Hilton Head Beach Club 23

Great Location. Had a nice supply of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, a cart). Kitchen supplies could use some love only one rack in oven, coffeemaker rusty, not a lot of silverware for number of people it sleeps). Internet is very bad- if you need to do work, it was very difficult to get and stay on line and the tv would frequently cut to the circle of death. Pool conveniently located to unit.

This was our second time staying in this rental and it was very nice as expected. Location was perfect. Comes furnished with everything we needed including beach gear. We were unfortunate this time to be there while the next door unit was being renovated and had to endure loud noises and loud music. Hopefully that wont be the case next year.

Our vacation rental was exactly as described. Clean and ready at the time of check in. Very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. We would’ve liked to have had access to a bigger pool but that is not a deal breaker for us.

We had a nice week in Hilton Head! The rental is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which feels much longer when towing a beach cart and walking in dry sand. The unit smelled musty when we arrived but Seashore Vacations brought us an ozone generator right away when I told them about the smell. The courtyard is really nice for storing beach gear and for kids to play in.

This is our third time staying in this unit and a 4th is planned for Sep. of 25 We really enjoy this location but this stay we found the flooring, especially the carpeting quite dirty. The air vents were very dusty. Seemed as if the cleaning staff was in a hurry to get done before we arrived. Had not noticed this on past visits. On a high note, the washer/dryer unit had to be replaced and the office did our laundry for free due to the inconvenience. Hope all will be rectified by Sept.

We stayed at HH Beach Club 23. This is definitely a low-budget option. Will definitely choose a different Seashore Vacations property on our next visit. The outside of this entire complex looks run-down and in need of major upgrades. While the inside was passable, it also needs major renovation. But, as always, Seashore team has been helpful.

We appreciate the feedback. However, we feel that this review is not consistent with others we have received for this property. The owners visit several times each year to check on the unit in an effort to ensure that everything is in good working order. We have managed this unit on our rental program since 2011 and it has always been well received in large part due to upgrades that have been performed over the years. Recent upgrades include new flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen & entry hallway. The A/C System was replaced in 2023 along with some new living room furniture and 3 new Smart Televisions were added in 2024. In looking through our records, I see where this traveler also had similar feedback the first time they rented from us in another property that we also manage. Again, their review was not consistent with the feedback we normally receive for that property either.

We rented this unit for a week with our 2 young adult kids and their significant others. There was plenty of space and all the accommodations we needed. We had stayed in a similar unit in previous years and it was as expected. A little older and dated but clean and well maintained. There were same issues with doors that would stay open or latch closed when needed. Unfortunately we were there during a tropical storm so we spent a mot of time in the unit. Communication from management was great and we never lost power.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to beach, coligny, and kids park. The only 2 complains are the floor needs a deep clean and the internet is terrible.

Great area and value, close to everything in Coligny. Easy and quick interactions with management company. 5 stars for everything except cleanliness. Deducted one star because living area floor could have been cleaner.

The rental we stayed in was in a nice location and was very clean and comfortable. The only downside to the unit which I know the rental company has no control of is the next unit beside us was in very bad shape and looked abandoned other than that the pool area was great and we had a great time

Overall, this unit was good. It was warm upstairs. Unit could be updated. Some items such as shower curtain needs replacing. It was fine for the 4 of us and a 3 night stay. Parking is tight.

We had a great vacation here! The unit is a little older and there are some maintenance things that could use updating BUT overall I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The maintenance things that could use done are just things like replacing lightbulbs and ceiling fans (so they actually work) it’s nothing that really affected our stay. It’s within walking distance to the beach and within walking distance to an amazing playground. Check-in and Check-out were super easy. We really enjoyed our stay here!!! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable option to stay on Hilton head island.

It was very easy to reserve and check in. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. Perfect location, close to everything. They even have beach stuff in the closet to use, among other items...even a set of golf clubs! it was great and we will stay there again.

The check-in was flawless, less than 2 minutes. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The place was large enough for 6 adults to live together comfortably for a week. No need for keys because the door had a code. Check-out required minimum work compared to other places we have stayed. Would definitely stay again.

quick walk to the beach ,shopping and restaurants. had a couple of carts and boogie boards which were really handy for your walk to the beach. corner unit with plenty of space. kitchen was well stocked as well as all necessary bedding and towels.

Unit was clean and well stocked. Lots of room for 6 adults. Good location a couple blocks from beach and close to Coligney Plaza with many shops and restaurants. Only complaint would be I thought we were getting a gas grill but we had a small charcoal grill. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Not a fancy place which was very good for me with 3 young kids. Handy to have our own back yard and private entrance. Felt very "isolated" in a safe way for COVID.

