Hilton Head Cabana 21 is a charming townhouse located in South Forest Beach one block from the ocean. This property is wonderfully furnished and offers an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen. The first floor consists of the kitchen (with laundry facilities), living room, dining room, a powder room along with an outside patio complete with a gas grill. The second floor contains both the master bedroom (king bed) plus the guest bedroom (two double beds) as well as a full bathroom just off the hallway in between the two bedrooms. The swimming pool and kiddie pool are located just steps from the patio in the extremely spacious courtyard. Pool is open March - October. This unit is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and also 10 minutes from the new Low Country Celebration Park. Please be aware that No Pets are permitted on the back patio or in the Courtyard at Hilton Head Cabanas. Also, the rental is limited to 1 pet (35 pounds or less) per occupancy.

Hilton Head Cabana 21

We had an overall positive experience staying in this condo. It was well stocked, nicely decorated, and a close walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We appreciated that it was pet friendly, and we were able to take our dog with us. We found the condo extremely quiet and we could not hear any of our neighbors through the walls. The only suggestion I would make to make this stay even better would be to invest in a better mattress in the master bedroom. We found the bed pretty stiff and uncomfortable. Other than that, we found the unit to be exactly what we needed.

Shared pool area not clean. Cabana was nice

Only negative was HOA shared swimming pool area. Pool appeared clean and nicely maintained but deck area was not clean. A lot of bird droppings on some of the chairs and deck area that were not cleaned during our stay and appeared to have been neglected for a long time

Clean and spacious rental in a great location

We had a great stay in this clean and spacious rental. The company was responsive and helpful, even letting us know that the place was ready early, which was appreciated. It is a short walk to the beach and Coligny. Would stay again.

Good location

Photos are outdated. The location is close to the beach and Coligny. The place was dirty. Sofa is stained and place just had a lot of dirt. Floors always feel sandy, I get it’s by the beach but all through the house. Smaller than pictures make it look.

It is disappointing that this guest chose to leave a review that is not in line with other reviews left for #21. The photos were recently updated to reflect some furniture changes made by the owner. In addition, the unit is professionally cleaned after each occupancy. The used linens & towels are removed after each stay and freshly laundered ones are brought in for the next guest. In addition, the unit is inspected by a member of the Seashore Vacations staff to ensure that the cleaning was performed properly and also to make sure everything is in good working order (TVs, Remotes, Light Switches and more). The owners of #21 take pride in their unit and we are proud to represent them on our short term rental market. Maybe this unit is just not a good fit for this guest.

We had a great time, the place was nice and convenient to the beach and Coligny. My unit was pet friendly which allowed us to bring our dog which made our trip even better.

All That We Expected

This was a first visit to Hilton Head Island and we were joined by two other families at different venues. We were so glad that Cabana 21 allowed us to bring our pet. It was completely homey and comfortable and well situated in easy walking distance to the beautiful beach. We will definitely be back and will request the same unit.

July stay

We enjoyed our cabana. It had all the accommodations of home and was an excellent location to the beach. It was a quiet spot and very relaxing. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Place

This was an excellent place to stay. It was clean and the back patio was tucked away in a more private space but convenient to the pool. The place was an easy five minute walk to the beach and close to the hub of HH activities. The VayK Life credits allowed us to rent two bikes, a beach cart and two boogie boards. Great fun.

Great Location, Clean and Relaxing

The unit is within a 5 minute walk to Coligny and just across from beach access. Neighbors very friendly. The unit has all needs and very clean. Management Company excellent and will use them again

Great Location across the street form the beach.

This is a spacious condo just one block from the beach. Although you do have to cross a four lane road and a bike path to get to the beach, I found crossing the road easier than crossing the bike path. The condo is in the back corner, which probably is quieter than those close to the road.

Location, Location and Location

This property has a good location, where just one block away from the beach. Nice cozy home, but does need some update in the kitchen area. Overall, it was a great stay. Family and I had a good time.
