NEW FOR SPRING 2025. This nicely updated condominium has stone countertops, hardwood flooring throughout and has a bright and airy decor. Recently renovated bathrooms. It has a convenient 2nd floor entry and exit to the patio and pool deck and is a short 1.5 blocks to the beach (5 to 7 Minute Walk). Each bedroom has a King size bed. Primary Bathroom has a new Walk-In Shower and guest bath has a new tub/shower combo. The Forest Beach address also is a quick walk to Pope Avenue shopping and dining venues, including Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. Washer/Dryer is located in the kitchen area and the living room has ample seating. Ceiling Fans in both bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs for each bedroom along with a powder room on the first floor.

Unit 81 courtside

My vacation experience was wonderful. The unit was clean and comfortable. The only issues I had was that the keurig did not work. I did not call and report it though, I improvised. Everything else was great...I would stay here again.

Spring Break Trip April 2026

The location was great. Walkable to beach, shops and restaurants. There are two flights of stairs to get in and stairs inside, so keep that in mind. Our biggest hesitation in recommending and reason we wouldn't return is the bedroom furnishings. The white paper blinds let a significant amount of light in at night and early morning. The beds were uncomfortable due to motion transfer. The pillows and sheets need an upgrade. That said, this was a very quiet place even during the busy spring break week. We did enjoy our stay, but would try different accommodations next time.

Cozy Courtside accommodations

Courtside 81 was clean, spacious and well-appointed. Nice views off the lagoon , trees, and pool from first floor living room space. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Newly renovated bathroom. Close to all our favorite places! Would stay again!

Very Nice and Super Clean

Such a short walk to the beach. The pool was wonderful and was right outside our back door. The condo was very nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again!! Also the rental company provided pamphlets on the island and free cups, staff was super friendly and fee's are much better than VRBO. Would highly recommend Seashore Vacations.

Wonderful vacation!

This is the second time I have stayed here. It’s a great location on the island. I love the pool area. The complex is quiet and so close to the beach. It is nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the lagoon/pool area. The condo is clean, comfortable and exactly what we neeee.

Great condo

Wonderful!

Great location. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere and walked too. House is beautiful and the scene from outside on the patio is gorgeous with the pond and the pool. We loved seeing the turtles, all different types of birds (small and big) and listening to the tree frogs at night. The beach is so close but loved not being on the beach with lots of noise and people. The only thing that would have made it better would be a new mattress and new toilets or inner working parts. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!

1st time to HHI SC

Check in was easy, Seaside Folks were very friendly & helpful. Was very happy with the property, very spacious, well decorated and furnished. It's a home away from home, everything you need is there. No regrets - would definitely stay there again.

Court side 81-Amazing!

The Condo was beautiful as pictured. VERY clean, and I’m a real stickler! Well stocked. Great location to everything, we had a great time riding bikes (rented) rather than driving! Easy access to beaches. The Seashore staff could not be any more helpful, great people! We have recommended to others and will be back!

Excellent Property

You can't ask for better quality, location, cleanliness, amenities(two pools and tennis courts), fully loaded kitchen, top quality appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, DW, MW, coffee machine). Definitely will stay there again.

Court side Rental

I was very happy with my rental at HIlton Head. The management team was helpful when I needed extra blankets. ( I went early February ) The place was clean and fully stocked with above average pots and pan. Centrally located this apartment was idea taking a short walk or going to the beach.

Thanksgiving Vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. This was our family first time staying in Hilton Head and it was a great outing. We were very pleased with the location and the amenities within the townhouse.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Courtside. The townhouse was clean and recently updated. The view from the balcony was really nice. It's a short walk to the beach. During our stay we were able to rent bikes, surf fish, shop and try a few new restaurants. Look forward to using Seashore Vacations again. Recommend a bike ride through Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, or Shelter Cove Marina. Try a day trip to Beaufort. A pulled pork sandwich from Bullies BBQ. Walk around Jarvis Creek Park. Check out the view from C.C. Haigh, Jr. Boat Landing. A good place to see dolphins.

Loved it!

We all enjoyed our stay here. This was our first time to Hilton Head and having a place like this to stay made our 1st time even more wonderful. This place was perfect... 2 king bedrooms each with their own bath. Big rooms perfect for us 4 adults!! The place is very clean and the kitchen had everything! The only thing we didn't like was that the ice machine took forever to make ice but once it started it was fine. We are already talking about coming back and staying in this unit. Loved it!

Great experience and great prices

This is the second time I've used Seashore Vacations and I've had great experiences both times. Great customer service and follow up. My family and I decided to take a last minute vacation and were looking at places on VRBO first - until we got the price with all of their fees - it was 2x the advertised price per night with all of their fees. Then I remembered I had used Seashore vacations in the past and was lucky enough to find a place in the dates we needed, plus there were no exhorbitant fees! I had great response to the calls and emails I placed to Seashore. Our condo was just as advertised -- very clean and spacious. We had an issue with one toilet and a sink in the condo -- nothing that needed to be fixed immediately, however, Seashore said they would send someone out that day to fix it if needed. You don't get customer service like this anymore. I've already sent several friends their way. Will be renting from them again.

Excellent Trip

This is our second straight year staying in the Courtside townhouses. The condo was clean and spacious. We love the proximity to the beach and Coligny shopping. Definitely recommend staying here.

Super Clean!

This place was cleanest place I think I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable and roomy! Looks over a pond with lots of turtles. The balcony is shared but there’s a pricey wall. 5 min walk to beach. Not a bad walk but you do have a short walk. Take a wagon. Super cool couch and chairs that were so comfy! Everything reclines...haha. We we totally book again. Thank you!
