Ocean Club 17

The unit was exactly what we needed and was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with many gadgets (including a couple we brought, but forgot to bring home, oops) and the seating was comfortable.

The only wish list item would be a key to the sliding doors to make the walk to the beach carrying our gear shorter. It was inconvenient to have to leave by the front door then walk around the whole complex to get back to our patio, grab our gear, then backtrack through the courtyard out to the beach. I'm sure others just left the sliding doors unlocked while they were out at the beach/pool, but we felt uncomfortable doing so. Even so, 5 stars and we would return again!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5.
This is a gated facility.
This location is closest to the road and on the bottom level with one condo above. We did not hear much noise above us except the occasional chair scraping the floor. Minimal noises heard anywhere outside the home.
The pool is just a few steps away with a lot of nice shade and foliage in between. The pool was clean and large and was shaded the last half of the day.
There is a patio to keep all of your beach items on. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes and the path is not long. There were multiple places to rinse off after returning from the beach.

It has king size bed with an attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom had a twin bed and a full bed that our 3 daughters shared. The guest shower was nicer than the master.

The home was clean upon arrival and had a fully stocked kitchen and even had laundry detergent available.

The home was a little outdated as far as decor goes but all in all it was a nice and cozy place. Even though we were surrounded by other tenants, it felt very private.
My only complaint about the home is that it had a lot of random, personal items. The drawers in the girls room had random stuff in the drawers that we had to move so they could put their clothes in the drawers. Both bathroom vanity's had random personal items in them (thankful for the left behind shampoo) but some was personal hygiene left behind, expired bottles etc. There were three, private, locked closets, but even with that the three guest closets had clothes, shoes, 3 vacuums, disorganized blankets and random items. It made it feel like the home was not ours.
I happened to be at the condo when someone rang the doorbell. Before I could get to the door the maintenance man was about to unlock the door. He was spraying for pests, which I understand needs to be done but I did not like the idea of him coming in without our knowledge. I think that should be

We stayed for the winter as we have at this community for the past 4 years. This was the first time in this villa, well equipped, comfortable bed and living room furniture. Only complaint is not enough space to put our belongings as owner has 3 locker areas. Very helpful and friendly management company.

Perfect home for us to stay at! Pool was literally steps away just as I needed after recent knee surgery and I even walked to the beach which was amazing extremely close. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Having a grill was wonderful, Everything on one floor was just what we needed will certainly come back. Thank you to the owners. P.S. Love the recliner perfect for my angry knee, the one by the slider was not plugged in or whatever no big deal just thought I'd tell you. Thank you for allowing us into your home. Having Seashore Vacations coordinate our stay was wonderful great staff!

We had a great time staying in this condo. It had the essential items needed for a 3 day weekend away. We have 3 kids, including a one year old and loved that it was just a quick walk from this unit to the pool...made it easy to walk back and forth to get snacks and for nap time. The kids loved having a pool available too. We were close by to Coligny Plaza and shops/restaurants. Had a great trip and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Everything was very easy. The new pathways to the pool and to the boardwalk were great. It made getting around a breeze. We had great weather and a great time.

Condo was located in a perfect place, with help of a beach wagon getting to beach was a breeze! We had a wonderful time, condo very spacious and comfortable. Only thing I would suggest is fixing AC in bedroom with twin beds, very muggy and hot despite AC being turned down low- rest of condo very comfortable.

Good week. Weather was great, and condo location was awesome. Only negative was, the parking space designated for this unit is not marked like the rest of the spaces for other units. So you will be looking a guest space, if it is a crowded week.

The condo was a perfect fit for our family. The pool has been remodeled and the ocean is just steps away. Everything we needed was in the unit and Colingny is an easy bike and walk away!

Unit had everthing we needed for stay, fully stocked. Very comfortable.

Pool area is great and always has a partial shade area. Patio is lovely. Unit is in need of some updates. But it was comfortable and it was clean (except master bath).We flew in so it was nice that there was an umbrella and a couple old beach chairs we could use.

It was ok. When I got there food was in the sink. Plugs in the condo would not hold a plug in. Only one garbage bag. No wifi. It was centrally located and was safe if you wanted to walk or bike. The patio was outstanding with multiple grills , great chairs, close to the pool, a garden hose, it was super. Inside needs an upgrade . Worn but nice. TV s were ok. Still no WiFI. Only condo without. I needed it to work. I think I will use a resort next time.

No housekeeping issues were reported, but we would be happy to respond with any cleaning issues you have as soon as we know about the issue. We welcome a follow up email concerning plugs. Are you referring to electrical outlets or drains in the tubs? Post inspection cannot locate this issue. We understand your need for wifi and we encourage all of our homeowners to provide wifi for guest use, but it is an option that is decided by the owner. We will send the request along, and hope that you'll choose Seashore Vacations (and perhaps Ocean Club) again, we have many units that will fit your wifi needs.
