Oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, Queen and Twin in 2nd bedroom, and a living room sleeper sofa. The beach is steps away from this oceanfront ground floor condo in South Forest Beach. With a private patio accessible from the livingroom, guests staying in Ocean Club 49 have easy access to the beach. Follow the adjacent wooden walkway to and from the beach or take a dip in the on-site courtyard pool a few steps away. Although Ocean Club has parking in front of each condominium, the complex is an easy walk to Coligny Plaza, the beach market, and beach park. This quaint little downtown area has shopping and dining for all ages. Ocean Club 49 has recently been renovated with new a brand new kitchen, flooring and much more. Wireless Internet Access.

Beachfront Ocean Club 49
Fantastic location just steps away from the boardwalk. We love ocean club! Our only concern was that the Wi-Fi was very weak and my husband had to do work during our stay and he had trouble with the Wi-Fi connection repeatedly . The main bedroom king mattress needs to be replaced due to age and lack of support. Other than that, this is a great unit ! Perfect for families and older couples. Wonderful clean condo in great location!
Wonderful, clean condo, walking distance to many restaurants. Loved that was so close to walk to the ocean, although on ground floor can’t see ocean, can hear and enjoyed the patio every evening. Kitchen well stocked, appreciated extra paper products. LOVED that bedroom had heavier curtains to block out morning light! Only thing to note was master bedroom mattress VERY firm. Fall Break
We loved the location of the property and the condo itself. What we did not like was that the condo above us was being completely gutted while we were there. Every morning at 8 am they would start hammering and then sawing away at tile. It was so loud at times that we couldn't even carry on a conversation. We called the rental company and told them of the inconvenience, and they basically said that there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could contact the owners to see if they would give us a discount because of the inconvenience and they said that they would speak to their manager. We never heard back from them. It was very frustrating that they didn't seem to have any concern for our inconvenience. Our 4th stay at Ocean Club
We loved our two week stay at Ocean Club 49. The view from the patio cannot be beat and we love the easy access to the beach. The house had a lovely sectional sofa that could easily hold our family of four (we all hung out there one morning while it rained) and the kitchen was well appointed. The bedrooms having their own baths made getting ready to go out easy and we loved our walks to Coligny Circle. The credits towards the beach equipment rental was an extra bonus. Great location with everything you need
This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this unit and we continue to love the great location, easy access to the beach and the bed set up (convenient sleeping for five) and the fully stocked kitchen. I spend many hours on the the patio enjoying the ocean view and watching the wildlife. We all love being able to walk to Coligny. We also love parking right at the door. The size of the complex is perfect --not too big. The pool is great, too. The only thing missing are a few extra towel bars in the bathrooms. HH Getaway
We had a fantastic week in Hilton Head and Ocean Club 49 was a great place to stay! The unit was very spacious with a great outdoor patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and the oceanfront location provided quick and easy access to the beach. Great Location
The condo was perfect for our needs. We stayed for 3 weeks and and had our adult kids come and go (2nd parking pass was great). Great location right on the beach. View is if the dunes, can hear the ocean, and walk from back door to beach in a few minutes. We were up every morning for the sunrise, even if you didn't walk down to the beach could see from grassy area right out side. The everyday things were clean (could walk barefoot when arrived and no dirt on floors)but could use a deep clean of things like cabnet and closet doors. Rental agency was friendly and helpful.

Loved the location
We found the apartment very comfortable. It was basically clean, but could use some "spring cleaning" of the baseboards, closet doors, etc. Although it was chilly the week we were there, we were able to easily walk the beach every day, which we wanted to do. Amazing Condo on South Forest Beach Dr. HHI
Ocean Club 49 was the perfect condo for our fall family vacation. The Condo was clean, the perfect size for four adults, and is literally steps from the beach. Out the back patio there is plenty of room to relax or enjoy a meal which is what we did since we decided on takeout for our dinners. The view of the water and palm trees is stunning and the sound of the waves made sitting outside the best part. Not only is this condo located right by beach, but it is only minutes away from Coligny plaza which has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Looks as if they have made a lot of changes to this condo recently such as new appliances in the kitchen, new floors, and a remodeled bathroom. A few things that could use some updating are a new toaster since the handle was broken, the master bathroom could use some updating, and the sliding door was so noisy that it would wake everyone up if someone wanted to go outside in the morning. Clean, spacious, awesome location!
This was our first visit to HHI. Ocean Club 49 was the perfect condo for us. It was spacious, bright and clean. The location, only steps away from the beach, was amazing. It is a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza which has nice shops and restaurant. The condo was well stocked. It was a nice surprise to see 3 or 4 bodyboards for the beach on property and 2 or 3 chairs, not the best chairs but they were serviceable. 39th year at HHI
Well here we go again, wow 39 years at Ocean Club. Not much new, upgrades did not happen once again!! Now on the other hand, #49 has taken the time to made several very nice upgrades. The second bathroom is renovated and no popcorn ceilings to steal skin from my knuckles. My favorite tree is gone, sad, but the view is as good as it gets. The condo was very clean as always, but the towels were very old. Might what to look at better ones. Everything worked, once you can figure out how to use the TV. Slider noisy so we be bought some spray to try and make it work better, but did not help. Buddy, Lynn, Allison and Richard are great to work with. The pool area and the front area towards the ocean were keep up and looked great. There were deer, rabbits and an eagle out front. Only suggestions we have get better fencing and pave the parking lot. As always Seashore Vacations continues to be the best!!!!!! Condo stay was Great!

