Lake Forest 3303 is nestled back adjacent to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. It is a quiet community in a convenient location with tennis courts and pool facilities on site. It has a wonderful back deck overlooking a large lagoon that leads into the preserve. Lawton Stables is a short walk, and Harbour Town is a quick bike ride, or use the Sea Pines Trolley to access the beach club, Sea Pines Center and South Beach Marina.

Unit 3303 has a king size bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room. Living room has a pull out sleeper sofa.

Beautiful Sea Pines Stay in a Great Location

We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it overall. The location is excellent, central to everything within Sea Pines and an easy bike ride to amenities. We barely used our car once we arrived other than leaving the plantation. Make sure to take advantage of the bike rental credit because bikes are the best way to get around.

The setting is beautiful. The house backs onto a small lake where we regularly saw alligators lounging nearby. Crews come daily and keep the grounds spotless and beautiful. The pool area was well maintained, although it is not heated.

The house itself is comfortable and well stocked. Some areas are older and still fairly original, but there have been updates over time. The kitchen had everything we needed including dishes, cookware, and appliances. The laminate flooring is newer. The guest bathroom appears brand new. Two of the three TVs are smart TVs. There were also beach chairs, games, comfy furniture, and a nice deck setup.

Overall cleanliness at first glance was good, the cleaning crew does a quick turnover clean between guests. However, the property definitely needs a deeper cleaning in the areas people don’t usually look. Under the beds was very dusty, the blinds and window sills were dusty, the guest bathtub had a scum ring and dirt build-up, and the master toilet had a ring at the water line that needs scrubbing. The master shower glass also has heavy hard water staining. None of these issues ruined our stay, but an occasional deep clean would make a big difference.

Overall we’d rate this property 4 stars. Great location, beautiful setting, and a very enjoyable stay with just a few cleaning details needing attention.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The condo was clean and in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning watching the turtles and the giant allegator! We only had one issue, the lock on the front door stopped working, I called the office and within 10 minutes someone was there to make sure everything was working correctly, turns out just a dead battery. We had an amazing time and will look at this condo again when we plan our next trip to HHI.

Lovely Villa

This lovely villa has it all. A wonderful location in Lake Forest on a lagoon adjacent to the Forest Preserve. Close to many bike paths and all amenities in Sea Pines. The villa is comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed here several times and will return again. This is one of our favourite villas in the Lake Forest complex, and accommodates 1 and 2 couples quite comfortably.

Great location!

Villa was perfect for our family. Spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and library was a nice touch. Close to pool, beach and plenty of other activities. Kids loved easy access to bike trails. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Rental with Great View

Lake Forest 3303

Our 2nd visit to this beautiful villa did not disappoint. The kitchen is beautiful with plenty of space for cooking a family dinner! The deck is spacious with a great view. The gas grill is such a great asset. There is attention to detail in each room.

Beautiful Well Equipped Villa

We enjoyed our stay at 3303 Lake Forest. It has a beautiful, custom kitchen with soft close cabinets, high end appliances, lots of space and storage. The entire villa is beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this villa for your vacation.

Comfortable and Closet To The Entrance

This villa is clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with great kitchen items. It was nice to be close to the Sea Pines gate so if we chose to leave Sea Pine we were able to get to shopping and attractions outside of Sea Pines quickly.
