Loved how easy check in process was and how close we were to the pool and the beach entrance. My family felt like VIPs at this condo it was definitely one of our favorite stays on hilton head island. It was very clean, wifi, and starter kit of towels,toilet paper and trash bags. Love that the kitchen had everything so I didnt have to bring things for cooking the pots and pans and plates all clean and ready for use. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay.

We will definitely stay there again! It was so nice to walk you the door and have our patio, the pool and walk way to beach right there! Condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed! We were right by coligny which we loved but was far enough down that beach wasn’t packed by the public access there. Super nice spot, will definitely stay again!

Well kept Condo. Great to be steps from the pool, and right off the beach. Made it so easy to have a few beach trips each day with the grandkids. Grills set up aside to cook some dogs and burgers is a great touch. Coligny Plaza is an easy walk. Only improvement would be to keep the pool open until 9:30 or 10 pm, sunset is too early.

We’ve stayed in several different condos at Ocean One over the years. This was our first time on the first floor and we were quite pleased. Enjoyed having a patio versus a balcony. It was like sitting in a garden with flowers all around. Yes, it was a trade off from having an ocean view but the ocean was steps away. Condo was clean, well furnished. Comfortable living room furniture and nice bathrooms. Would stay there again.

We had a great experience at Ocean One Villas! Our room was in a great location, close to the pool, beach access and gas grills. Inside there was plenty of space for us and the kids. We especially liked the motorized recliner couches!

The location was great! We were in the middle of everything and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The beach was very nice. Pretty crowded but plenty of space for everyone.

Overall we had a great stay the only negative we found was the gas fire pits were closed for the summer. That wasn’t a big deal though.

Overall our stay at 107 was quite satisfying. There are issues with 107 that have been aired by other guests, but they are minor compared to being on the beach in Hilton Head.

I really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Great location with restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. It was a very big condo with lots of room. You are just a few steps from the pool also. There's live music right next door so if you like peace and quiet this might not be the best location for was nice to have during the day and up until 11pm. The furniture in the picture is different that needs to be updated and it is all tile in the condo. The kitchen and dining room table are a great size. There was also some beach items in the closet. Which was nice because we left some items at home.

This issue has been addressed by the exterminating company that handles pest control for Ocean One. Pest control was limited to "Outside" service only of the building during the spring and early summer due to COVID. Since then - restrictions have been relaxed and pest control has now resumed monthly indoor treatments at Ocean One. This service takes place on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

We enjoyed this condo very much. Spacious and lots of room/storage. We loved being able to walk right out to the grass area, pool and beach. We would rent it again and actually already looking into it for next year.

Just a few but very minor suggestions below. Overall, excellent place to stay.

1. Little dark, maybe another light in the kitchen.
2. Need a bigger broom so we can sweep off the grass we brought in on the back patio. The current broom was very small.
3. While the TV was HUGE, it had a blue tint to it. However, we didn't watch much TV so it didn't matter too much.

Wish we could come back tomorrow! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

These issues have been addressed by the homeowner. New brooms and more lighting have been added to the condo and a brand new Smart TV has been installed in the living room!

Our expectations were exceeded when staying at Ocean One 107! It was our first family trip to HHI, and we lucked out with the perfect place to stay. Our condo was about twenty steps to the pool and about 50 steps to the beach. You can't get a better location than that! To make it even better, we were one block from restaurants, grocery store, ice cream and shops. The condo itself was very clean, and well appointed for cooking meals and a movie together in the evening. We had everything we needed in the absolute perfect location. We can't wait to visit HHI again and we will definitely be staying at Ocean One, hopefully in 107!

Oceanfront in South Forest Beach with views of the Atlantic. Easy access to the pool and beach. Spacious rooms and nicely furnished. Our visiting family members can't wait to return again.

We have visited Hilton Head many times and this year's visit was particularly enjoyable due to our stay in Unit 107 at Ocean One. The owners are to be commended for presenting a spotless and well equipped condo that is beautifully decorated. The unit is just steps from the pool and the ocean. The location is perfect and is just a short walk to a multitude shops and restaurants. The professional staff at Seashore vacations made the rental process very easy and our stay was 100% issue free. We will be back.

We had a great stay at Ocean One. We reported a leaky toilet in one of our bathrooms and it was fixed the same day. Beds were comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen.

Ocean One 107 was truly a great place to spend a vacation. The Condo was beautifully decorated to the point that we felt like it was a home away from home. Located in a beautiful setting with the ocean only a few steps away. Shops, eating establishments, bike rental, and walking paths were were very near for full service..
Then, there was the Teki Hut with restaurant, right next door with food, drink, volley ball courts, etc.
The beach area is second to none! It provided a place were you could walk on the beach. swim in the ocean, soak up some sun, or enjoying the rising sun in the morning or the beautiful sunset in the evening!
We would give Ocean One 107 a five (5) star rating.

Seashore Vacations, Inc. started off our stay in a #1 fashion. They treat you like family! Can't wait to get back in 2017, IF not before!

Really enjoyable stay in a well kept condo! Right on the beach with no crowd hassle! Large condo pool, with sunning chase lounge chairs for extra sun, and a place for the kids to actually swim. Note, remember, everyone is a kid ........ we are just a little older than the tiny tots!

