Courtside 67

The place was pretty clean. Large access hole cut in the drywall of the pantry wasn't appealing to look at. Simple things like the can opener didn't work and no coffee filters. The dresser in the master was trash and falling apart. Broken wood and nails sticking out. I had to bend the nails over with a butter knife so they would stop catching us. Also the worst mattress ever, like it could be from 1990 still. There were hoses to wash off stuff outside, but they were also trash and leaked everywhere. Paint peeling in the bathroom ceilings.

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head, SC for years and been booking through Seashore Vacations. On the day we arrived we noticed a coffee maker was not in the kitchen as mentioned. When I contacted them, they brought one over right away. Fantastic service!! If you’re going to Hilton Head be sure to use Seashore Vacations!

We had a fantastic family vacation at Courtside 67. The location was great and was a short walk or bike ride to the beach and shops. The unit was clean and had everything we needed and was just steps away from the pool. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

5 nights over memorial day weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place needs more lighting. The cookware is old and, in our view, should be replaced. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms needed cleaning. The location was great and two bikes were provided at no charge to us by vayk. It was great to ride them on the beach. Access to the beach was as advertised - a short walk, even shorter bike ride. Coligny beach is as good as it gets, although it was very crowded.

This was the first family vacation we have got to take in ten years and the last one before our son heads off to college next month. This unit made it a great vacation. The unit was beautiful, well equipped, close to the beach , pool and tennis courts, which my kids loved as both my kids love tennis and my son will be playing in college, so the easy access to court times made him extremely happy. This unit made our vacation stay so enjoyable and we hope to return again!

Our stay was terrific. Close to Coligny and the beach, but tucked away from the car traffic of busy season. The ability to use this and an adjacent pool allowed for flexibility in crowd/groups, adding enjoyment. In all, a great spot for a vacation of up to 6 ppl at HHI.

This condo is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Coligney. It is clean and updated. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and it meets all of ours needs. We appreciate the updates since our last stay. Our only complaint is that the toilets are tiny and could be a problem if you have mobility issues.

We booked the day before arrival, so we were very pleased to find a nice rental in the complex we were looking for. Our one and only complaint was the bathrooms. The master bath was visibly dirty. The curtain was mildewed. Both bathrooms need a severe update. The rest of the condo is beautifully updated so maybe it’s next on their list to update?

We wouldn’t stay here again solely for this reason. A nice bathroom is a must for us.

Location wise, it’s perfect. Walking distance to both the beach and Celebration Park!

Booking with Seashore Vacations was very easy and their correspondence was great. We had a problem with the shower in the master bedroom and reported it on Sunday. By the afternoon the plumber had come to the condo and fixed it. Also had a problem opening the combination door lock and within 15 minutes someone came to how us what we were doing wrong.

The condo was in a great location. The amenities were good. The bathrooms could use a little remodeling. There was rust around the drain in the tub in the master bedroom.

We enjoyed having an hour of tennis included in the rental. The pool being right outside our back door was convenien. We would not hesitate returning to Courtside in the future and would definitely recommend Seashore Vacations for rentals.

We experienced a wonderful vacation while staying at Courtside condos. Unit #67 was decorated nicely and the layout gave us plenty of space to relax. We loved the lagoon being outside of the patio doors. Liked the short walk to the beach everyday day and the pool at the condo is very nice also. We experienced some new restaurants, such as "One Hot Mama's American Grille", "Reilley's Grill" and "Mi Tierra Mexican Restaurant". Definitely worth trying. We enjoyed our usual spots, such as "Steamers Seafood", "Flatbread Grill", "Frosty Frog Cafe", "The Crazy Crab" and the "Tiki Hut" on the beach. Went shopping at Coligny Mall (the Island Fudge Shoppe is a must go to!) and visited the Salty Dog Factory Shop on Arrow Road for those wonderful t-shirts. Can't wait to come back to the Island! Thank you Seashore Vacations for having our Condo nice and clean, and ready for an enjoyable week.

Loved the condo, the stay and the location.

Would have had 5 stars all over but:
1. Seashores did not send address of office for key collection for late check-in
2. Bathroom floor (2) was covered in hair.

We rent properties also, in Krakow, Poland. We add touches like water, beer, tea and nespresso coffee. Guests appreciate being taken care of.

This was in a great location on HHI. The beach is a short walk and bike riding is easy in this neighborhood. The accommodations were spacious though the kitchen could use an update.

My only complaint if any would be that the coffee maker was broken...the burner was tilted so the coffee would barely heat. I would recommend a coffee maker that has a carafe rather than a burner type. Also the dishwasher was not working all of the time. Other than these items our stay was fantastic.

I was happy once we finally got into our condo. I had arrived early at the island and called and left a message that if at possible could we please possible get into our condo early. Needless to say at 3:55 they called while other members of our team had already checked in. I truly believe they waited to call us out of spite because I had called several times I could be wrong. Other than that we had a wonderful time. Great place for tennis and close to the beach and shops.

