The rental definitely needs new carpet/flooring and more amenities in the kitchen to cook with. The condo has original everything and could do with updates. Master bathroom shower was stuck on Hot. Back sliding door lock was inoperable.

Great location, very clean, pool, washer, dryer, etc... everything you need. Property and surrounding areas are really nice, well maintained and safe. Check in/out and reservation process was so easy. Only downside (if you’d call it that, maybe nitpicking) is the furnishings, fixtures and decorations could use some upgrades. However, everything was in good working condition.

Relaxing and busy. The refrigerator was not fixed.curtain was broken,and lamp in 2nd bedroom was broken.

The overall location was great. Loved the lay our. However the unit itself could use some updates. Carpet stained,flooring needs updated due to stains and a more modern decor.

It was a good place to stay at. About 10 steps and you were at the pool. Place was clean and if you had a problem it was solved within a few hours. I would highly recommend staying there and booking through Seashore

Very clean, property. Convenient location. This particular unit is next to the pool’s entrance which my grandchildren enjoyed. The unit is so quiet and peaceful. Has all the amenities we needed in the kitchen, a washer and dryer. We would definitely return to this property on our next visit to Hilton Head Island.

good location, nice courtyard and pool, kingsize bed is terrible, you need to invest in a new mattress. Old blue carpet is very stained, needs to be replaced with fake wood or real wood. Outdated kitchen and baths, but clean.

We stayed here over memorial day weekend 2017 and had a great time.
The unit was clean and conveniently located so that we could bike to the beach, the store, and the lighthouse.
Contrary to other reviews, there is WiFi and a flat screen TV.
Yes, the decor is a bit dated, but that's ok.

There were two of us in this property, if there were more the review would reflect it. We stayed at Courtside many times in years past in different units along with other venues and Courtside is our favorite.

The unit is dated. It is obvious as soon as you walk in, the property owners have done little to nothing in maintaining it, it needs a major overhall. I would need more then 2000 words to detail all that is disappointing with this unit. I.e., doors and windows need to be replaced along with the flooring -- bathrooms and kitchen need to be remodeled and updated.

Kitchen floor was not properly cleaned nor was the bathrooms. Owners provided bedding was dirty and worn. Before we used any of the glasses, cups, dishes, etc provided we had to wash them first.

No WiFi, a must in todays gadget age. TV in front bedroom there for show, old tube unit plugged in to outlet but no cable TV hookup. TV in back bedroom old tube type and the cable box keeps dropping the signal. The living room TV is a small 32 inch flat screen TV without any remote control. Only control provided was for the cable box that allowed you to change channels, period. You need to be somewhat of a techie to figure out how to watch TV in this room.

Basically, I'd gut the place and start over.

This unit was located right by the pool which was nice during the day, but a little noisy at night. Very clean, but in need of some updating.

This is our fourth stay at 58 courtside over a period of 12 years. During that time, we have stayed at a number of different locations on Hilton Head, from rental houses to resort hotels to villa rentals and we keep coming back to Courtside. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and coligny plaza make it ideal for families like ours with children. Also, the proximity of the condo to the pool entrance is a big plus - without a doubt the best unit in Courtside. Best of all, the staff at Seashore Vacations is excellent to work with and the price is always a bargin. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
