needs better cleaning and some updates on kitchen supplies.

We love the location of Ocean One! Seashore Vacations Inc. is great to do business with! We have been coming to this location for several years with our family. This year we did notice that the condo is looking a bit worn. The place could use a deep clean and some items replaced. The patio furniture has two chairs that the seats are ripped and unsafe. Carpets has some bad stains. Kitchen equipment is old and worn. Toaster actually started to catch fire with flames! Good thing I was standing right there to unplug it! Lots of smoke but smoke alarm never went off!! This was a bit concerning....

After an 18 hour van ride with nine family members, we arrived at the condo only to have to figure out on our own that we had to drive to a different building to obtain our room key code. That was frustrating considering we were exhausted and just wanted to get in our room. I wish we had been told this in advance. Overall, we were really satisfied with this condo, especially the location. The condo could have been cleaner. And really the only issues we had were with the dishwasher (that we couldn't figure out how it worked, and it would turn itself on when the door closed) and the dryer that took forever to dry your clothes. Other than that, we would definitely come back! The location was absolutely beautiful. The beach was perfect. And the pool was wonderful, although like bath water, but I'm not complaining about that. We will DEFINITELY come back to Ocean One in Hilton Head. Thank you so much! We made a lot of wonderful memories here.

The parking situation was a disaster
The crowd at the beach as a result of free public beach parking was totally out of control
I drove around the island for two hours due to no parking on July 3rd
I have been coming to the island for 50 years
This was the biggest mess I have ever seen there
If I come back, it won't be to this part of the island
