Courtside 61 has been completely remodeled in 2021. Tastefully decorated with a coastal chic vibe. The condo is only 1.5 blocks to South Forest Beach and just steps to the pool. This is a ground floor unit with no steps and parking directly in front of the condo. This unit has a keyless entry lock, wireless internet, and flat screen TV's. King in Master Bedroom, Queen and Twin in Guest Bedroom, Sleep Sofa in Living Room.

Fully equipped including full size washer & dryer. The condo is an open end unit with lots of light and perfectly located near the lagoon. There are 2 pools on site for when you want to stay close to home. It is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza's numerous shops, restaurants & grocery store. Take a stroll or short bike ride over for some ice cream after a hot summer day. Close proximity to the new “Lowcountry Celebration Park” that includes the family-friendly "Adventure Playground". When you're up for a game of tennis, walk over to the world famous Van Der Meer tennis center or take in a round of golf at one of Hilton Head's 25 golf courses. There are so many wonderful activities on Hilton Head Island shopping, restaurants, the Arts, cycling, tennis, golfing, boating, cruises, historic tours. All of which can be conveniently accessed by the local Breeze Trolley, which stops right at Courtside Villas. Park your car and start your adventure.

Great location

61 Courtside

The rental overall was nice. Could use some minor repairs and touchups. The cleanliness upon arrival was subpar. We spent the first couple hours reclining after the cleaning company had left. The pullout couch was broken and unable to be used. There was a constant water drip from the outside faucet which has produced a substantial amount of pink fungus on the patio. The location was nice and close to the pool, and only a 5-10 min walk from the beach.

Review

All was good. Is there any chance that you could check the washer and dryer, or anywhere in the house for a $50 bill. I'm pretty sure it was in my jeans shorts pocket. Then I washed the shorts. Thanks for checking. We had a great vacation. ��

Great Unit!

This was our first time in HHI and we LOVED it! The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed and we loved the proximity to the pool. The walk to the beach access is a bit much if you have younger kids. We cannot wait to come back!

Just wonderful

We had a great stay, the place was well equipped, updated, and very pleasant. We love staying at the Villas, the pool is right outside, the beach is a quick walk, lots of room, just a great stay.

We love Courtside

We love staying at Courtside 61. My only complaint is that the pillows and bedding in the master could use a refresh. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and the bedspread was way too heavy.
Otherwise the rest of the property is great!

Courtside is Fantastic

Our family stayed at 61 Courtside. We have stayed there for several years and absolutely love it. The condo is very clean and well kept. It’s a perfect place to stay with family. It’s walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Courtside 61 4th of July Trip

Great location to beach and shopping! Pool and fountain view was nice and condo was updated and nice-just what we needed for a quick 4th of July getaway! The only issue was the couch bed had springs falling off of it and one part of the bed wouldn't stay up making it difficult to sleep on.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the feedback regarding the sofa bed. Upon further inspection of the sofa bed we found that a few of the metal springs had pulled through the edges of the mesh tarp that is also connected to the fold out frame. This tarp sits below the mattress that supports whoever is sleeping on it. The owner of the unit advised us to purchase a new sofa bed mechanism and have it installed to alleviate this issue. The mechanism was installed and all is now well with the sofa bed in Courtside 61. We hope to see you again in the near future.

Thank you for making our vacation a great experience. Overall this was very enjoyable. The villa was not as clean and maintained as I expected. Buddy, Sissy and Heidi were wonderful to work with and responded immediately when we had the television stop working in the living room.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Unit #61 was completely remodeled a few years ago and is one of our most requested Courtside units given the updates, decor and location. As a ground floor flat with no steps - #61 is also very desirable for snowbirds and extended stay guests during the winter and shoulder seasons like yourselves. The unit is professionally cleaned in between each stay and more thorough "Deep Cleans" are performed at least once each year to address items that are not covered in the regular clean in between guests (baseboards, under & behind furniture, hard to reach places, etc). Our staff is available to handle any maintenance items that come up during your stay. For example, the living room TV that quit working during your stay. Fortunately, in this case we were able to replace it with a new one from Best Buy in just a few hours. Thank you for for the feedback and we hope to see you again soon.

Great place to stay

The unit had all the necessary equipment, was very clean. Everything was in good working order and ideal location.
A couple of drawbacks. First, personal preference would prefer the tv in the master bedroom vs the second bedroom. Second, there was renovation construction in the unit above which considering it was the weekend was surprising. It started very early in the morning and went till a bit past 7 in the evening

Overall Great choice

We have stayed in this particular condo a few years now and this complex for many years. We have always enjoyed the location and the pool. The condo has been updated and we have no major issues. We are overall happy with this stay and will return.

Love Seashore and Courtside!!!

We had a great time!! Nice walk to the beach and the condo was very nice as well. The kitchen was not as 'stocked' as previous stays but it was still a really nice condo location wise. I also wish there was better seating.

Will be back

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, in good condition and a good location with adequate kitchen utensils. The screen door was not working the best so we gave management a heads up so it didn’t become a bigger issue. They sent someone out in a few hours and fixed it.

