Summer Vacation

Housekeeping was substandard. Dust and food wrappers under furniture. The double queen bedroom was not safe as the one bed blocked 1/3 of the hallway to bedroom door. This room was reserved for a wheelchair person. The showers were also not ideal for disabled person. Baseboards in kitchen filthy.

Simply outstanding!

Excellent customer service! Buddy, Grover, Will, and their team were friendly, responsive, and exceeded our expectations.
Had a few minor problems which were fixed upon asking with a smile!

Unit 122 Ocean One

Overall unit was great however kitchen lacked impt items such as hot pads or lifting mats, measuring cups of assorted sizes and very few forks were available. Unit was fairly clean. Often sheets, towels, our clothes felt damp so not sure if a/c was working properly

Ocean One 122 - Beachside Condo

It was a great trip! The condo was clean and in a great location! It is walking/biking distance from Coligny Beach Park and shopping area as well as many great restaurants. Ocean One is one of our favorite places to stay. Seashore Vacations Inc. staff were friendly, professional, and took care of anything needed in relation to the rental in a timely fashion. It was very easy to book the condo through them.

Wonderful Stsy

We enjoyed our unit and our stay at Oceon One. The unit was very well equipped for necessities. Communications with the rental agency was great too. They were working on the popl area but communicated thst ahead of time. And it was too cool to swim anyway. Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

The stay was great The floors were pretty dirty in side I would suggest getting some type of rugs by the doors and maybe a long runner rug but other than that the stay was good and great location I do think the the place could’ve been cleaner

Family vacay 2023

This was our second year staying at this property and 4th time to Hilton head island , the first year we obviously loved it , location and all . This year however not so much , the unit itself was actually not very clean , light bulbs blown over showers , broken glass in lighting fixtures, the washing machine broke while trying to wash our towels . It was not very well equipped for cooking at all . Then to top that off they are doing construction which were told would start after our stay they put scaffolding right outside the door of our unit ! Also parking to load or unload anything was quite difficult . Plus we were charged basically like summer rates for this in September , rather disappointed . On a positive when I called about some of the issues they did send someone to address them.

Unit 122

Location is 10/10! Unit was spacious. There was a mosquito issue in the unit. The comforter in the master bedroom did not appear to be clean, nor did it smell clean. We removed and did not use. The pool here was closed the last half of our stay- which was a bummer but we managed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Ocean One - best place to stay.

Ocean One is a very convenient place to stay while in Hilton head. Walk out your door and hop on your bike, steps to the beach and swimming pool.
I would recommend updating the refrigerator and wobbly dishwasher. Also, the blender does not work properly so beware when operating.

Family Retreat - Special Thanksgiving Visit

I rented 2 units (#122 and #124). Although, the ceiling in 124 (one of the bathrooms) all was good for them. We did have a leak in #124 and Buddy quickly responded and did his best to make it amenable. I really appreciated the response and refund.

In need of maintenance

Location is great. We have stayed in other rooms in the property for years. Lights in the dining area and snack bar didn’t work. Brought lamps from the bedroom to use the table at night. Dishwasher wasn’t attached so it tipped over to load/unload. Floor was covered in sand when we walked in. Sent a message about the issues on the first day. Was told someone would come out and fix but they never showed. Bed in master was very uncomfortable. Will not stay in this unit again.

Great Time

We loved the location of this rental so very much! the condo does have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which is great. the rooms have 1 king bad, 1 queen bed and 2 queen beds and 1 pull out couch. We were very dissapointed that the pull out couch had NO sheets at all. I find it out that it was advertised, but not linens were provided. One person in our group did have to sleep with no sheets. The King size room didnt have the best airflow so it got a bit muggy, but the bed was comfy. The dishwasher was semi broken, so just beware. honestly, the location was worth is all. Walking distance to food, 2 min walk to the beach and a place for bikes to be dropped off.

Great location!

Condo was great and just a few steps from the pool and beach! Everything was just a short walk away from the fun tiki bar on the beach to the shops at restaurants at Coligney! It was so nice to not have to get in the car and drive everywhere. We had a leak in one of the bedrooms and the washer was broken but when we called seashore vacations, they were quick to send someone out to fix both issues and even offered to pick up and do our laundry for us while we waited for it to be repaired.

Great Location

Overall it was a good experience. There were a few maintenance issues. The dishwasher was not screwed in to the countertop and kept falling forward which I repaired while there. A piece of the washer kept falling out, I could not fix. Location was nice to walk right out to the pool or beach from the first floor. The showers were nice and the beds were comfortable. It seemed clean. The carpet needs replaced, lots of stains on the carpet. The maintenance man the worked on the property was super nice and greeted us every morning and worked very hard on the property. Security was very nice and helpful. Overall, great stay.

our stay at Hilton head

Our unit was very spacious and somewhat clean. It could have used a deep cleaning. Base boards really needed to be cleaned , floors could have been cleaner, and the kitchen faucet was broke but still useable. We loved the pool and beach area! We ate at several restaurants and all were excellent except Wild Wings! That place was terrible. Bad service and the chicken fingers were not cooked completely!

A great place to call home!

Ocean One is a convenient location to stay while vacationing. It's a private secure community that is steps away from the beach and bike trails. It's location is accommodating for our little ones as well as the adults.
