Hilton Head Cabana 40 is a charming townhouse located in South Forest Beach one block from the ocean. This property is wonderfully furnished and offers an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen plus a stackable washer & dryer. The first floor consists of the kitchen (with laundry facilities), living room, dining room, a powder room along with an outside patio complete with a gas grill. The second floor contains both the master bedroom (king bed) plus the guest bedroom (two twin beds) as well as a full bathroom just off the hallway in between the two bedrooms. The swimming pool and kiddie pool are located just steps from the patio in the extremely spacious courtyard. Pool is open March - October. This unit is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and also 10 minutes from the new Low Country Celebration Park. Please be aware that No Pets are permitted on the back patio or in the Courtyard at Hilton Head Cabanas. Also, the rental is limited to 1 pet (35 pounds or less) per occupancy.

Lovely location and community

This property checked a lot of boxes for us. Family friendly. Pet friendly. Location and proximity to the beach and shopping/restaurants. Our two week stay was enjoyable.

Hilton Head Island Cabana 40

Overall, a great experience. A few downfalls, there was only one plate (should have at least a 4 person set of full dishes), scissors, new pans to cook on, baking dishes, ect. Very limited as far as cooking needs. More paper towels and toilet paper. Bedroom with the twin beds have very little air circulation (vent by window needs cleaned out badly). Beautiful home, great location, cozy, pool was a great addition.

Happy Family

We love Hilton Head and continue to vacation here twice a year. Our location was fantastic. Very quiet area. Rental was very clean. We loved our stay.

First time in Hilton Head

Great location but the unit was dated especially the tub and shower. The kitchen lacked basic items there were no frying pans, small plates, pot holders and only one dish towel. We would consider going back except for one issue. We were unable to use the patio because pets were not allowed to be in the courtyard or on the patio. Our dog would bark if we left her inside and we didn’t want to disturb the other people in the complex so we were unable to use the patio.

Great Condo!

Our condo was ready earlier than expected and we were so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the condo was. Close to everything, kitchen has mostly everything you need, and rooms were great! Will definitely stay here again!

HH CABANAS #40

We had stayed in these units before. The location is perfect for getting anywhere on the island and shopping is very convenient. This particular unit was pretty dirty upon our arrival!

Perfect for our needs

This property was perfect for me, my husband and our furbaby. It was very spacious and well equipped. Within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We took our bikes as well so we enjoyed biking to most of the places. The pool is very nice. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We had so much fun at this rental! It was clean and easy to get to! It was the perfect size and a short walk to the beach or shopping! Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful spot! Bad neighbor though.

The cabana was fabulous. Clean, had everything we needed including a baby gate, and was the perfect spot. Only caveat was the horrible neighbor on one side. We were accosted by an angry older man that tried to discuss things that should have been discussed with management or the owners, NOT our family members. We were there with our toddler and dogs (which we paid for!) and this gentleman felt it appropriate to be rude and condescending to a total stranger. We, unfortunately, won’t be staying there again due to this horrible interaction. Neighbors on the other side (end) were lovely though.

Great place to stay

We have stayed in this complex in the past and love the location. This year we brought our fur baby so we had to rent a dog friendly condo. This place was great. The bed was very comfortable- and this was key for us because the apt we rented in the past had a brick hard bed and we would leave sore. This bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Our only issue was that tje place was not properly cleaned- sand on floor upstairs, dirty dishes/pots, and a comfortable that was also dirty. The management company was responsive and immediately took the comforter and had it cleaned. I had already cleaned the dishes since I needed them to cook. I would definitely stay here again and was impressed by the responsiveness of Seashore Vacations.

Excellent Property for Vacation

My family and I stayed here in July 2022. The check in and checkout process with the property management company was easy. The complex is close to a beach access point right across the street and is within walking distance to the Coligny area for shopping and restaurants. The condo was decorated nicely with a beach theme. Having a washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The pool is open until 10 pm which my children loved. We definitely would stay here again.

Hilton head

The proximity to the beach and restaurants was very good. The management company was very professional, courteous. We had small issues twice and the response was quite quick. House was exactly the same way it was pictured on the website. Furniture seems a bit outdated but it was ok.

Few suggestions
- Having a foot rug at the front door is quite essential we felt. Coming back from the Beach was just making the whole house sandy even washing feet outside with the hose.
- Stock the kitchen with more spoons.
- will be nice if TV can support streaming apps.
