Great property in a great location. Condo unit was clean and perfect for our stay.

Courtside 53 was advertised as newly renovated and it did not appear to be updated at all. I was disappointed with the property in general. The carpet needs to be replaced, the curtains are old and look like they’ve been there since the property was built. The kitchen had old mismatched plates and glasses. There was not adequate silverware, serving/ cooking utensils. The cookware (pots and pans) were basically non existent. There were 2 frying pans and the handle was broke on 1 of them. There was only 1 tiny pot in the kitchen. This kitchen was not conducive for cooking meals.

We do love the location of this villa and the close proximity to the beach. The outdoor pool area is excellent. We would stay at Courtside villas again but definitely not this unit.

The location of this condo is perfect. Close to everything you need but still quiet. Everything in the condo worked well and was in very good shape. The only minor complaint is that the pots and pans and other kitchen utensils were not in the greatest shape and a cookie sheet or larger baking pan would have been nice. All in all a great stay in a great place.

The condo was very clean and was nice for the price level, but it could use some updates to make the stay better.

The location was convenient for walking to the beach and going to other attractions on the island. The pool area was very nice.

Some updates to the kitchen and some new matching dishes and glasses and cookware would make cooking meals nicer. My sons said that the twin beds in the second bedroom were somewhat noisy.

A nice bonus for us was a credit toward rental beach gear, which was delivered right to the condo.

We were first time HH visitors and were really pleased with everything we experienced. Courtside 53 was located in a wonderful area and offered great amenities. The unit itself could use a little updating. Th A/C stopped working one eve but was repaired the very next day. The Toaster did not work and cookware was sparse. I had to boil water to wash dishes because the water in the kitchen sink would only reach luke warm temperatures. The furniture upholstery could use a good cleaning. We covered the chairs with sheets to set on. The curtains and bedspreads need replaced or deep cleaned.

Great location, we loved being able to walk/bike to the beach and Coligney Plaza. The condo was a little dated but clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the turtles in the courtyard.

This condo is in a great location for the beach. The pool and grounds are well kept up. This condo was a good size for the 5 of us. Some of the furniture and kitchenware could use some updating. Also, there are a lot of stairs to get into the unit and more stairs for the bedrooms.

Have been going to Hilton head for 30 years and stayed in most of these townhome rentals on South Forest Beach. This year I took my daughter son-in-law and two granddaughters ages 11 and 12 to see my go to happy place. The unit is getting pretty old and the furniture should be replaced in the living room, the sofa bed was really bad. The location was perfect, the pool was perfect the walk to the beach was short and overall we had a great time.

Stayed in a condo on Courtside Lane. Condo was a 2 level, 2bedroom, 2.5 baths with full kitchen. Place was clean and very comfortable. Seashore Management personnel were easy to work with and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at 53 Courtside. The property was just as described. It was very comfortable, clean, well maintained, and quiet. Two very minor maintenance issues were dealt with immediately by the property manager. The amenities and location are fantastic. It's a quick and easy walk to the beach, the park, and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. It is close to the beach with nearby shopping and eating options. Walking or biking trails all around the neighborhood and most of the island. The pool and tennis fields are a great plus.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay on HHI. The condo was nice and roomy. The condo was nice - a little dated but nice. It could stand to have a deep clean but overall, was clean enough. I loved the location of it to the pool - you could sit on the little deck and enjoy but was far enough away that you didn't hear the noise and late night swimmers. Walk to the beach wasn't that far. Nice walking location to food, shopping and groceries. Would definitely recommend.

Overall I had a wonderful time in Hilton a 1st timer, I didn't know what to expect. The island is very beautiful, haunting looking, with a certain mystique about it...I explored every accomodations were fantastic...very roomy, clean, and centrally located...Everything i could possibly need was in the condo...the property description was spot on...When i return to Hilton Head, i certainly will try to get this same unit again

Me and my family enjoyed our stay for the Thanksgiving holidays. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfy. The beach was only 2 mins convenient!! We will be back!

We had a wonderful trip to HHI! Courtside 53 did not disappoint! Location is fantastic! Very short walk/bike ride to the beach. Very convenient to many restaurants. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Spacious, clean and in a great location- what more do you need? Although it wasn't warm enough to swim in the pool, it was nice to have a deck that looks over the pool area. Beds were pretty comfortable. Nice having 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped.

The condo was spotless. A little outdated decoratively speaking but we didn’t mind that at all. The pull-out sofa needs to be replaced as it was not very comfortable. All else was great. Short walk to the beach and the pool was lovely. We would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Courtside. The location is great. The unit could use a little bit of an upgrade. The kitchen is well stocked but the microwave and toaster need to be replaced and only 3 burners on the stove worked.

I've enjoyed my time here. The condo is well equipped but needs a little sprucing up. The toaster and microwave don't work very well and one burner on the stove doesn't work at all. The condo is dark, needs better lighting. he condo is in a great location.

Generally pleasant. Upstairs location + another flight to reach bedrooms made things quite difficult! Land phone had to be serviced and still caused plenty of problems.

We have no complaints. It was spacious, well furnished,good beds, plenty of dishes, utensils and everything worked fine e.g. air, appliances, etc.

Our only concern is that at our age an upper level unit with the bedrooms another floor up as well

This is the 3rd time we have rented this particular unit-it is always in nice shape and very clean-our only complaint is that it is time to update the bathrooms-this is the 10th year in a row that we have stayed in the Courtside complex- there are 2 nice pools and the closeness to the beach,shopping and restaurants is great- we will continue to stay at Courtside and we will have no second thoughts about renting this same unit again

We went to Hilton Head to take my son and some of his friends to a weekend tennis clinic at Van Der Meer. The location was perfect for us because we could, for the most part, walk were ever we wanted to go (i.e. beach, Van Der Meer, restaraunts, etc). The furniture was typical rental property furniture and the TV sets were dated. However, it worked for our purposes.
