I can’t say enough we enjoyed it so much here at Ocean one. it was so nice very convenient to everything. The pool was so nice and fun and we enjoyed our whole time and we will be back next year. thank you for the great memories. and the people we rented it from they were so nice. They did anything to please us.

We had a great time in this apartment. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean. The floors haven't been wiped, because every time we dare to walk bare foot it would feel sticky or our feet will be black. There were appliances in the kitchen that weren't clean. And I mean there was a pan with grease on it and the slow cooker as well. I think the apartment needs a deeper clean of cupboards and drawers.
The communication was great.

It was a wonderful place to go, it’s close to the beach, near lots of great restaurants.
The condo was perfect, the swimming pool was awesome,
The staff was very helpful,
We were able to stay an extra night to avoid all the hurricane issues, the property manager worked with us to be able to do this . We will be staying here again

Our stay was very pleasant-thank you very much!
Had an issue with the primary bathroom tub not draining, I texted Seashore & they sent over a plumber tech the next day & fixed the drain issue and even replaced the bathtub spout as it wasn't functioning very well. Overall, very pleasant.

The condo was nice. The bdrm with 2 beds needs updated. The bedroom with the king needed more than 2 pillows.
The construction was extremely annoying and woke us up every morning

First, Seashore Vacations were so amazing to work with! Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The location of the unit was fantastic! Loved being on the first floor, so easy to get to the pool and beach. Being able to walk to Coligny Plaza was also a huge bonus. So many great shops and places to eat!
The property was perfect for our family of 4. The updated kitchen was great. Bathrooms could use a little updating but overall were fine.
I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Unit was clean and nicely furnished for a comfortable stay. The bed was firm, the shower head had plenty of volume and the furniture in the living room was perfect for watching some tv at night.

The condo was very nice. very convenient to the pool and beach. The only thing would have been better if
there was a tv bigger in the bedroom that has queen and full size beds. the tv is only about 12 inches in size. would stay here again.

Our condo was very comfortable and attractive. It was very clean and well furnished. The location was an easy walk to the pool and on the boardwalk to the beach. The staff was friendly and efficient

The rental had everything we needed however it definitely needed updating in both the flooring and furniture and needed to be cleaned better. Outside furniture was dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned off in a long time, I realize it's hard with weather but when cleaning the condo for new rental people it should be cleaned.

Great Condo. We selected our unit last minute and it was parking lot side. We have stayed at the condo complex several stayed times and the location is seconds away from everything. No bikes needed. We will always come back to Ocean One because it is so nice.

Ocean one is an awesome condo to stay when you're visiting Hilton Head Island. Convenient to the beach, bike trails, shops, & you don't feel like you're in the hustle and bustle of things with this complex because of the location of this complex. We like to sit outside & enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast. We were not able to do so with this condo. The furniture and the patio were covered with dirt from the ground landscaping.. Apparently when it rains all the dirt washes up onto the patio which makes it not usable. The management of Seashore's vacation are wonderful to work with. They handled a bathtub drainage issue in an expeditious manner. Also anytime you call them with a question they graciously and pleasantly reply.

The unit was filthy upon our arrival. We had to clean to make it somewhat enjoyable to stay here. We wiped the kitchen counters down with a white rag and it was disgusting. The floors felt and looked dirty. One tub didn’t drain. The oatio furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all winter. They sent someone out 2 days before we left to fix the tub and clean patio furniture. It was overall an unpleasant experience and we will not be returning to this unit or anything by Seashore Vacations.

The property was in the perfect location on the ocean right next to Coligny Beach and all of the shopping/restaurants/Tiki Hut. We walked everywhere during our stay.

Have stayed at Ocean One many times over the years. This unit seemed a little smaller, but great location. Building overall is getting a little dated and needs some cosmetic work. Would come back here in the future.

Internet outage was building-wide and sporadic. Internet issues have been resolved and most units are now upgraded in speed. Entire complex on a bulk agreement now.

As is typical our stay at Ocean One was great. This is the first time we stayed at unit 120, wanted to stay on the ground floor because we had 2 youngsters that we didn't want hanging off a balcony. The apartment was in good condition, the kitchen was very nice with newer appliances but there was some food left in the freezer when we arrived and the utensil list was not as extensive as with other units we've stayed in. Rooms were generally clean, and beds were comfortable, although they need swept below. Since the unit faced and was close to the parking lot privacy was limited and we kept the drapes closed and did not use the small porch, which was a major drawback in the morning as we waited for the kids to wake. but the location was very convenient for coming and going to the beach and pool, which is what we were after. Check in and check out were very easy and the people at Seashore were very accommodating.

We thourghly enjoyed our stay at Ocean One 120. As usual there is a couple items, 1. beds were too high off floor in master and 2nd bedroom, more so in master. 2. Had to clean off patio and patio chairs before we could use. 3. no directions for washer. Otherwise furnishings were top notch !! Liked no-key entry door locks.

Great vacation spot, however condo is in need of some desperate updating. Was clean and had everything you would need but some appliances and kitchen need as I said updating. This is my third stay in 120, really love the location, just wish they would put some money back into it.

I rent three condos each year for my family. This unit is in need of an upgrade. The kitchen I think is original with Formica counters and the same range hood from 30 years ago. We have been staying at Ocean one for over 30 years. Bed in the Master for some reason kicked up allergies in both adults.

We love coming to Ocean One, but the last two years the mattress in the master bedroom have been awful. Plus when the ownership switched it just seems like the unit isn't kept up as well.We really miss all of the extra seating in the unit too. Next year I believe we may have to switch units...and we have been in this one for several years.

I would definitely recommend this condo to friends or family! It is clean and spacious, with a lot of room to spread out and play games or just enjoy family time. The patio view is tropical. Well taken care of. The pool & beach are right around the corner. Would Love to Be there now!

This was our fifth trip to Ocean one in the past 10 years, and we have always enjoyed it. This is the first time we had a ground floor unit, which was nice because we didn't have to deal with the stairs or elevator. Issues include little or no cell phone service in the room. We typically had to leave the unit to make or recieve calls. The washing machine was loud, the carpet was worn, and the front door would stick when closing it. You would have to pull hard, or slam the door to shut it. We did have a good time and do plan to go back.

Overall, great place/location. It's a very easy walk to Coligny. No car is needed once you arrive. I wish we had known it wasn't an oceanfront condo - I assumed all condos had an ocean view and disappointed upon arrival.

Ocean One's location is wonderful. We have stayed there for several years. This was the first time we stayed in this unit. We enjoyed the unit's first floor location. However, the unit really needed a good spring cleaning. The mattresses need to be replaced as do the linens. We love Ocean One and fully intend to return.
