Vacation was good only complaint is that the condo wasn't well stocked with kitchen items as we're used to.

Pans were unusable, scratched Teflon and dirty. Only one baking sheet, everything was unmatched almost like the owner doesn’t care. When we arrived the door was unlocked and there was blood in the shower. No task lighting in the kitchen and a hornet nest on the balcony. This concern is for the cleaning crew they use and the faulty inspection.

The location and grounds are very nice. We have stayed at Ocean One many times and enjoy it very much. Just take more pride in the kitchen please.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful as well as the location view, very convenient to go to the ocean and to coligny. We traveled with two toddlers and it was a great experience. We stayed for 8 days, the Only complaint i would have is that the kitchen utensils need to be updated and cleaned out there were a few pans no lids just tons of miscellaneous things with no use, random dishes knives and tons of them but essential items were missing

Enjoyed staying in Ocean One 203. Very nice and updated! Would recommend staying there. The only problem we had was the pool closed too early every evening and didn’t open until 10 every morning.Grandchildren wanted to swim in the evenings and pool closed at 8:30 pm.

The condo was fantastic. The location to beach and shops were outstanding! We did not love the constant loud, and horribly off key, music from the tiki hut next door. There was no way to escape it. No way to lay down and nap during the day. It was very loud in our bedroom. No way to escape the loud music from your balcony or at the pool! So, sadly we would not rent again, but only because of the tiki hut. Beach was crowded closer to the public entrance.

Beautiful villa, and a great location. Ocean front view and steps to the pool and ocean. Coligny Circle with restaurants, ice cream and shopping just a short walk away. Would also highly recommend Seashore Vacations for your rental needs.

The three bedroom, three bath condo at Ocean One 203 is awesome. We love the layout and the location. The common space is very comfortable and the bedrooms were nice.
Not an issue for us, but the ice machine was not working in the refrigerator (we just bought a couple of bags of ice and it was fine.)
We would stay here again!

Ocean One #203 Great unit . Liked the size and the 3 baths were great . Only complaint was the floors were extremely dirty. Could not walk barefoot in condo without getting black feet. We would have mopped ,but there was no mop or cleaning supplies in condo

We enjoyed our stay. Layou of condo was good. Beds were comfortable, showers in bathrooms were very nice. Beautiful view. Overall it is probably the nicest place we have stayed at on the island. Our only disappointment was the loud music from the tiki hut.

The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean.
The bedrooms had windows to hallway which were lit all night which made too much light in the rooms to sleep.Maybe room darkening shades would be nice

This was a great unit to rent. Being on the second floor and close to the stairs it was quick and easy to unload your car and just take everything up the stairs. The only draw back being on the second floor you could see the ocean easily but not high enough to see the beach. The unit is totally updated. Only issue as all three bathrooms only had a shower and no bathtub. When you have a little one(2 yr. old) like we did you don't have the ability to give them a bath. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, we probably should have contacted Seashore Vacations for a new toaster since only one side of the bread would toast, almost like the bagel setting was stuck on, so we have to flip the bread to get both sides toasted. The unit being on the far end of the building close to the Tiki Hut at the Holiday Inn you could sit on the balcony and listen to the music play.

If Ocean One fits your budget, do not pass on Unit 203. Clean unit and owners have done a great job creating a "beach cottage" feel. Full bathroom in every bedroom is key, as well as two beds in bedroom 2 and 3. Ocean front and the shortest walk to Coligny on the island. Some may prefer a higher unit for the view, but 203 has great unobstructed ocean views and the second floor is an easy flight of stairs if elevator is busy. Some may disagree, but we thought the live bands next door were a bonus. Different band every night and they're done at 10. Nice to have a drink on the patio and listen to live music. Admittedly, some bands were better than others. The 3 gas grills were great for those nights we just wanted to dine in and eat hamburgers. Overall, a great unit. Hard to beat. Seashore Vacations was very easy to work with. No issues.

My family enjoyed our two week stay. The property was clean but could have been a bit cleaner. Only two minor recommendations would be better kitchen cutlery - the cutting knives are very dull - and black out curtains for the bedrooms. Other than that, we had a great time and despite the aforesaid improvements would stay again and recommend.

I have been to the Island many times but mostly have stayed in the Palmetto Dunes area. I did not realize how much more shopping & restaurants, are in this area and how much nicer the beach is.
The villa is really nice a very spacious. Direct oceanfront views from many angels. Villa was very clean, specials, modern and offered everything we could possibly hope for. The staff at the rental company was very friendly and helpful. The property has a large oceanfront pool and the villa is within close walking distance to all the things that you would enjoy being close too!

This is a great condo. Great view of ocean and pool area. Second floor is easy access if elevator is slow. They could use a few more pans to cook in (only had one large frying pan). Would definitely stay here again. Just steps away from Coligny shopping area.

Very nice updated condo. Loved the easy access to the beach and pool. Close to shopping, restaurants, nice park for children and even a grocery store all within a short bike ride. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Only downside is there is a tiki bar at the resort next door which plays loud music till about 10 every night. It didn’t bother us much but I could see how some people might not like it.