As it happens, this unit was a checkout and a checkin on the same day which puts our cleaning teams on a tight schedule, and it was a very busy spring break season. All paperwork states that checkin is between 4pm and 6pm and while we do our best to accommodate early checkins (they benefit us all, and allow us to focus on repair items and other checkin day issues without fielding repetitive calls for entry) we are not always able to make it happen. We pride our staff on their attention to detail, and we do not allow checkins until it is reported clean by the housekeeping contractors and we have our independent inspector confirm that it meets our standards. We would allow early checkin, if all of our checkin day items had been completed at an earlier time.

We had a wonderful trip at Hilton Head. Staying at Courtside 67 exceeded our expectation: great location close to Coligny Beach Park, next door to Vandermeer Tennis Center; rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was a bit outdated but sufficient to make simple meals. The garden behind the house was tranquil and fun (bunch of turtles in the pond). The only thing we struggled a bit was the condo's physical address - I wish they could put it on the check-in package. Getting TV working took some time too (there were three remotes there!). Overall we had a great time and thank you for allowing us to stay at this house.

One of the nicer properties we have stayed at here at CourtSide. Only negative I can remark on is that the kitchen needs a major do-over! One other comment - need to a better job on cleaning, dusting, etc. No to bad but much could be improved on!

Location was great - only a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Square, Piggy Wiggly, lots of different restaurants, and the public beach. Condo is slightly out of date but it worked great for our family. My only complaint (which is super minor) is that the tub faucets were difficult to maneuver.

Property is located very close to the beach. The beach itself is great, and not as crowded as the ones to the left and right of it. The complex is clean, has a pond with turtles and a pool. This particular unit is on the 1st floor, with a patio overlooking the pond. The furniture and appliances are dated, but functional. There are even 5 beach chairs, which we didn't expect at all. I needed to find some place for me and my family to stay on a last minute trip. I hopped on Google and started searching. I'm not one to trust staying in vaca homes unless I was given a recommendation. I went into this place completely blind. Needless to say I was very pleased. It was truly a home away from home. Very clean, cozy and super close to the beach. My daughter and niece were able to get up and go running on the beach and do pool workouts daily. I would definitely stay at Courtside 67 again and recommend friends and family!

We arrived at night, and it is hard to find the location from the gps took us 30 minute, until I looked into the map that comes with the key plus asked somebody around there and gave us the right direction. Found 1 dead roach in the twin bedroom and 2 more dead roach in the main bedroom. Not a big deal, just sweep it off and throw them inside the toilet and flushh. Having a hard time to turn on the TV cable, but they fix it right away. Overall everything is great, clean, neat and nice definitely will come back :)

This is in a great location. Short distance from lots of great restaurants. The beach was a short walk across the street.

The unit was pretty well equipped with furniture and kitchen supplies. It was great staying there. Our only complaint was that the carpet probably needs to be shampooed. Our one year old's feet and knees would get dirty very quickly crawling around. Overall we would stay here again.

My fourth visit to Courtside -- love the location and turtle pond, but especially the pool! Unit was clean and well-maintained, except for some minor issues (vertical blinds need replacement, shower dial hard to maneuver, kitchen light bulb was out {needed ladder, otherwise would have done it myself}. Superlative customer service: the front door lock became disabled during the week -- the maintenance person arrived within 30 minutes after the phone call to Seashore Properties. Will be back again.

We had a fantastic time and everything was as advertised. This was our second trip to Hilton Head and Courtside and we will be back. The condo was clean and made us feel as if we were at home. The staff a Seashore was very accommodating. We called about a kitchen light that needed a bulb replaced and it was taken care of immediately!!! Thank You!

Myself, my 2 step-sons and my son were there for a golf vacation,our 7th over the last 8 years and we were more than happy with the condo experience as well as the overall experience in HH. The one thing we would have appreciated that was unavailable was access to a grill so we could have cooked steaks on that as opposed to on the stove. Overall, outstanding experience and, if we ever decide to repeat destinations or if anyone asks about HH, we would highly recommend the destination as well as the condo at Courtside and Seaside. great location--convenient to tennis, beach and coligny plaza. spacious and clean condo with beach theme decor, outdoor patio. our favorite part was the pool open until 10 and perfect for evening swims. colligny plaza lots of fun and we appreciated free beach parking if we didn't want to walk or ride bikes. would definitely stay there again!

First, the staff at Seashore Management Company were fantastic. Courtside 67 might be great for a short week visit but we were here for just over three months and definitely would not recommend for any length of time. Television in the living room is fine but none in spare room and the one in Master Bedroom is old and the remote didn't work. There is one telephone in the living room that should be replaced. Dishes and cutlery are lacking for long stay. We had to go and buy utensils, for example, a carving knife that wasn't sharp. The dishwasher needs to be replaced, needed to lift up the door to close it and off rollers. Bathrooms need fixing up (mould, shower curtains fell down). Although the furniture is older, it is adequate, especially for a short stay. We don't want to be "picky" but with a bit of work this could be a great property and we would have stayed here again next year for the winter but we are going elsewhere.
