The property was great size for our group, and well-equipped, though somewhat worn. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the floors were sticky and dirty(need a thorough mopping). The location was great for access to parking and the beach and pool area. There were restaurants, shopping, and park within walking distance. Some guy with the door code walked in, realized it wasn’t an empty unit, and left without explanation. We had to contact Seashore to determine it was their employee. Wondering what might have happened if no one was in the unit/ disconcerting experience.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, pool, tiki hut, and the Coligny plaza (restaurant & shops). Great floor plan: 4 BR 4 full baths. New flooring (pretty cheap, but better than carpet). decent provisions. Could use some maintenance, but overall a great stay.

The unit was a great size for our family and a great location. The unit does need to be renovated and a lot of things replaced. The draperies had stains all over them. There also was no outdoor patio table so we had to go buy one to use at Home Depot .we have rented in Hilton head for the last 15 years in the same area. But definitely want something more updated
It was great to have the extra bikes,chairs included a perk.
I would only rent this unit if it was totally updated .

We wanted to get away for a few days before moving to London. This condo was the perfect spot for a last minute trip. Location was perfect - quick walk to beach, swimming pool, and restaurants. The kids appreciated the grass lawn to play. Condo itself was well appointed. We had a great last trip to HH.

After years of staying in floor 4 or 5 condos, because we had 5 young grandchildren in our party this year we tried a 1st floor unit and had a great week. We missed the full ocean view but had great, easy access to the pool and beach without hauling all our belongings down the elevator.

We were very pleased with the condo. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and in good condition. It would be nice if you were aloud more than 2 vehicles for a 4 bedroom condo though.

The location was excellent! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach. The size of the condo for 9 people worked out perfectly. I was disappointed in the bedding as it had some holes and was a bit old. The unit was quite clean. The kitchen was not very well appointed - no cookie sheet, no decent size frying pan, only two teaspoons (the rest were tablespoons) and the coffee maker leaked. So that was disappointing. The management staff was very friendly and responsive.

The location of Ocean One #101 is great. The unit is in need of TLC. All bedding is at least 5 yrs old, the kitchen supplies are less than adequate. We had to buy a pan as the largest one available was 8 inches. The attention to a clean turnover is seriously diminished. The sheets in the queen bedroom had not been changed, with evidence they had been slept in; had to wash upon arrival. Would recommend with skepticism, as the noted items should be addressed.

Management company communicated effectively that there was construction taking place within the complex. This did not effect our stay with regard to noise etc.. and I was pleased that we were made aware of this prior to arriving. Unit was spacious and clean. Location is great with access to the pool and beach. Would highly recommend. Only complaint was we were disturbed by a real estate agent who was apparently there to show the property with a group of people and we were not expecting them.

This was our first time to stay at Ocean One 101. We had a great time. The location is amazing, the unit was perfect for our family reunion. Clean, well maintained, there was nothing negative about our stay here at all. We are all ready talking about returning again next year!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for several years and we love the Ocean One property and location. This unit was perfect for two families with kids. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and most of the unit has been updated. We love the ease of the first floor for the kids to play outside in the grassy area and have easy access to the pool and beach. Our only complaint would be the kitchen. Very limited pots/pans and the condition of them was definitely deteriorating. The freezer also had a lot of frost build up, which I saw in another review from a few months ago, so it is too bad that hasn’t been addressed. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

this was a very nice walk out condo. We went with 2 other couples and had a great time. I wish it had been up one level for ocean views, but aside from that it was super nice. We could walk right out to the ocean, pool and BBQ area. Open the doors and hear the band next door at the Tiki Hut. Great experience!

Location near Coligny Circle was convenient for quick shopping/groceries. Wonderful playground across the street for children. Unit was clean but I am real picky on cleanliness, so floors could have been dusted better and frig had some major spill issues that were never cleaned properly. Needed to take glass shelves out and scrub. Plush towels, comfy beds, bathrooms for each bedroom made our stay comfortable. Lots of beach toys, chairs available.

We had a fabulous vacation! The condo exceeded our expectations. Four couples in our group. Plenty of room for everyone. Every bedroom has their own bathroom and their own television. The location can’t be beat. Right on the ocean, beautiful pool, Tiki Bar right next door. Walking distance to so many shops, stores, restaurants, and bars.

Nice ground floor unit. With young children it is so easy to just walk out to the pool and beach. Kitchen is nicely stocked with essentials. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Lots of TVs for everyone. Fortunately the music from the hotel next door ends about 10 PM. We enjoyed our stay.

Very large 4 bed 4 bathroom. Great location to everything. Be aware though that you only get 2 parking spaces in the lot for the unit and there is no overnight parking around the area besides airport. Defiantly will stay again this is our second time in this building and the first in this unit. It has everything you need for a great family stay.

Hi Ellen! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! The parking everywhere on the island is tight now with the increasing number of visitors coming in. Almost every condo complex and hotel requires car passes and limits the number of cars due to space. However, we are glad you liked Ocean One 101 and we hope to see you again soon!

The property is in a great location; it is walking distance from the grocery store and restaurants and is just steps from the beach and pool. The unit is well stocked and was in good shape and kept clean.
I particularly liked dealing with a local rental company instead of national companies that are not responsive and work through other subs and vendors. I made one call to the rental office and spoke with a real person who answered my inquiry in 2 minutes.

