North Shore 406

This location can't be beat. The rental is the same level as the pool and is perfect for families. The only thing I'd complain about was the floors. They were a little dirtier than I'd like to see. I'm guessing it was just a miss on the cleaning team. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

The only issue was a running toilet which was fixed . Workers needed in our place looking for a leak next door but we had no issue. Everything else was great-

This is the first time I booked via Vrgo and glad I did. This place is just amazing. The unit is exactly how it was in the website. Very clean, ample space for all of us and have everything that we needed for a comfortable stay for 5 days. The location is just perfect. 3 mins walk to a clean beach, not very crowded. The plus is the local mall is just right across the street. Once you are there, you don't need to take out the car. Everything is available right around the place. Will definitely recommend to my friends and may be I will come back again before the summer ends.

We had a great stay over the Christmas holiday. Of course, the location is ideal particularly when HHI isn't as crowded as Summer. The proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping couldn't be better. Being 2 floors and having a sizeable covered deck, the 6 of us never felt like were on top of each other. The kitchen has all the supplies you'd expect. Overall it was a great experience and we would return not just to the property but to this particular unit.

We really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and this condo was in a great location. The hot tub was great to relax in! We were in walking distance to the beach and many shops. The unit itself does need some upgrades, the carpet is in pretty dyer shape with the tack board showing in one room. The property managers were very responsive to addressing issues though. It would be nice for a little more amenities like beach towels since this unit is so close to the beach. There were only bath towels provided which is uncials with beach and pool access. Also, a little more attention to details like TV remotes needing batteries etc would be nice.

Upgrades include the following: New Carpet/Luxury Vinyl Planking in the bedrooms, hallways & stairs. Fresh Paint throughout the entire condo. Smooth ceilings for all current areas in the unit that currently have popcorn ceilings. Work performed on the kitchen cabinets. New dressers & nightstands in a couple of the bedrooms. Once the renovations are completed, we will have new photos taken for the web site. Thank you as well for noting the need for additional amenities and small details like remote batteries. Feedback like this helps us continually improve the guest experience. Our rental agreement states that beach towels are not provided and our staff is available during business hours to address dead batteries or other requests that come up. We had a lot of fun! Room was nice but needs some updates. Carpet in lower level bedroom is ripped really bad and hurts if you step on it. Lots of dust and carpet needs replaced. That toilet also didnt flush unless my husband fixed the chain each time. Overall we loved it and it was nice but in need of some updates and a deep clean! Love the location which is right by the pool!!

We had a few issues resolved quickly when we called. The unit is clean -some spots on couch and carpet noted. A mildew odor is briefly noted when entering the home but not noticable after a few moments. Most things were adequate and clean. Nice layout for 6.love the two pool access

Great location however in the 20 yrs we have been coming to HHI and staying at North Shore i would not stay here again. Floors were dirty, the beds were so firm that sleeping was a challenge, every plate/pan pulled from the cabinets was dirty, stains on carpet, overall very dated, sub par appliances. Owners have 3 locked closets one of which is in the bedroom that in theory sleeps 3. Therefore family could not hang up their clothes or store their pak n play. When we inquired w/Seashore vacations staff there was no solution offered, and providing no empathy to the situation. Like we were out of line to expect a closet in a bedroom. Paying ~5k for a week w/these conditions is not something we plan to do again.

This was our first time staying at 406 North Shore and we would definitely stay again. It’s in a great location. Directly across from the beach and right next to all the restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the fact that the pool is on the 4th floor just steps from the door of the condo. The condo is very spacious, much larger than the pictures display. We rented bikes, which were delivered and at the condo before we arrived. They were a perfect way to get around the island from biking on the beach to exploring several miles on the bike paths.

The unit was very nice and exactly as shown in the photos. There was construction/maintenance being done the entire time we were there so there was alot of noise during the day. The location was perfect for us. Being directly across the street from shops, restaurants and the beach was very convenient. We parked our car and used our rental bikes for the entire week. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Great location. Convenient to the beach and Coligny shopping and dining. Unit is in need of an update. There was a strong musty smell throughout the condo. There was also an odd smell in the upstairs stairway and 2nd floor.

Perfect rental for a first visit to HHI; Unit was spacious and clean providing all the initial necessities; each bedroom had own en-suite bathroom with tub and shower; outdoor pool was right outside our door; building was in a very convenient location: grocery store, shops and restaurants across the street; short walk across the street to beautiful beach;

North Shore 406 was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great - close to restaurants, shops, the beach. We had a car but could easily walk (or bike) anywhere. The pool was chilly in October as expected but the kids didn't mind. The hot tub was nice at the end of the day. Neighbors were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at here! Prime location (across from Coligny, very close to beach, and the hot tub (and pool, although it was too cold) are right outside the door. The condo met or exceeded all our expectations. The Seashore Vacations staff was great throughout and went above and beyond by coming to the unit when we accidentally locked a bathroom door shut. The response was immediate and the fix was quick. We hope to stay here again in the future!
