Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Ocean One is a five story complex (includes elevators) located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This beautiful property sets the standard for oceanfront luxury. The renovated kitchen has stainless appliances, new cabinetry as well as granite countertops. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs. Ocean One 209

Ocean One is in a great location. walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Coligny. The complex and pool area are very nice! Unit 209 is a very nice unit overall. The living room furniture and dishwasher are in need of an update. The rest of the unit is updated and very nice.

Exceeded my expectations!

This rental property is perfect! It was spotlessly clean with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. I really appreciated that the second bedroom basically has it's own on suite bath. We were a minute walk to the TIKI Hut next door which we thoroughly enjoyed and a two minute walk to Coligny Plaza . I can't wait to come back!

One of the best Condos in Hilton Head

This was our 4th time over the last few years staying at 209 in Ocean One. The condo is always in pristine condition, clean, modern, and has everything you need for a great relaxing stay. Thansgiving week stay

Beautiful and updated Villa with all the amenities that we needed. Ocean One is a great location. The pool and boardwalk were under renovation at the time we visited however, we had easy access to the beach and Coligny area. Seashore vacations is very accommodating to schedule, access the property and is responsive.

Very nice 2 Bed / 2 Bath - well equipped

We were extremely happy with the space. Unfortunately, the AC unit went out and was not able to be repaired. The owner and management company worked very hard to get us into a new space for last two days. My family was happy with the location and the condo. Lots to do within .25 miles.

Beautiful clean condo

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo and seashore vacation was so easy to work with! We would love to rent again, but unfortunately the curtains in master bedroom were so thin and the pool lights kept my wife up until she had to use spare bedroom all week. Just a simple darkening shade/ blinds would make this condo spectacular!

Fall Break Paradise

We traveled to Ocean One again this year. Unit 209 was very clean and updated. Large spacious condo that is steps from beach, pool, shopping and dining. No car needed for the five days we were there. We will be back soon.

We love the location of this condo. It's proximity to all the action at Coligny makes it really convenient. Having stayed at Ocean One several times, we are familiar with it's amenities. We were delightfully surprised to see the fire-pit patio under construction, and gratified to learn there is a plan to completely re-surface the pool and deck (much needed).
The elevator was broken during our stay, so we were happy to be only on the second floor.
This unit is fitted-out with everything you need, and probably the best-equipped kitchen of any vacation rental I've ever stayed in.

The condo was very clean and ready for our arrival slightly early, which was an unexpected gift after long travel. Thank you for that, Seashore Vacations!!!

Unfortunately, two things dampened our stay; the arrival of hurricane Ian (and potential storm-surge flooding), and the extremely uncomfortable beds. We left just before the storm hit to avoid traffic, rain, and vehicle-damaging flooding. With the weather turning terrible, it wasn't worth it to us to put up with any more nights sleeping on slabs of rock.

Beautiful condo and amazing location, but the beds need replaced

The condo was beautiful and it was an amazing location. You can walk to coligny in under 10 minutes. Our only complaint was the beds, the mattresses need to be replaced in both rooms.

Coming back again!

Once again, a perfect time at a perfect place. Always immaculate which is so important. We have already reserved a two week stay for our next time which will be our 4th return.
I would highly recommend grab bars in the master shower as it was a bit slippery.

Amazing location, lovely renovation

I've stayed at Ocean One previously in another unit, and I have to give kudos to the owners of this unit for their renovation. It's outstanding. Well thought-out for ease of use, incredibly well-stocked kitchen, and aesthetically pleasing. Of course the location is ideal. Easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza, and oceanfront. Seashore Vacations was easy to work with, the staff I spoke with were friendly and accommodating. I was *very* pleased with how clean the unit was upon arrival, and personally thanked the cleaning person for their diligence.

I would recommend that travelers bring some sort of comfort pad for the beds, (perhaps the inflatable camping sort?) and king-sized pillowcases if you prefer to sleep with two pillows. The beds are all hard as rocks (docked one star for this), and though there are extra pillows, there were no pillowcases for them.

HHI Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean One. The view was great and the location to shopping and restaurants was very convenient. The only negative that we had was the master bedroom needed a new mattress. It was very uncomfortable. This is the reason for a 3 star review instead of a 5 star review.

