It was an experience as we are use to FL where everything is pretty close within 5 miles from our condo that we rent. The condo here was very well decorated. It was odd that the master bathroom really pretty was the main bathroom. With 3 grandchildren it was a busy room. With 8 people we cooked and the fridge was a little small to put all that we bought and you had to make your ice cubes. The rental agency was great..very patient with me. Would rent thru them again. So many good places to eat. The beach was a little walk and unfortunately I could not walk that far and was only there a few times. The pool was really nice. The beach was crowded as well as the pool at times. Overall visit was nice. We are trying out new places so I am not sure when we will be back. The second week of vacation was a rainy one...Not your fault. Thank you !!!

When we arrived I opened the door and was over come by the fresh sent of clean! 94 Curtsied was so well maintained and very clean, something I require when renting a condo! The views from the patio were perfect for a family with young children. I was able to relax to the sound of the fountain while watching my children feed the adorable local turtles in the pond. In the evening, wed come home from the short walk from the beach to the wonderful pool that was footsteps from the patio. I could unpack our beach bag while watching the kids swim. the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner when we were too tired to go out. however, when we wanted to eat out, there were tons of restaurants so close by! the location was just perfect for our family. I can not wait to reserve our week next year and pull up to the "Andfam" sign!!

Almost everything was perfect with this rental. The decor, flooring and overall cleanliness were great. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the icemaker was broken. I messaged the staff and they stated there were ice trays to use (there was only one) I shared that information and they left three extra. But, the ice maker SHOULD BE FIXED! Loved the location and the patio!

We had an awesome stay at Courtside 94. This is our second time staying in this community and we love it. This unit is on the bottom floor and opens right up where the pond and pool are located. It is nice not having to carry groceries or beach equipment up and down stairs. Our kids loved going and watching the turtles in the pond. It is a short walk to the beach, maybe 5-7 minutes. The actual condo had everything we could have needed. The only thing that could have been better is that the beds are pretty firm. Other than that, this place was awesome!

Condo was exactly as described. Fabulous location within biking/walking or trolley distance. The tennis next door was a bonus for our group and the ocean was fabulous for biking on. The pool came in handy as the weather was much warmer than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the only issue we had was the icemaker wasn't working when we arrived but we contacted Seashore and they delivered a large bag of ice that lasted for our stay. Would return without hesitation.

Nice condo with attractive decorations. Easy finding and getting into it. Walk to the beach was just 5 to 6 minutes. Some loud apparently inebriated younger men were the only negative.

We absolutely loved this condo, it was close to everything. We were steps away from the pool and the bridge to a pond that was a home to turtles. My two year grandson wanted to feed the turtles every morning. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean and kid friendly. It was a short walk to beach. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

Found the unit to be very clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient to pool, beach, and shopping. Even grocery stores are only a short bike ride away. Walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, or bike ride in about 5. Very happy with our overall experience.

The condo was just a couple of blocks from the beach which made it great. Restaurants were great and lots to choose from. Would recommend going to Harbour Town awesome place. The condo was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The only thing I think I would say that would have been better is if the bedroom with the full size beds , if they had been queen would have been nice. They were comfortable but not for larger adults. Love staying here and hope to come back.

This condo is in a great location. Overall, very clean. I did have a few minor complaints. The master bathroom toilet was leaking (not on the floor) and made a horrible noise. I shut the water off at night so we could sleep in peace. Also, the toaster was pretty much not usable do to the way it burnt things.

We loved the condo. It was decorated so nice . Lots of extra added touches. It was very clean and well furnished and we loved being so close to the pool. It was great being in the end condo first floor. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the ocean. Grocery store was like 5 minutes away which was a plus. This was our first time in Hilton Head and we loved it. It was great to be so close to everything. The only draw back is that there was no grill to use. We love having the option to grill out because we really enjoy doing that. I noticed some condo's had grills and we would have loved to have had one to use. Other then that I would highly recommend Courtside 94 . We look forward to coming back again and staying in the Courtside 94. Great expereince.

Had a wonderful 3 night retreat. Our plans were very last minute, but feel lucky that this unit had a few nights available and that we could be accommodated! The owners recently renovated and they did a great job decorating. Light and bright and comfortable. We also appreciated the professionalism of the management company staff for helping us throughout the process.

Had a fantastic few days in Hilton Head. Couldn't fault anything. The apartment was huge and immaculate and the complex quiet and very clean. We loved the pool and hired bikes to explore the island. Didn't want to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay, We can't say enough good things about Seashore Vacations. They are great people with whom to work. Any problems are handled quickly and professionally. This is at least our sixth time renting through Seashore Vacations and we have always been very satisfied. We plan on renting through Seashore Vacations in 2019.

We had a great vacation in this property. It was close to tennis and easy walk to the beach (6-7 min. walk). Beautifully decorated, beds comfortable (& my son even said sofa bed was good to sleep in!). Good selection of kitchen items for cooking, everything nicely kept. Enjoyed the small patio looking over the pond. Location is good because the pool is close but condo is not right by the pool (pool area did get loud at times w/ kids and music playing). Seashore Vacations was very helpful and easy to work with. Great info and easy check in/out.

Very nice rental unit. Loved the decor and the proximity to the pool and pond. Appliances worked great especially the ac. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the unit. We found dishes in cabinets that had Not been washed. There was a layer of dust on everything and the floor was gritty in each room.

I rented this condo for a long weekend of golf. It was immaculately decorated and very clean. I loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and the view of the pond in the back was a nice surprise. I also love being so close to Coligny. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again in the future.

We booked this online, not having been to HHI before. The condo is even nicer in person - great decor, clean, all the amenities we needed. Our kids loved the pond out back and being steps from the pool. The beach is a short walk away (1 block) and we biked to several restaurants and the grocery store. Great location!! Seashore Vacations was great to work with too.

We enjoyed the property. It was a good size for our family of four. Good sized bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. The property was beautifully decorated, it looked like it was straight out of HGTV. We appreciated that the pool was within reach of our baby monitor. We also appreciated the board games and books since we had to hunker down and brave tropical storm Hermine. Ground floor unit was a huge plus for our crawling baby as well as loading and unloading.
