Courtside 77 is two story, two bedroom, two & a half bath townhome located in the highly sought out Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two double beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath and main living area has a powder room. Nicely updated kitchen and living areas with a sofa bed in the family room. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to VanDerMeer Tennis Center. A special membership with VanDerMeer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo based on availability. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Courtside 77 is located overlooking the fountain with easy access to the main pool.

Cozy stay

we enjoy a lot our stay in Unit 77. The decoration, appliances, spaces and location make us fell as home. We love the sofas in the living room

Courtside 77

Happy family

We enjoyed or stay. Property management was easy to get in touch with and responsive to our inquiries. The condo was spacious and nicely renovated. Everyone mentioned how the mattresses were so comfortable. You can’t see the ocean but you are only a block away. Management offers additional necessities such as bikes or beach chairs. This was a great trip.
