We would like to provide additional context and correct inaccuracies in this review. According to our correspondence, we texted the check-in information at 4:47 PM on Saturday during on guaranteed check-in window. Our guaranteed check-in window is between 4 PM and 6 PM as stated in all of our correspondence prior to the stay. The guest responded at 5:15 asking for the door code, which we replied immediately and sent again, even though it was already in the message sent 28 minutes before in the message at 4:47 PM. Check-in information was provided in a timely manner and we believe our office staff does an excellent job coordinating nearly 200 properties turning over every given Saturday in the summer. In this case, the guest either missed or read over the door code texted to them.

The location was perfect! We really didn’t need to get back in our car once we arrived. We took advantage of the generous beach gear rental voucher and had the best time riding bikes on the beach at sunset. We enjoyed the large living room area with plenty of comfortable seating for family movie nights. We would definitely return to this unit.

Roomy and spacious this unit is located a short walking distance to beach and restaurants. Away from the noise of bands at night it is very quiet . Nice pool area and two tennis courts. Our elevator was not working several times and had to use one on the other side of property.

I spent 3 hours dealing with cleaners to have floors cleaned and carpet mopped, because it was done routinely. All of our feet were black after waking around the house barefoot for an hour when we first got there. After 3 days of complaining the owner finally approved the carpets to be cleaned. The carpet cleaner told me “it looks like this has never been done before” based on the amount of dirt that came from the carpeting. The over all area was nice, we loved Hilton Head and Caligny beach area. We just wished we had better experience with the house. To cook dinner we had two teflon pans that were 5+ years old and heavily damaged (pfas chemicals ingested our entire trip). I found myself cooking in a stainless pot I found for most everything, including eggs and bacon. The upstairs toilet was spraying water every time it was flushed. Lightbulbs were burnt out in closets. Drywall taping was showing, mold was visible on some of the AC vents. I’ll be requesting a refund of some of my money for this experience.

This condo is in the perfect location. We walked to the beach in the mornings and Coligny every night for happy hours, apps, and dinner. The complex is extremely quiet!

We enjoyed our stay at forest beach villa 430. Pros were great location near coligny park, shops and the ocean; quiet neighborhood; nicely decorated. Biggest con for us was the balcony was tiny and overlooks the parking lot and the ceiling fan in the living room was not clean so we we’re afraid to use it.

We had a great stay at this spacious, comfortable, welcoming vacation home. Beds, couches and chairs are all very comfy and clean. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Plenty of space and quiet at night. Loved the pool on this vacation property!

There were a few minor things in need of updating, but nothing major. We were disappointed that our from was not ready until 6:00. After a long day of travel with kids, we were very ready to check in at 4:00, and had to wait around for two hours.

Location, Location, and cost is very good. Furnishings were very nice. Had the smallest balcony of any condo we have stayed at on Forest Beach Villa. The circular staircase to 2nd level bedrooms looked nice, but hard to get used to for people our age. Standalone shower had unusual entrance. Seashore Vacations has been to best company to work with and service has been very prompt when needed.

We have been coming Hilton Head for the last 12 yrs. Our stay this time was excellent. Villa 430 is a delight. It in a great location, walking distance to everything, very clean & well taken care of & well equipped to make your stay a good one! Seashore Vacation’s team is wonderful. All so pleasant & there, to help make your stay great one! Buddy is always there to make sure all your questions are answered & your vacation needs are met. The best experience! Would highly recommend!

The rental was clean and spacious. 2 bedrooms were sufficient with 1 Queen or King Bed and a single bed in each. I he living space had ample seating for everyone. Kitchen had many utensils and cookware. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the short walk to the Coligny Beach, shops, restaurants, and Adventure Park. Kids loved exploring Captain Hiltons ship as well as the playground. Condo was nicely furnished with lots of comfortable seating.

The location was great, easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The condo itself was in great shape, very clean with a nicely updated kitchen for cooking and a third bathroom which was convenient.

The unit was very clean, well stocked and roomy as well as comfortable. There was one chair broken in the corner but it didn’t affect our stay as there was more than enough seating.We loved being able to walk to Caligney Plaza and not needing our car to get around. We went to skillets for breakfast instead of cooking and loved the service and the food!
Seashore vacations were a dream to work with and easy to communicate with. We will use them again.

This property was in a perfect location, near a lot of shops, restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The toaster does not work and there is a busted chair in the living room, but other than that it was really good!

We were very satisfied with our stay here. There was lots of room and three bathrooms! The kitchen was well appointed. The living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location - could walk to beach, dinner and bike anywhere. Condo is very nice, but needs a good deep cleaning (especially the tile floors). Main bedroom mattress was super comfortable.

Enjoyed this location as it was close to the beach. We had a spill due to a stair going into the master bath shower which was odd, but overall had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Nice unit, reasonable price. The location is very convenient, easy in and out. The biggest drawback is the lack of a view (to the west, overlooking parking lot, small balcony).

We had a wonderful trip with little stress staying here. We had a total of six folks (2 over 50, two college aged, and two HS aged) staying with plenty of space. Having the sofa bed made sleeping quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and with three full baths, we could get in and out of showers quickly. Two bathrooms had tub/showers and the master bath had just a small shower. One thing to note is that the master shower has steps up to it, so, if you need an easy access shower, this might not work for you. Plenty of counter space in the bathrooms for all your bathroom stuff.

There was a small water leak from the disposal, but, after calling the maintenance number, it was resolved quickly and painlessly.

The location was easy walking distance to Coligny and the beach. Parking is either under the building (a bit tight--don't bring a box on your SUV) or, some limited parking out front. We loved being able to keep our car in the shade all day underneath. Luggage racks and an elevator made it easy to move in/out.
