Terrible. Bed Bugs resulted in us having to check out days early. Also, black mold on the return vent caused coughing. Both of these items are unnaceptable.

We feel it is important to provide additional context regarding the claims made in this review. After the guest reported concerns about bed bugs, we immediately had the property professionally inspected by our licensed pest control company. The inspection found no evidence or signs of bed bugs anywhere in the unit. The guest also reported "black mold" on an air return vent. Upon inspection, this was determined to be surface mildew caused by our coastal climate's high humidity, not black mold. The vent has since been cleaned as part of our ongoing maintenance. We take guest health and safety very seriously and investigate all reported concerns promptly. In this case, the findings did not support the claims made in this review.

Property is in a great location. The property itself needs some refreshing. It’s 2026, your main TV should be a smart TV with streaming access. Ceiling fans and garbage disposal were not operational. Kitchen is refreshed with fairly new appliances and the AC works great in both units. The outdoor patio furniture is an odd choice for the main living area, but it works although not very comfy. Fridge lights were also non operational, but minor inconvenience. This place could be 5 stars with minimal investment as the location to good and the beach is excellent. It’s also super quiet. Internet service logged over 500 mbs, so easy to get work done and video calls. Parking is ample for two vehicles. Outdoor overhead shower needs and new head, but the foot wash is excellent. My favorite things- great water pressure and excellent AC.

Clean, everything that you need and basically separate quarters for the kids or 2nd couple. Location is ideal because you are across the street from beach club and the beach, as well as, on the golf course for those wanting to hit the links.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Loved how close we were to the beach and golf course. Everything was within biking distance.

The property is nice, I did not realize the 3 bedrooms are divided into two separate units divided by a small courtyard. This works well for a group of 6, there were 3 in my group. The furniture is not very comfortable. The exterior needs to be pressure washed.

Location was great. Downsides- outdoor couch in living room was very uncomfortable. The 2 twin bedrooms one bedroom was only accessible thru the other bedroom. Needed better cleaning- when we flipped the ceiling fans on dust bunnies flew off of it.

We loved your home and especially the way you presented it to us!! Your competition handles the home next door to you and it was a nightmare. There was blood on the linens and the 1 blanket left there would be declined by Goodwill. It was gross to say the least. Yours was clean and bright as a copper penny. Why would anyone turn their unit over to Sea Pines when they can have you!!!

We had a wonderful time in this villa. The location is awesome with a wonderful view of the golf course and only 100 feet from mile 39 for convenient access to the beach. We loved the landscaping and the interior courtyard of the property. With plenty of seating the villa is perfect for a big family.

This is a perfect house for a family vacation. Super close to the beach and Sea Pines beach club. Great views of the first tee at Atlantic Dunes Golf Club. The separate quarters (2 br and 2 bath) for our young adult children was ideal. Property management was super easy to work with and responsive to our requests.

Perfect location right across from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Access to the beach was a short walk. So many activities to do in the area with Harbour town, the beach club and South Beach Marina being right there. We will be back and would choose Fairway One again.