We loved our stay! The music was awesome while sitting on the patio. I thought it was going to be an issue though when we but the kids to sleep, but it wasn't. They were too tried from playing at the beach. The layout was perfect. My sister and her husband stayed in the front bedroom, my parents off the living room, and my family (2 kids, 2 adults) took the other side. It was almost like we had a whole "wing" to ourselves.

Overall it was good. Not as nice as the pictures but still nice. Just an older building. Things were clean. Bed was comfy. Living room could use more seating as we had 9 people and ended up sitting in the dining room chairs to watch tv at the end of the night. Close to beach and pool.

Our twelfth annual family vacation to Hilton Head was wonderful, in spite of the Covid-19 virus concerns. This was our first time at Ocean One but we loved the condo and location and will plan to return again in the future. No complaints with the condo or property. The only issue we had was the limited parking (only two vehicles per unit permitted).

We loved our stay at ocean one 101. It is a gorgeous condo and accommodations were perfect for our family. The kids loved the bedroom with the 3 twin beds. We enjoyed being on the first floor so the kids could go play in the grass and we had easy access to the pool and beach access. My only complaint is that seashore vacations gave my sister in law the info at check in and never checked her ID and her name was not on the reservation. She arrived there before me and I did not give approval for her to get the key info. Other than that, the condo was great!!

The place was beautifully remodeled. Plenty of space for us. The showers in the queen/king rooms were AMAZING! Would've been nice to have the twin room bath with a more upgraded shower/tub combo, but we didn't even use it. The bath rug in that bathroom needs washing. Seems neglected. Would also recommend putting up blackout curtains in the front room. The breezeway lights fully illuminate the room. Location was great too. We got to see the first lantern parade. So cool! The only big complaint we had was the cleaning lady showed up at 9:25am, when checkout was at 10am. She insisted non coming in to pull sheets to put them in the washing machine. We felt very rushed and did not appreciate it it at all. Overall, we'd rent again though. Thanks!

We had a great time. The location was perfect - right on the beach, close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed hearing the live music from the Holiday Inn Tiki Bar next door. The layout of the condo was really nice. Our only complaint would be that the grass wasn’t cut until right before we left, but to be fair, maybe it had something to do with the storm threat the week prior. One thing we do wish is that there had been better communication about what was there at the condo. If we had known that there were beach towels, chairs, toys... then we wouldn’t have packed our own. It made it difficult because the instructions tell you to store your beach gear in the storage room outside the unit to keep the sand out of the condo, but the storage unit was full of beach gear already. All-in-all though, you can’t go wrong here. The beds were comfortable, the showers/bathrooms were great and the location can’t be beat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean one 101. This was our second year staying at this property. The condo has been completely renovated which made our stay even better than last year. You can't beat the proximity to the ocean and the pool was relaxing too. Short walk to Coligny is nice too. We also enjoyed the live music everyday at the tiki bar next to the property. We will definitely be back.

Overall 5 stars. Can’t beat location of this condo. The first floor was perfect getting out the yard with kids every morning. The beach access is so close. Everything about the condo was updated and comfortable. Love the four bathrooms. All beds very comfortable. The decorations were so warm and tasteful. Very nice stay!!

This is our 2nd time staying at 101. We love it because of the room but wish it was updated a little. It is a great location to the beach and pool as well as shopping, dinner and the grocery store!!

Loved the location with having 2 babies with us. Loved the layout of condo, however the monkey chair in living room is so old I felt like I was going to sink and never get out. Also the in the master bedroom the outlet on back wall did not work. I really love this condo I just wish it was upgraded.

Our first time to Hilton Head was a success! We are a family of seven, ages 9 to 79. Manager was welcoming. We recommend One Hot Momma's BBQ and The Salty Dog for delicious food. Our condo was comfortable, spacious and great for many family home cooked meals. Rented bikes for the week, shopping, wine tasting, horse back riding, beach and pool time, evening walks. Loved not having to deal with an elevator. Beach was a small walk from our door. Wish I was there now!

We love Ocean One and have been staying there for years. Though other units have been updated a little more, you can't beat the convenience of being able to walk out to pool and beach from 1st floor-so convenient. Kitchen could use a few new items such as can opener that works, sharp knives that cut, etc and ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be nice. Overall a great unit with no bugs and we would stay again.

Overall a great vacation experience. We all loved the convenience of the location to Coligny Plaza and Holiday inn. Grounds were well kept and pool was in great shape. Unit 101 was in good condition with everything we needed for cooking and all appliances were in good operating condition. Our internet and phone was out until Monday since the owner overlooked paying their recent bill but seashore immediately took care of it Monday morning. The head boards of the queen and the twin beds were very loose. The one walk out from the the master bedroom seemed collect a lot of debris from the grounds due to how the ocean breeze funnels through. This area should be area that the cleaning people should make sure to pick up.

This was at a perfect spot for our family get-together.
Beach access was private and the walk to the beach was short.
Getting the keys and the access to the house was painless even at 1:00 AM.
The rental agency was very responsive and had made things really easy.
The beach, Coligny Shopping Plaza and bike rentals were 5 min. walk. Even grocery stores are close by.
House was clean and well equipped.

Overall we had a great experience !
