Courtside 95 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Great Location and place

We've been vacationing on Hilton Head for a few years now and have stayed I n various places. We have used Seashore Vacations for the last few years. Seashore is a pleasure to work with and always prompt with responses. Our place at Courtside was wonderful-clean, well decorated, and very comfortable, and well located. We would rent here again.

We had a great time.

The rental was very basic. It was rundown and not very clean. It needs repair, updating, and updates. Checkin was easy and it was fairly close to the beach. The pools were nice but the pool area was not well maintained. Pool trash cans were overflowing and not emptied for days. Fenced in small area below condo where trash can is kept had what looked like a broken wagon with trash and chairs inside it. Not sure if that was trash or stuff available for us to use.

Quick girls weekend

Summer stay

The rental was great! Second time staying at this location. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Clean property with everything needed. The unit in my opinion could use some newer furniture to make it more modern but that is being picky as that’s my only recommendation on how to improve. The pool is amazing and mornings feeding the turtles on the property is a family favorite. This location is amazing as a biking family we can get almost anywhere we want (including the beach) on bike! Beach was about a mile away. Great location!

A Good Time For All

We found the property very comfortable and the decor provided a cozy feel. All appliances were in working order and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking some meals in. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great family vacation

Great family vacation with lots of room. Great location! Beds in 2nd room are in need of new mattresses and not cleaned very well.. (still chips under the dining room table.) We will definitely rent again though.

Lovely Vacation Home

This property was a last minute choice. The property we originally acquired was unsuitable for habitation. A friend recommended contacting Buddy at Seashore Vacations. Buddy was able to offer us 3 properties and 95 Courtside was a frantic effort to salvage our beach vacation. The property was located on the 2nd floor making it difficult to access for our special needs child for entry to home & pool. Also with construction underway for the lagoons that surrounded the pool it difficult to get to the pool easily. We found the home clean, cozy and maintained and ultimately salvaged our vacation. Perfect for my family!

I rented 3 condos (this one for my son’s family, the one below for me, and one nearby for my daughter’s family.). Courtside was a wonderful location for walking to the Celebration park, the Coligny beaches and restaurants, The pool is lots of fun. My son’s family loved looking at the photos of the condo owners’ family; having 3 beds for the boys was just right. Thank you!

First vacation no kids!

This place was fantastic! In a beautiful complex, literally steps away from the pool. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed. I would totally stay here again! And plan on recommending it to my family and friends!

Stairway to a Townhome,Lots of UPS and DOWNS.

The rental property was just fine, comfortable, clean, good location with a nice pool area. Stairs were more than we expected. Should be some indication that the Townhouse starts on the second floor, especially to the elderly. Would also suggest the rusty Coffee Maker and the partly disassembled Toaster be replaced. I must say the master bedroom (upstairs) king bed was Fabulous.

overall a nice vacation

New home away from home

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (including a 4yr old, 3yr old, and an 8 month old). We loved the location, a short walk to coligny shops and the beach. We were happy to see the kids table and the toys in stock. The unit was very clean and has everything we needed. Beach toys, chairs,etc. the only problem we had was with the cable on the tv, it would come in for a short while and then cut out. We called seashore and the sent someone out quickly. Very pleased with the unit and would love to stay here again!!!!

great trip!

We have stayed at Courtside before and will definitely come back to this property. Very nice interior and had everything that we needed. Very short distance to beach and we would just ride our bikes to the store if needed. Great vacation!

Very happy with Courtside 95

Courtside 95 was very nice. Everything was clean. Good location, roughly a block from the ocean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Condo nice, pool staff not

This condo is a family friendly place and was clean and well appointed. We loved the access to the tennis university which included free lessons. We played every day! The pool was convenient and private, however, on two occasions the pool staff showed up and ordered everyone out without saying why or for how long. More communication would have been appreciated. Beach access was a manageable walk. Parking was convenient. We would stay here again.