Great time had by all

This is our fourth time to stay at Ocean One and we had another great week. Our condo(209) was well equipped and very comfortable for all of us. We loved our stay in 209. The layout was open with a wonderful view. Plenty of kitchenware and glassware to make different meals - loved the pantry space, too, which was great for keeping the living/kitchen space uncluttered. It was really relaxing which isn't always the case with a big family vacation. We will definitely pick this unit again!

Sunshine and Blue Skies

I would like to thank the owners of 209 for sharing their beautiful condo. To get up every morning and look out at the ocean is breath taking and makes me think about moving. The only thing I would suggest is a bar to get in and out of the tub/shower and a mat in the tub/ shower as it was very slippery. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

One of best VRBO experiences

The property was perfect: terrific location, very clean; everything worked.

The internet speed was very good (I brought our Apple TV device to watch Netflix). There's even a Keurig coffee maker, which isn't listed among the amenities.

February Getaway

Great Condo

Best Condo ever

I have vacationed at Ocean One more than a dozen times. Condo 209 is the nicest one I have ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed, close to elevator but no need to use it. Great views like all Ocean One condos. I will try to get 209 next summer if possible. It is perfect.

Always "Ocean One" when in Hilton Head

Another great week in Hilton Head. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 12 years and have always stayed at Ocean One. We typically stay in a 3 bdrm but with the loss of my mother, we chose a 2 bdrm with Ocean One 209. The Condo was comfortable with modern updates and decor. The only thing we missed from staying in previous 3 bdrm was the closet with beach chairs; we fly in so we do not have ability to bring beach needs other than beach towels. Ocean One is a great location next to Coligny. Great unit, will consider staying again next year.

Summer vacation 2019

We had a family vacation at Ocean One with 20 people. What a great time. All stayed in Ocean One and were happy with everything. Getting a chair at the pool was no problem.
We stayed in 209. Very nicely done although the mattresses were not great and they need darker shades in both bedrooms.
We would definitely go back again.
also the kitchen was supplied nicely for when you want to eat in.

Wonderful Condo & Amenities/Excellent Location

This condo has a great layout, with fantastic amenities in a great location. The property is very well kept. Staff was out every morning cleaning the grounds and doing general maintenance. The inside of the condo was very clean and very well kept. We had no issues during our time. Would highly recommend and will be renting this unit for future trips.

4th of July week

Little annoyances

Most everything was 4 or 5-star; it's just those little annoyances. Paying as much as we do for basically 6 days, I expect everything to be perfect or near perfect.
Door combination didn't work, so we had to call the office, internet was off and on all week (couldn't upgrades be done in the off-season?), so we had to call the office several times. Many lightbulbs out when we arrived, so we had to call the office. When I'm on vacation, I don't want to have to call anyone to fix anything.

Rug in living room was not very clean. All of us had bites on our ankles and lower legs (sand fleas in the rug?). Stepped on a large staple in the rug and punctured the bottom of my foot. Stepped on several other items down in the rug (broken candy and food pieces).
The little annoyances add up over time.

Nice condo with horrible WiFi!

Condo was clean and well appointed. Great view from the balcony! Nice to be able to walk to shops close by, and beach behind condo building was not crowded. Only bad point is the WiFi. The building condo association switched to some provider for all units that I never heard of. WiFi was a disaster! Completely unusable most of the time. They continually tried to fix, and I called the company myself three times. Kept getting excuses like, "we've had storms" and other excuses. Most everyone that I talked to in the building burned out their monthly cell allowance using their phones as hotspots. Negative ratings below reflect the WiFi problem. I would not stay there or recommend if this problem was not fixed, most likely by using a mainstream provider. I never thought I would see the day when Time Warner/Spectrum was the best choice!

Heaven on Earth at Hilton Head

We had a great 2 week stay in Ocean One # 209. This condo has been beautifully renovated throughout. It had new stainless steel appliances.
The view of the ocean is gorgeous. It has everything you could possibly need or want. The management staff was very helpful & courteous.

Awesome week!

This was my family's first time to Hilton Head and it will be tough to beat. The property worked out extremely well for the 5 of us as we were able to relax by the pool or ocean and take advantage of several activities within a short bike ride or drive each day. I'll never forget how excited my kids were when we arrived!! And the owners obviously take great care of their property while the property management company made the experience very simple and convenient.

