Great place to gather with group location very close to shopping restaurants across from beach amenities were nice and clean enjoyed pool area would be amazing if pool was heated to cold for swimming.

The unit is very spacious and in excellent shape. It is very close to the beach. The pool is right outside the door. Contact with the property maintenance company was easy with quick responses. I would recommend this building anytime.

We had a perfect weekend reuniting with some grad school friends! The location is great for both the beach and shopping/eating at the plaza. Being so close to the piggly wiggly was very convenient. The unit was very clean and the parking was easy and convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this unit in Hilton Head!
The check‐in process and communication were completely seamless, which made arriving and settling in stress‐free. The location is absolutely prime, just a very quick and easy walk to Coligny Beach, shops, and tons of restaurants. If you want to be right in the middle of the action and able to walk everywhere, this is the perfect spot. With that said, as with any lively and central location, there can be a bit of noise at times, but it comes with the convenience of being so close to everything.
The unit itself was super clean, well laid out, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials you’d need for your trip. The unit is right outside the pool, which is very convenient, but I could imagine it being a bit louder during peak season.
One small note for management: there are two small holes in the metal plate around the door keypad, and you can actually see into the unit through them. We taped a piece of paper over them during our stay and have sent a picture for awareness. It would also be great to consider adding an additional deadbolt for extra security.
Overall, this is a fabulous unit and a fantastic place to stay, especially if you want to be centrally located and within walking distance of all the best parts of Hilton Head. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at 401 North Shore for over 20 years. We love the location, and the condo is equipped with everything you need. Underground parking is a plus. Just next door is Coligny and the Piggly Wiggly. We have made many wonderful memories at North Shore, and hope to return.

This was our second year renting 401 and we had another amazing stay. The unit has everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the books and games after a long day at the pool, which is right outside your door. Already excited to return next year!

The company was very timely when we needed them. The location, condo and amenities were great. The HOA decided to close the pool and hot tub over which the company had no control but they were very accommodating. Great location for families with kids. Ice cream and food across the street.

We loved our stay at 401 North Shore! Being steps from the beach and the grocery store was so nice! We loved being able to walk and bike to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub being right outside our door was very convenient as well. The condo was clean and the perfect set up for our family of 5. After 8 days, we didn’t want to leave! Great vacation!

This unit was perfect for our 2024 visit to HHI! My mother-in-law came along with us this time, and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for her to have her own space, yet still be close to us. The photos online are great, but this unit is even better in person! All of the beds were comfortable, the wrap around balcony is amazing, and the main door to this unit walks out to the roof top pool. The bright, nautical decor throughout the unit was gorgeous and done with such detail! The island experience is amazing, but staying in this unit made it even better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful and very quiet unit with great views of the sunset and live music drifting up from Coligny restaurants. Seashore Vacations was easy to work with, good communication, and friendly folks.
Walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. And you can see the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms!
The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars for our stay and the property condition is because the hot tub was closed due to a leak. Otherwise, the property was great!

Unit, facility and location was great!
Unit had everything we needed and was clean but needs a little TLC. There were some broken floor tiles, broken picture frames and gouges in the sheetrock at the bottom of the stairs. The bedrooms with the Queen bed and 2 twin beds could probably use new mattresses. The Queen bed dipped in the middle and the guests kept sliding to the middle of the bed throughout the night. The twin beds were just uncomfortable.

This complex location is wonderful.
Overall our condo was comfortable and clean; however the dryer did not work very well at all. We contacted Seashore for maintenance, but nobody ever came to fix it.

The location of this unit is perfect! We love that two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs so we can socialize without waking children. The only challenge we’ve had for two year in a row is the dryer. It takes 4 cycles of drying to fully dry clothes. I am hopeful that the owners or management will deal with this issue as we did laundry every day and this was a big problem.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved that the pool and hot tub were right outside the door. The view from the balcony was nice and we could hear live music coming from Coligny. Having Coligny Plaza right next door was great! Fun restaurants and a grocery store were right there!

We just got back from a fantastic stay at 401 North Shore Place. Our unit was a two story condo with a wraparound balcony. The unit was immaculate and seemed freshly painted! The location was perfect and the walk to the beach took 2 minutes! Coligny Plaza was across the street-easy walk! I was worried about noise, not an issue! We actually sat on balcony and listened to music at night! Pool and hot tub were right outside the door-only wish was that the pool was heated! 401 was roomy, comfortable and the views were incredible! Management responded to any questions promptly and when checking in, Heather and Buddy were courteous and welcoming! Wish we could book for next year, but our dates are already taken!! Overall, a wonderful stay with great weather!

The rental was really great - it did not feel like a condo and it was accessible to everything. It was clean and had the basics that we needed. It was our first trip but likely not our last.

We enjoyed our family vacation in this great location. One block from beach and Cologne Square across street. The condo was clean and the staff very helpful, got back to us immediately with any concerns we had. Wasps nest were irritating and they came immediately to resolve. They also placed a call to an exterminator. Lovely time. Wishing 1st floor Bed was king size.

The rental was perfect. It was my family of four plus my parents and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was working well. The only thing that didn’t work was the dryer, we gave up on that and ended up using the dryer in my brothers room across the way. They had boogie boards in the closet which were amazing - my children loved using them and it was great to not have to make separate purchases for them! The upstairs TV’s worked here and there but we’re not that technically savvy and couldn’t figure it out. One day we had volume, the next we didn’t. We loved that we could walk out the door and be right that at the pool. It was also such a short and easy walk to the beach! Overall, the stay was great and we would do it again!