One of the most important things in TIGHT SECURITY, can't beat it! For example, someone had thrown a turtle shell on top of the bushes, I was sitting, in my shorts, and tap came one the window next to me, I opened the curtains and sliding door, and there stood a gentleman pointing at the shell while displaying his badge at the same time. Sure glad the shell did not belong to us?

I would recommend Seashore Vacations, Inc. for seeking and setting up a vacation!

Ocean One is a great place to stay! We really loved the location of Unit 107, however it is time for an update, good deep clean, and some lighting changes. Something as simple as getting newer patio furniture would be a start.

Unit 107 was sold in June 2016 and has lots of new updates. Freshly painted in June, along with new furniture, a deep clean and decor changes. It looks great!

We have stayed in unit 107 three times (not consecutively) now and it may be our last unless it sells to owners that will take care of it. The only reason we like it is for its location. It's for sale and this listing says it's updated which is to say they have put granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen. Every wall and trim was dirty and in need of paint very badly. Toilets either were coming away from floor or leaked. Pillows were torn and baskets broken. Overall cleanliness was very so so. One plus is the fact they now have wifi. We really had high hopes that it would be spruced up this year but we were a bit disappointed especially for the cost.

We stayed right by the pool on the ground floor just a short walk from the beach. Decor not really designed for a holiday flat with velvet suite of chairs. Outside porch needed a sweep up as detritus bought in on the carpet from the french windows. Great kitchen (with washer dryer and dishwasher) and bathrooms, very effective AC. Very central to shops and restaurants

We always have the best vacation in Hilton Head. Ocean One 107 is the perfect set up for my family. The staff on duty keep the property kept very nice and the 2 gentlemen that are on guard duty are exceptionally nice while doing their job. Can't say enough good things about our past week there. Keep up the great work. My only request would be to allow your guests to play stuff in the grassy area including corn hole. During our week there, there were several families that wanted to set up their little cornhole games and were complaining that they were told no to using that area for stuff like that.

Perfect location. You do not have to drive once you arrive if you don't want to; grocery, shopping, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyable live music daily at the location next door to the condos. Not too loud though, just nice, and you do not hear it inside the condo. Beautiful grounds. First floor location still provides a lovely view of grounds, pool, and ocean. Nice to be able to walk straight out to pool from private patio, or sit on the patio and be able to watch my kids in the pool. And you do not hear noise from neighbors walking above you. Nice and quiet. We had a great vacation!

The unit was clean and in a great location. I would stay there again and also would recommend it to others. I do think more supplies should be offered as starters... trash bags, liquid dish soap, etc. The unit also needs more cooking utensils and a few more pots and pans would have been nice.

The security team at Ocean One was a little too strict. You weren't able to grill anywhere on the grounds, play any time of ball on the grounds and weren't able to sit by the pool area after 11 p.m.

only one thing that I would change. please move the bed to the opposite wall in the smaller bedroom. reverse the t.v. and bed. both vents hit you directly in the face. air feels good but not in the face. overall we loved it!!!!!

We recommend security bars in the bath so that we don't kill ourselves falling; new furniture as what is in the condo is very old and tired; and a separate switch for the very noisy fan in the bathroom in the guest room and cutlery tools!

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean One 107. The location and furnishings were great! Loved the pool! Only complaints would be an extremely squeaky mattress on one of the beds, walls need a lot of help and condo could be cleaner. We would stay here again.

Overall, we love Ocean One. Unit 107 is a too notch location within the complex. It could use some spider control, and the oven & stove top were not cleaned. Maybe a coat of paint too. But the access to beach & pool, along with beautiful grounds, make Ocean One a place to definitely stay again!

My family and I spent 8 days at Ocean One and had a great experience. We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and this was one of the best. The condo was ideal for us. We really liked the location and closeness to the pool. The interior is nice but could use some upgrades to the mattresses and couch (not very comfortable). The Seashore office was very pleasant and helpful as was the Ocean One staff. We will be back next year!

Room location was great,but there were a few things that we were not happy with. The main problem was the draw shades for the sliding p[atio door.Since we were on the first floor ,the shades did not cover the door giving us no privacy.Several slates were missing,had to fix myself.The TV's were in master bedroom sound so bad could not in other bedroom was very long table in dining room or entry way just bare space against wall.Useful items such as acutting board,kitchen sissors,no sponges,no kleenex,had to buy all these.Master bathroom sinkclogged.Hole under bathroom sink allowed acessfor palmetto pantry space in kitchen.

We had such an amazing stay at Ocean One. The location of our condo at the property was perfect for our family with easy access to the pool and beach. As for the Captain and staff directing the flow of the parking lot and grounds.....Keep up the amazing

Very nice unit, with a few observations. Televisions in bedrooms were older, with one in bedroom with only one bed a very small unit. This unit is on the ground level, which has good and bad points. No need waiting for an elevator; easy in and out carrying
luggage groceries, etc. The down side is that the ocean view is not great, and my bedroom, which was on the entrance wall, was a little noisy from other vacationers coming and going. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would consider renting this unit
again. If I didn't, it would simply be to have an elevated ocean view.
