Courtside 62 is a 3 story upstairs townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The top floor (3rd) is a large primary suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach (5 to 7 minute walk). Guests at Courtside have access to Tennis Court time at Van Der Meer Tennis Center located adjacent to the property. The court time is free and based on availability and may be limited to 1 hour per day. This community has 2 on site pools and unit #62 overlooks one of them plus a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in South Forest Beach, just 1/2 mile from Coligny Plaza which includes numerous shops, restaurants and a grocery store. This is a great location for all island activities including the new Low Country Celebration Park located just off of Pope Avenue. There is a King in the primary plus 2 fold out twin beds in front of the bay window. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed plus a trundle nook as shown in the photos.

All of the mattresses in the unit have recently been replaced. Living area has smart TV. The courtyard deck has a spiral staircase providing direct access to the pool and lagoon in the courtyard. This unit is totally renovated with LVP flooring and fully updated kitchen with lots of storage and plenty of space. Unit 62 is a block and a half from the beach and walking distance to Pope Avenue & Coligny Plaza's active dining hotspots and shopping.

The Courtside and Island House community pools are not heated and are closed for swimming from October 1 until April 1. Courtside Parking is limited to two cars.

Great location townhouse

Vacation was great. Location and pool were ideal. Unfortunately there is some updates still needed and lots of places the cleaners missed. Seashore vacations was easy to work with and responsive to my texts.

Perfect vacation spot for our family

We have stayed in Courtside for years, but since our family has grown, we needed a bigger unit. This was perfect. One room with a king for my husband and I, one room with enough bedding for our daughters famiky of 4. And on the top floor a beautiful suite perfect for our newly married son and his wife! We will definitely be back!

A great stay

Everything was wonderful, we love staying at the Courtside villas and this place was wonderful, plenty of supplies, very comfortable, just so nice to be so close to the beach and pool

Enjoyable HHI vacation

No air on top floor for 2 nights