It was perfect despite the rain. We had an issue with the hot water heater. But maintenance was responsive and quick to send someone out.
The location was perfect. The deck was awesome. It was great having the pool outside the front door!

Beautiful condo located within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery. The pool is conveniently located right near the front door, yet noise was not an issue. This condo has been decorated with bright cheery colors and comfortable beds and furniture. We were 5 senior ladies on a 2 week stay and it did not disappoint! Any minor issues were quickly solved by management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We specifically wanted to stay in this building to see if we liked it enough to buy a unit. We went with the 3 bedroom to see the layout despite it not looking as nice in the photos. The unit is much nicer than the photos and location is perfect. Ocean views from the upstairs bedrooms.

401 was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. Pro's- very convenient walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and door opens to the pool area! The deck was fantastic BUT it is pretty noisy being right by the Plaza... cars, bands, kids yelling at the pool. The carpet has quite a musty smell but typical in a humid area!

We absolutely love visiting HHI and love the location of this unit. Really liked that the pool and hot tub were literally outside our door. Owners had pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. They also provided starter toiletries which was nice. The only negative was the complex needed another bike rack especially since it was full during the off season. The unit itself was clean and probably needs to have carpets cleaned but furniture for the most part was in good condition. Loved the gated garage and code for elevator. I would totally recommend this place and Seashore Vacations.

We had a wonderful experience. Issues with elevator maintenance - but no fault of the condo owner or the management company. And the management company offered to help us move our belongings from the 4th floor to the garage on move out day!! We declined the kind offer - but it was still above and beyond. Condo is in need of deep clean and repainting - which we hope is on the agenda soon.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it won’t be the last. It is a great condo with lots of space and so close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. It was perfect for our two family vacation of six, and still room for more if we had needed it. And with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom, it’s easy for everyone to get ready at the same time for going out to dinner.

Rental was good . Great location. Unit needed a little better cleaning . The ceiling fans were filthy and the intake air vent in the hall was discussing . The main tv had some issues. Getting all of the codes for the seacrest pool and the internet WiFi took several emails and calls. Should have had this when checking in .

North Shore 401 sold in May of 2019 and the new owners are committed to making some changes & improvements during the off season. One of the items is a thorough "Annual Deep Clean" which is more in depth than and takes a day or two to complete instead of the normal change over clean that is performed in between guests. This unit has been rented solid since March of 2019 and a deep clean will address many items that are not part of the normal change over clean including: cleaning baseboards throughout, moving furniture and sweeping & vacuuming underneath, removing all items out of the kitchen cabinets & wiping them down, cleaning light fixtures & ceiling fans, cleaning under & behind appliances ,etc. As for the TV in the living room - it was discovered that one of the ports on the TV for the HDMI cord was faulty. We moved the HDMI cord to another port and the issue has been resolved. The wifi password is listed on the information sheet located on the refrigerator. The code to access the Sea Crest pool should have been provided to this guest upon check in and was an oversight on our part. We apologize for this mistake.

We have rented this condo for several years. We love the location, which is close to Coligny, and our grandchildren love the rooftop pool. It has everything you need. We especially like the experience we have had with Seashore Vacations the past two years. The previous management company left a lot to be desired.

A lovely girls week on Hilton Head Island. Perfect location. Easy access to our roof top pool, an easy 2 minute walk to the beach and easy acres to a grocery store, restaurants, shops. Sincerely a perfect location.

The condo itself is nicely decorated. Pictures make it look larger than the main space is, but still comfortable and more than adequate. Love the wrap around deck, where we enjoyed morning coffee and wine in the evening.

The only SLIGHT suggestion would be a complete cleaning. We noticed significant dust on tops of high furniture. For someone who has allergies that can be unpleasant.

This condo is great! The location is perfect (just a quick walk across the road to the beach, or to shops). Beds were comfy. Plenty of room in the living room/dining room. The pictures do not really do it justice. We’ve vacationed in HHI about 8 times and this condo is the best overall. It has space, comfort, and is so close to the beach.

I was expecting a nice condo based on the pictures that I viewed online. However, when we arrived and saw the condo firsthand, I was extremely excited on how much nicer the condo was. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked with cookware and dishes and located in the best possible place you would want to be. The pool and hot tub were just great. I highly recommend this condo as a place to stay. I will certainly book it again when I get back to Hilton Head. The beach is only about a 1-2 block walk. The shopping plaza is right next door with great shops, grocery store, and good restaurants. Awesome place to stay and the management company, Seashore Vacations, was so great to work with. Look forward to our next trip to Hilton Head and staying at North Shore 401.

This was our first stay at North Shore Place. We were quite impressed with the attention to property maintenance/cleanliness. The unit itself was spacious, clean and very convenient - we loved having direct access to the pool, and the beach and shopping were right across the street. There were a few minor repairs/updates needed within the unit, but overall we were quite satisfied. We would definitely recommend this property and unit 401, and plan to return next year!

We have rented this condo many times. Initially it was rented through Sea Pines, but for the last several years it was under a few other vacation rental companies. Our experience with Seashore Vacations was by far our best rental experience since Sea Pines.
