Family friendly, split level floor plan in a South Forest Beach gated complex which allows privacy while still offering a great view of the ocean and also has a new on site pool for 2024. Unit 29 is just steps to the beach and has a covered carport, full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, two family areas - one on second floor main living area next to the kitchen and another downstairs adjacent to the twin bedroom. After hours in the surf, vacationers can dip into the newly constructed freshwater pool located in the courtyard. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill just off of the first floor patio. Hilton Head Beach Villa 29 is located in a gated community and has easy access to the villa with a ground floor entrance and a carport. It has a fully equipped kitchen along with 3 full baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space on the patio. Hilton Head Beach Villas is a small quiet complex that makes for a perfect relaxing vacation. King in the primary bedroom, queen in bedroom 2 and 2 twins downstairs in bedroom 3. Among the amenities offered throughout the Island, Hilton Head Beach Villa 29 is located within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. You can also visit the New Lowcountry Celebration Park which has quickly become quite popular with both tourists and locals alike.

Wonderful Vacation Villa

We had a wonderful experience with Seashore Vacations. They are so easy to work with and such a pleasant group of folks. The Television in the main room was having problems and they brought us a new one the same day.

Awesome location.

This condo was the perfect location for our vacation. It was clean and comfortable. Could use some updating but overall we were very happy with it and have saved all the info so we can rent it again.

One bathroom issue and definitely needs another outside trash can, but we stay at this complex every chance we get.

Most Memorable Vacation

Firstly, we found Seashore Vacations wonderful to deal with. The rental process was very easy. Seashore vacations were easy to deal with, very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Hilton Head Beach Villa 29 was comfortable, clean and had all necessary amenities. Although the creaky floors in the upr bedrooms might bother some, we found them part of the charm.
The complex is beautiful, with lovely pristine landscaping and a fabulous new pool. Villa 29 could see the ocean from the upr balcony and it was only a few steps to the beach. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Steps to the beach and activities

We booked directly thru Seashore and saved significantly, great to deal with too. House was clean and exactly the space we needed so close to the beach and Coligny. The pool was clean and the grill on the patio was so nice to have! We will def book with Seashore next year!

Excellent rental!

The property was spotless and the location is perfect. My family of four (2 young kids and 2 adults) was very comfortable. I really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, both in terms of cooking supplies and basic spices, oil, etc. It's close enough to the beach and pool that we felt comfortable letting our 8 year old go back and forth on his own. Neither the pool nor the area of beach in front of the complex were overcrowded, even though it was peak season. Check in and out were super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay here. The complex was quiet and cozy and the access to the beach was so close. It was a great location, close to Coligny plaza, shops, restaurants, playgrounds and children's museum. It was such a great place to stay with a family.

Lovely relaxed stay

We were a family of 6 and we had a wonderful time at Beach Villa 29! It was wonderful that it was so close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked - we had everything we needed. The only 2 things that bothered was the tv’s - they are very small and truly outdated. And the Queen bed’s mattress was weird....
