Also within walking distance is the new Lowcountry Celebration Park which has become quite popular with both tourists and locals. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill on first floor patio. Beach Villa 13 is a gated community, and has easy access to the villa with ground floor entrance and carport. It has updated kitchen and baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space. Beach Villas is a small quiet complex that make for the perfect relaxing vacation. Fantastic Beach Condo
This condo was in a great location with an easy and private walk to the beach. It was located close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was cleaned and well stocked. Great location, great Unit
My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years. We have stayed at Beach Villa 13 three times. Location steps from the beach, short walk to Coligny. Kitchen is always well stocked w pots/pans etc. This year there was a new pool, much larger than the old one. It never gets real crowded as there are only 30 or so Units. Love Hilton Head Beach Villas
This is a beautiful location , lovely landscaping with an easy walk to the beach !! The pool is also wonderful just steps from the villa . Working with Seashore was so easy . No complaints. I will say villa 13 simply needs a deep clean . We found stuff under furniture, etc. It’s also dark . Maybe upgrade to LED light bulbs . Mother's Day retreat
Very nice quality unit. Kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was quite comfortable. Peaceful, lush landscaping and we even saw bunnies on the lawn and deer in the maritime forest along the beach boardwalk. Overall a wonderful retreat. My only issues were: 1. We were unaware the pool would be closed our entire stay and the management company never to responded to my question regarding this. 2. Overall a great place and location. Nice kitchen for cooking meals, no pot holders available and only 1 kitchen towel for the week. Need to replace some pillows , were stained and smelly, and replace very old and thin towels etc. One bathroom sink was draining extremely slow , and we had slow and interrupted WiFi. Nice Family Getaway
The villa was a great place to stay for our vacation. A few small things could have been better. Some light bulbs were out and the lighting in the kitchen area around the table could be a little brighter. The sofa sleeper was on the middle level and it would have been nicer on the lower level like it was last time we stayed at this villa a few years ago. There was not an iron or board in the villa and some small fans would have been nice in the bedrooms for some "white noise". Extra garbage bags would also be nice. I'm being pretty picky but overall the villa was awesome and we are very happy with our stay. The location was perfect to the beach and the circle either walking or biking. Enjoyed the villa. Plenty of room for family of 6. Furniture in main living room is a little old and cushions are very worn. Seashore Vacations - great management company
Great stay in HH. Condo was very convenient to the pool and beach. Good layout with 2 livingrooms. We had 6 adults and a baby and never felt on top of each other. Fully equipped kitchen, clean, extra beach chairs and boogey boards. Furnishing were tired and could definitely be updated. Some electrical outlets were broken.
Seashore Vacations was great to work with. Good, friendly. communication from booking to checkout. Our coffee pot broke mid week and they immediately brought us a new one in the box.

Staycation
Great Location being able to walk out to the beach! Our family did a staycation & we were very pleased with the townhome. The only issue we had was the AC on the upper levels had a hard time cooling down during the day. We kept the blinds closed during the day since we were out and about which helped a lot! Hilton Head vacation
The villa was just the right size for 6 adults. Very reasonably priced. Loved the short path walk to the beach. Nice deck and patio with plenty of room for all of us. Just about 1/2 mile walk to Coligny village via beach or street sidewalk.
Property management staff was great...had trouble with one of tv’s, and they sent someone right over.
Furnishings were somewhat old, but comfy. Could use a bureau in lower level sitting room to accommodate guests using adjoining bedroom,

Beach villa 13
Our stay was great. The condo was nice and clean. I really like how it is so close to the beach. This is the third year we’ve stayed in the condo complex and we have always foun it well kept. There were a few issues with the condo. The trash compactor was broken and the one shower leaked but neither of these negatively effected our stay. We had a great time! The condo was nice and provided all the items needed for our stay. The shower in the one bedroom leaked water all over the floor every time we used it. Somebody may want to fix that. The ice maker was not turned on when we got there and it took us a couple days to figure out what was wrong. Good time, like the condo. First time in BV 13, but 11th time in this group of condos.
Nice place, clean.
Visited this time with small grandkids...could have used some additional pots and pans. We ate in more than going out....

Beautifully updated condo!
My family and I were visiting HH for a family reunion. All of the condos we visited were very nice, but none were nearly as nice as ours. The condo was very comfortable, easy to get to, and had plenty of room for our three kids. Great family spring break

Nice Place
Very nice place. Loved the decor of the lower level and main level. The upstairs could use an update.
Kitchen had plenty of silverware, pots/pans and dishes. Loved the beachy decor. Bathrooms did not have any electrical outlets in upstairs bathrooms. Outlets in lower level did not work. The pool was nice, but closed the first couple days we were there.
Overall, we were very happy. Property management staff were very nice and helpful.

The condo floorplan was perfect with just a little distance from the kid's area downstairs and the adults upstairs, with the living room and kitchen on the middle floor.