Buckeyes revisit HHI

We had a great experience. Ocean One 209 is a great condo. It is well cared for and has a great view of the ocean. Folks at Seashore Vacations were once again great to work with.

Ocean One unit 209

Very nice unit, we would rent it again. Kitchen accessories are very basic ( coffee filters and S & P ) Unit needs new frying pans the ones there I would have thrown out years ago and are not safe with the non stick all scraping off. We did enjoy the unit and the complex is conveniently located.

Great Condo!

A beautiful condo, fully renovated - like brand new =, new appliances and furniture. It is better than in the pictures. I highly recommend, and our family will be back next year!

Exceeded Expectations

Great Place

Outstanding condo. Great view. Could not have been happier with it. It was clean and modern. What more can you ask for. The kitchen is updated and roomy, flooring was beautiful, bathrooms were clean and modern.

A+ Rental!!!

Forest Beach is our favorite place to vacation. Ocean One has always provided clean, convenient units and #209 is exceptional! We found the unit to be recently renovated and in excellent condition. It is obvious the owners take great pride in this unit. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!

Fun Family Week! Great Location and Updates

Condo was nicely updated with a great view of ocean and pool. Elevator closest was broken but since we were on the second floor it was only a problem for us at check in and check out and we used the other one. Pullout couch was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, the layout was great. Bathrooms were located privately in each room. Also great location near Holiday Inn with Tiki Bar and volley ball courts. I would definitely recommend this property. Perfect for 4.

Beautiful Condo

Rented unit 209 at Ocean One and was a lovely condo. Very clean and beautifully decorated overlooking the lovely ocean. Ocean One is a great location for the restaurants we like to go. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. Hilton Head is my favorite beach and only six hours from my home. Actually lived there for awhile but moved to be closer to my grandchildren but would love to still be there. Only slight negative was condo is on second floor. We had a good view but units on higher do have little better view but have never seen one that has been totally updated.

We will be back

The check in and check out was easy. The condo was very nice and clean. We honestly could not have asked for a better place or experience. The location was awesome and you really did not need to get in your vehicle to do anything. We will be back!

Hilton Head

Have been staying at Ocean One for almost 20 years!! We always enjoy are stay with family and friends joining us. Have stayed in several of your condos but 209 was FANTASTIC!!! Just a beautiful renovation. Only complaint would be with Ocean One security. Not Grover, but the two other gaurds. They were very rude when we had music playing,wasn't loud at all, but the way they approached our group was very hostile. It was only in our ear shot but they acted like we had it on full blast. For as much as we pay to stay, I don't think having background,child friendly music on.

Other than that, our stay was so great and weather couldn't be any better!! We have gotten several families to stay there throughout the years and will continue to do so. The location is perfect for our kids who are now at the age where they can walk to places on there own.

Great Vacation

Hilton Head Haven

Very tastefully renovated condo--beautiful floors throughout, open concept kitchen with granite counter top, new stainless steel appliances, beautiful tiles in shower/ tub areas with granite tops & new fixtures, & beautiful ocean view! We went to the beach for our beach view every day.

Great location. Needs Updating

This condo is in a great location. It has plenty of room and was very clean. The management company was very easy to deal with and professional. However, the unit itself needs a bit of updating. Even so, we enjoyed our stay.

Oldie

We had a good view but unit 209 needs a total makeover. Clean but so old, 70's decor. Master has double beds and air conditioning did not cool room. Bath had putty buildup behind sink as some type of repair. No fan in bath. Second bedroom stayed hot. Master should have queen or king bed and a tv. Seashore Vacation personnel were great and no problems checking in or out.

Vacation 209

We have rented this condo for the last 4 years.
Dishwasher and refrigerator have been changed.
Living room couches are showing their age.
Balcony furniture is not too inviting.

The Lester Bolling golf trip review

We have been coming to Hilton Head for our yearly golf trip for many years. Being the person that puts the trip together I appreciate Seashore Vacations. Buddy and the girls always are very professional, helpful and do a great job.

Ocean One- Best Location on the Island

Awesome location. Walk to the beach, stores, pool! Unit 209 very outdated. Master suite not Ocean Front and very noisy with Electric closet located below. Seashore staff AWESOME!. Been renting and staying here for 10+years and will keep coming back, just not to unit 209.