The only negative was the “free” rental equipment. The chairs were of high quality but the bikes were not. They were fine riding to Coligny or nearby but we will bring our own next time for long rides. They were included so not complaining- more of an FYI.

Great place, easy to work with rental service. We will be back!

Nice place ... needs some work

Place is clean and well decorated, but has issues with HVAC. Found window wouldn’t close either. Management attempted to help, but privately owned and there is a process to fix. We were out to dinner and got back late when they offered to move us, hard with the family. AC had not been working for a while, so it should have been noted. Window was broken for a very long time. Management was quick to respond, and the place was clean. If things are fixed it would be a great place to stay.

Great Condo getaway!

This condo was perfect. Very close to everything. 10 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the pirate ship park for kids, 15 min walk to Coligny Plaza! We arrived on a weekend had a question for seashore vacations & they emailed us back within 20 mins. Great stay! Pool is right off the back patio.

Lovely Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay in Courtside 61. The villa was nicely decorated and clean. It also was pretty well stocked in the kitchen which was great. Loved the location in the complex being just steps from the pool. Only complaints would be like many others said the master needs more solid curtains to block the lantern lights at night. I brought eyeshades and was glad I did. Master could also use a dresser and tv. There was plenty of room for one where a large picture is hung. Also the 2nd bedroom really needed more lighting. There was one lamp with a very low watt bulb and no overhead light. The room was really dark. Other than that it was great. We lucked out and had no renters above us so can’t speak to how loud that would have been. We normally stay in shipyard but would stay here again.

Hilton Head vacay

Overall the condo was nicely updated and description was accurate. Nice first floor location close to the pool. However with that location you also get more noise from pool area and hear the neighbors appalling around upstairs. I agree with other renters that they need room darkening curtains in the master bedroom. The condo itself could use a thorough wipe down of baseboards, walls, and cabinets.

Beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family of 3!!

This is our 13th year coming to HHI and this became one of our favorite rentals we’ve stayed in. This unit was absolutely beautiful! The renovations are well done and everything was super clean. It has spacious bedrooms, a good size living and dining room, and it’s just steps away from the pool! The only 2 things I would say were “negatives” would be super easy to fix. The master bedroom needs blackout curtains and a TV, other than that this place was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Vacation Stay!

Courtside 61 is cozy but stylish and has everything you need for a great stay in HHI! Close to everything on the island, walking distance to the beach and a great pool. Plenty of space for a family of 3 (including a high energy two year old) and everything was so clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and cozying up on the couch to watch a movie at night. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The only small thing is a need for actual blackout curtains in the master bedroom due to a lamp post by the walkway that brings in a lot of light (but we also like it super dark). We would stay here again and again!

Home Away from Home

Wonderful stay

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The location of this particular unit is great because you walk right out to the pool. I looked out the sliding glass door and was able to check the kids at the pool. The entire unit is hardwood floors which is great when sand works its way in. Everything has been completely remodeled and looks very nice, even the bedding and decor.

The location of the property is great. It’s an easy walk to the beach, even with my young kids and a beach wagon, it was an easy walk. (It’s like walking two football field lengths.) The beach at Coligny is beautiful. The sand is super soft, the beach is huge.

Coligny plaza is really close by and offers many shops, nice restaurants (all different prices), and a very cool new park for the kids to play.

The only issue we had was the A/C unit went out. We called Seashore and they had it being serviced and fixed within a few hours.

Solid location and place for the price

Great location that is walkable to the beach, shopping, and dining. Many golf courses nearby also. The condo was very nice but could have been cleaned a little better (kitchen floor seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned well. Overall, would definitely stay here again

Great Experience

This was a great find. This is a large condo, 2 bedroom and 2 bath, large living room and kitchen. It is just a few steps from the pool. The grounds are beautiful with a lagoon and nice landscaping. Just a short walk to the beach and shopping but far enough away to be quiet. A grocery store is close by. Check in was fast and easy. The condo was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and has all the amenities you will need. I would definitely stay here again.

FIRST TRIP TO HILTON HEAD

CONDO WAS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION, THE POOL AND THE LAGOON WAS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SLIDING DOORS. MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVED FEEDING THE TURTLES IN THE LAGOON. THE CONDO WAS THE PERFECT SIZE. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT A DIRTY PAN WAS LEFT IN THE OVEN, OTHER THAN THAT THE CONDO WAS SPOTLESS.

Felt like home

This condo was very welcoming. We enjoyed the homey feel, the spacious floor plan and the view of the pool. The beds were super uncomfortable, especially the master king bed. Otherwise, we would totally stay here again!! It was near Coligny Circle, where we love to go.

Another brilliant stay!

We've been coming to HHI for 16 years now, and have been looked after by Seashore Vacations for 14 of those years. Courtside 61 was an excellent location, with a lovely pool complex only yards from the apartment. The apartment itself has everything we need, is very comfortable, and felt like a home away from home whilst we stayed there. We've been in this one before, and we would definitely stay there again.