This townhouse was incredibly clean and very close to the beach! Walking, pulling a wagon loaded down and managing 3 kids was very doable, less than 7 minute walk to beach. Using the side trail and the walkway down the street was super helpful We had 4 adults and 6 kids (we brought a cot & packnplay for 2 of the kids, ages 10months-9) and everyone fit very comfortably. Very nice beach stuff to use if needed. Plenty of towels and lots of closet space. Pool was nice. The rental is very close to Coligny. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again. This would also be a good rental if you had someone with limited mobility due to the openess and master/bath on 1st floor. Washer & dryer was very appreciated! Neighbor's dogs were yappy during the day, but didn't last too long. Staff for rental was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely look to staying here again.

We enjoyed being in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Due to COVID, we only did take out from local restaurants. We were able to social distance at the pool and the beach. There were beach chairs and pool noodles on the property. This property just needs a good deep cleaning!

Lovely condo. People next door have two dogs that bark incessantly so maybe bring earplugs. OK cable but no Golf Channel - missed that. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Fantastic. Location was great- short walk to gorgeous beach and Coligny plaza. AlSo just around the corner from the grocery store and a bike rental shop. The condo was clean and well equipped, the best part was all the sand toys and chairs, Umbrella etc. we could use at the beach. What a fun surprise! We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our four children, all under 11 years old.

Easy to book, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, close to the best Mexican on the island. Accommodations were great! Would rent it again.

We stayed here for Spring Break 2015. This was our second time at this location. We loved the accessible location to the beach and shopping. We rented bikes and rode everywhere including sea pines and daily on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was main bathroom shower head shoots water in your face and kitchen sink is slow to drain. Well worth money!!!

My family and I really enjoyed the spaciousness of Unit 23. It had everything we needed during our week stay. My only negative comment is the neighboring Unit's (24)appearance was overdone with plants and decorations which reflected on the neatness of Unit 23. But it would not deter me from staying in Unit 23 in the future.

Excellent property!! The property is beautiful in a great location. The place is well furnished, clean and comfortable and a great deal for the price. The walk to the beach is a little further than we normally have, but easy walk. Would stay again for sure.

We had a lovely few days in Hilton Head and the house was clean, well equipped,comfortable and overall a very positive experience. The only negatives were slight traffic noise and very dusty under the bed with dead insects that I just noticed at the end when I checked to see we had left nothing behind. Thank you.

We had a really great time at beach club 23. It was the perfect size for 5 of us. The only complaint we had was that the back patio was a mess and hadnt been taken care of really well so we didn't use it. Also some landskeepers would work right outside our window at like 6am. The condo itself had a lot of great perks. The washer and dryer was fantastic. The beach cart was great because the walk was about a mile. The neighbors were quiet. Good proximity to the pool. Would have liked the carpets to have been cleaner. Looked aged. This place would look awesome with ceramic tile through out living space with nice throw rugs! We really enjoyed out stay!!!

We loved our week at Hilton Head and the condo at Hilton Head Beach Club 23 met all our needs. It was our second time to stay at this condo, and it has provided us a great vaction each time. Our only recommendation would be that the blinds be repaired, and spots on the carpet be removed.
We love the place and look forward to going back next year.

Had a great time! Even though we weren't in the unit much, it afforded enough room so my family could spread out (during those rainy times!). The only suggestion is that a larger grill could be provided. The little table top grill was pretty small for a family that includes three teenage boys.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It had lots of extras and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. The girls loved having their own bedroom upstairs and no one felt like they were crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to do our laundry while there. There was also cleaning supplies and plenty of paper items that we didn't have to run out right away to buy them. The patio was great for the kids. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all and we had the pool to ourselves most of them time. We plan on coming back to Hilton Head and staying here in the future. We couldn't have picked a better place and the price was great! Thanks for a great vacation!

It was a wonderful place with a great location, amenities, and comfort. We especially loved the price so we could gather family from up to 700 miles away.
One of our favorite amenities was the beach cart. It was so much easier getting the baby stuff to the beach :) My only suggestion (not a big one compared to the total joy we had) was the lack of dish towels. We did have to pick some up but that was so minor...I hope we left everything in the same condition we found it.

The kitchen was well equipped and everthing functioned properly. It appeared that the carpet was in need of a good cleaning. The out side would have been nicer if the weeds etc. were undercontrol.