Very well furnished. Remodeled with beautiful floors and wall treatment. Great view of dunes and ocean. Short walk to Coligny Beach center with shops and restaurants and grocery store. Three bedrooms and three baths all with walk-in showers.

We usually stay at Shorewood when we visit Hilton Head, but due to construction this time stayed at Ocean One for the first time. Perfect location in easy walking distance to Coligny and just steps to the beach. We didn't get to use them but grilling area and pool are very nice. External buildings don't seem to be quite as well maintained as Shorewood but are still very nice. Common areas and sidewalks cleaned daily. Very spacious condo was nicely updated with comfortable beds and furniture and overall very clean. Noticed a few areas needing maintenance thus the 4 stars vs. 5. All bathroom showers need a deep clean to remove mold in grout. Shower door broken in guest bedroom. Broken tile around shower in 2nd guest bedroom. Master bath had makeup all over wall, used bar of soap in shower and hot water sink handle was very loose. None of these are deal breakers but collectively show some lack of maintenance. View from balconies is gorgeous. Would stay here again but hope they continue to maintain to retain the clean,updated feel of the condo. Seashore vacations was great, easy check in and out and good starter supply of TP, paper towels,etc.

Everything was great. We arrived and found our packet easily at Seashore Vacations. Unit 203 at ocean one was exactly what we needed and perfect for our group of 8. Very clean and efficient. Beautiful Ocean views. Very nice pool and walk to beach. Handy grills for grilling. Kids had a ball at the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Restaurants followed COVID 19 safety rules. We had a great vacation!

We needed a condo on Hilton Head for a long weekend for a family event. We’ve worked with Seashore for many, many years, so we once again reached out to Seashore. They responded quickly with options that matched our requirements. The price was fair, check-in was simple and as always we were greeted with a smile. When the coffee make malfunctioned it seemed like they were knocking on the door with a new one before I ever even hung up. Yes ... that fast.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Unit was very nice and well equipped. Music from Tiki Bar next door is a little much when trying to enjoy the balcony at night. We had a fantastic vacation. Ocean One has the perfect location for beach, pool, and Caligny. You can walk or take a very short bike ride to all the fun places nearby. The staff at Seashore as well as the Ocean One onsite personnel are all professional, kind, and helpful!

First vacation in Hilton Head. Will definitely go back. Wonderful restaurants, beautiful island! Would use Seashore Vacations again just wouldn't pick this unit.

I am choosing that I would recommend this property to a friend but it would be with these warnings.

This unit is a bit dated. Beds need replaced badly! Linens were dingy. As far as was surface cleaned. We chose to re-clean ourselves. I know if I would have called I'm sure the cleaners would have been sent back but that's just inconvenient after traveling all day. Should have been more thorough the first time. Location might be nice for some. I thought it was a bit congested.

Beautiful ocean view! Washer and dryer are a little bit old. The dryer snagged a few of our shirts.
Water pressure is very low compared to other units.
Cleaning company can do a better job. We had to sweep and vacuum the foyer closet, It was full of sand from previous stays.
Excellent customer service.

My family loves the location of this condo. We can walk to restaurants and shops, ride bikes to many places, or go next door to the Beach House Tiki Hut. But it is also a quiet place to stay. You can hear music from the Tiki Hut but not late at night. It wasn't very loud at all. We enjoyed it. The condo is nice and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. I would have liked better pans to cook with. Everything else is provided. Very easy to get checked in. We used their app to checkout which is easy. Very nice vacation!

The stay was great! The only two problems were that the microwave stopped working the 2nd night we were there. I put in a maintenance request and no one came to fix the problem. Also, in one of the bedroom, the toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper had to sit on the bathroom counter the whole weekend.

We have stayed at multiple properties at Ocean One and they have all been great. Unit 203 was no exception. Great layout and nice updates in kitchen and bathroom. The only complaint was the lack of pots, pans, and old plastic spatulas. Besides that we had a great visit and would recommend this unit.

this unit was great for group travel. we loved that you could hear the live music from next door all afternoon but didn't have the crowds to contend with. only con would be the cleanliness. unit smelled the first day and then got worse. we finally realized it was the disposal that hadn't been run. we squeezed an orange down the disposal and the smell dissipated. Also found candy wrappers or napkins in couch cushions throughout the week. I think the cleaning service they use needs to be changed. Overall a great stay!

Our week at Ocean One 203 was wonderful. The condo was clean and had mostly updated appliances, a plentiful supply of dishes and enough space for four adults and 2 kids. Our only comment would be that they need new bedspreads and blankets. The bedspreads were awful - scratchy and we didn't like using them. I also wish there was better access to the sidewalks that go to Coligny. We had to cross the busy street, then cross back at the roundabout. But I would come to this condo again anytime and would recommend it to anyone. Great access to the beach and pool! Great view! Loved it!

We were very pleased when we enterd. lovely.. just to note..there is a stain on the carpet @ the master bedroom some repair work, is needed @ the baseboard molding in the master closet and the wallpaper is torn @ the kitchen area

The patio has a great view of the ocean. Kitchen was updated with granite counter tops, in door refrigerator ice and water dispenser came in very handy. A TV in each bedroom was a nice surprise.

Wireless internet connection worked without issue. Property is in a great location and well maintained.

Had a great week at this unit and recommend it highly.