This 2-bedroom, updated condo is located oceanfront. The beach walk is only feet away from the back patio. Inside, the condo is nicely appointed with all the necessary amenities. Beds are comfy (on the firm side). Kitchen is well-stocked. Pool is steps away from the front door. Coligny is a 5-minute walk away. This condo could benefit from a deep clean. We stayed here for a quick Spring Break get away and it was perfect! The condo was clean, well maintained and in the perfect location. First visit to HHI
Great first time trip to HHI! Loved the location and Ocean Club #49. Couldn't have asked for a better place to be. Clean, updated and very convenient. Beach was great. A Fantastic Place to Stay!!!!
This is a beautiful condo. It was very clean and comfortable with a kitchen that was well set up with cookware, dishes, and stainless utensils. The clothes dryer, however, needs to be repaired/replaced but given the wear and tear of constant use, that's probably to be expected! Condo is in good location. We liked the view and being able to walk out to large patio and green area beyond it. Short walk to the beach. Great location, but be warned.......
The location of this unit was fantastic...steps from the beach and pool. It was great! But...the accomdations themselves are in need of an upgrade. No TV in second bedroom, and TV in master bedroom didn't work. The bathrooms fixtures were old and leaky. The dryer didn't dry but spewed lint everywhere. And the front door could be pushed open even when it was locked. So, if you don't mind all of that, the location is fantastic! Property would be nicer if clean.

Hilton Head Fun
We had a great experience and the rental unit was updated and clean. The beds were comfortable and unit very spacious. Love the ocean front view and short walk to beach and Coligny. 36 years at Ocean Club
This was our 36th year of coming to Ocean Club. Fourth or fifth year at #49. As usual we enjoyed the people at Seashore Vacations!!! Found out the dog problem will be eliminated September 1st. The unit was clean and quiet. The wife saw deer out front. They are still debating redoing the pool, we say get it done. If we owned #49 we would have at least 1 comfortable chair to view TV or read on a rainy day. The bathrooms could use a little TLC especially the lights. As always we renewed friendships with owners and fellow renters from around the country. New/old restaurants we enjoyed, Oyster Factory for our 50th wedding anniversary and Aunt Chiladas for a great time. Summer Vacation

Awesome Once Agaun
I've been staying in OC since I was a kid some 40+ years ago. Grew up, missed some years, came back once my first was born. 5 years straight now. 2 weeks a pop. OC is absolutely the best place to stay in HHI. Buddy and his crew are amazing. Always have been. Especially after my mom passed 2 days before and prayed to reschedule. Easy Peasy. 35 years at Ocean Club Villa's
We have been coming here for 35 years. A lot of wonderful changes. It is fun to catch up with people from years past. Always cool to meet new people, go to new places to eat and walk the beach. For the most part all improvements have been positive but this year there has been a change. Over the years we were never allowed to bring our dogs, well that has changed. There are dogs all over the place and it appears that the dog park is right in front of this building. So be prepared!! Looking forward to the new pool and parking lot. Our fall vacation stay!

A week at the beach.
We have to say that Ocean Club #49 is wonderful, We have stayed here several times and with the latest updates, we wish we owned it. We just missed meeting the owners, so we could have bought them lunch. One new restaurant to recommend "Chow Daddy" across the street from Seashore Vacations. Favorite Place to Stay at HHI!

Great property!
Left Spartanburg to get away from work having done only to get to Ocean Club #49 where they were fixing stucco and gutter for 3 days of my vacation. Realize these things have to be done but was really disappointed that I couldn't enjoy my coffee on patio during construction and had to clean stucco chunks so we didn't step on with bare feet. Our 2014 adventure to the shore.
As always Alison once again made the vacation a great experience. We loved the condo and wish we could own it. When we walked in my wife was very happy with the new updates, looks great!!!! We have become friends with several owners and other renters that we have meant over the years and we compared theirs to this one. We win!!!!! Every thing was as expected even a new High Definition television, but NO high Definition connection??? The sectional sofa looks great, but is getting on in years. Great place for families with young children!
We had a great week in Hilton Head. This property was spacious, had everything and was in a great location. Our girls (3 & 6) loved the beach and it was so convenient to run back to the house when we forgot something. Get away time.
We enjoyed this visit more then any in 33 years. The only issue was the lack of HD TV's and lack of HD channels. No NASCAR to be found. No way to record shows when you were at dinner. Great location!
