The upgrade made in the condo were great. The property is always well maintained.
The only downside was the VayKLife Gear that should have been delivered prior to our arrival didn’t arrive until late afternoon on Monday. We missed having 2.5 days on the beach due to not having chairs. Had to call 2x to get it and then one of the chairs delivered was broken.

Family of Four. Check in was so easy...just texts over the phone! That was it! Unit was clean. Had all we needed. View from deck was terrific. Close to Coligny and easy access to Sea Pines. Would love to stay here again.

I love Ocean One. My late wife and I have stayed at Ocean One pretty much every year for 25 years. Unit 217 is no different from all the other 2 bedroom units in layout. However, this unit is pretty dated. For example, bathroom off master bedroom still has a bathtub, which was very difficult for this 81-year old handicapped male. Overall, this unit was well equipped and came with a fantastic view

The location of this property is great because it’s very close walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We’ve been visiting HHI for many years and love spending a week every summer with the family. However, we were disappointed with the condition of this condo. The condo was not very clean. There were dust webs along the ceiling in the bedrooms, hair found on the bathroom floors, etc. The condo is in desperate need of upgrades and renovations. The decorations appear to be extremely outdated from the wallpaper, bedding, and furniture.

We found at least 5 of the outlets in the condo were not operational and created challenges since half of these were in the bedrooms.

The kitchen should be more stocked with cooking essentials such as baking sheets, better quality cooking pans, etc. In addition, the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced because it sprays water when in use.

The shower in the master bedroom is horrible. The water pressure is almost painful as the showerhead cannot be adjusted, shower curtain is too long, and the tub does not drain well.

The amount vacationers pay to rent this condo makes it unreasonable as to why the property is not better kept and updated. The condo is a perfect location being so convenient and in walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Spring break with the kids. The pool was great the beach was amazing. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants! Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our vacation with family. Seashore Vacations staff were very responsive to any requests and very professional. Location is perfect for both Beach and Pool along with proximity to restaurants.

As always, Seashore was great to work with for our rental. Ocean One 217 is a great unit and the location is awesome. Only slight negatives were the sheets could be nicer (aka, higher thread counts) and the parking lot needs spacing lines painted and someone to monitor those who park and take up two spaces, especially during peak summer months. Overall, a great vacation and a great unit though!

This rental was clean, just a few steps from the beach and just a short walk to shopping and several restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our time there and I would definitely recommend ocean one condos. The staff at Seashore Vacations was amazing and so helpful. I would recommend to help with any vacation. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool closed at sunset. I would have liked for it to be opened a little longer but overall this place is wonderful.

Our family had a great time staying in Ocean One 217. The Ocean One pool, access to the beach, access to the bike trails, close vicinity to Coligny, close vicinity to Celebration Park, and walking distance to a number of great restaurants made our vacation so pleasant! The only negative was a slight pee smell in the carpet.

Awesome Location, unit was just as advertised. Plenty of things supplied, only complaint is no beach chairs, should be a couple for people traveling and can't bring them.

We visited in February. The condo was exactly as advertised. It is comfortable and spacious - everything that is needed. Some parts are showing a bit of wear and tear and could be updated. But, overall a wonderful place to stay - clean, convenient, and comfortable - all while being oceanfront.

The location of our unit was perfect. There was a direct view of the ocean and pool. The unit was spacious and clean. It appeared that new carpet had been installed but it needed to be stretched. For my taste, the unit could use some updating. The wallpaper is separating and places in the popcorn ceiling have fallen. The kitchen was very well furnished. We would stay here again.

Have stayed at Ocean One before and this is one of the better 2 room condos. The living room furniture was very comfortable and up to date. The dining room table and chairs were not. Master bedroom was big and comfortable and the 3 beds in the second bedroom provided plenty of room to spread out.
The table and six chairs on the balcony also made it easy for everyone to enjoy the view. However, everything on the balcony had a thick cover of pollen on them that to be cleaned before we could use them.
This condo is close to parking and stairs which mad loading and unloading very easy.

The place was amazing! We were very happy with the space, size and location. However, we did notice on our last day that the vents, especially in the guest room had significant mold growing in the the vent. I took a picture because I have never seen such a sight. It was not lint or dust, but black round mold. This was our only complaint and did not impact our stay since we didn't see it until the last day. Other than that, The place was terrific, but they need to clean those vents ducts.

We loved the ocean view, comfortable furniture, full kitchen,and washer and dryer. It's convenient to restaurants, groceries, and Coligny Plaza. We would rent here again. Seashore Vacations make it very easy to book.

We've stayed at Ocean One before, this was nice on the oceanfront side. My only complaints were that the lock on the door was difficult and kitchen not well stocked (ie. no hot pads).

We loved the location. Rental was fine except for beds. Both my husband and I complained of sore backs and since leaving we have had no problem. I suspect furniture could be updated. Otherwise great. Would rent it again.

We had a wonderful month at Ocean One, unit 217.
The only problem was the bed and we had to go buy a mattress pad. Even with that, we would go back in a heartbeat!

We have stayed at Ocean One a number of times. This stay was another great week. The condo was clean. It had most everything we needed for our week. The balcony was great, but the balcony furniture needs some attention.The sleeping arrangement was good.The two single beds are a great idea. The mattresses on them are pretty old. Kids really like Ocean One coligny plaza and frost frog-so did I.The only thing the kids had an issue with was the TV. Something to do with Technology and how they can watch movies. We would stay at this condo again and we understand that it is a rental. Just a few things to address.
