Description

Courtside 51 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. The complex is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Courtside 51 has a HD Flat Screen in the living room w/Blue Ray. King bed in master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, living room has sleeper sofa.

Great customer service

We booked this condo at the last minute and we cannot thank the sales staff enough for being so helpful and prompt with return calls. The condo location is just off So. Forest and very quiet.
This particular unit is dated, both bath counter heights low and kitchen is so-so. However, the AC, beds and bedding were very comfortable and all was found to be relatively clean upon arrival. If you are looking for average pricing in a good location, this unit will fit your needs. Nothing new or fancy at this price.

Great place to stay

Courtside 51 was great you’re very close to the pool on property and not far at all from 2 public beach accesses. It’s in a very convenient location for restaurants as well with coligny being within walking distance me and everyone in my party were very pleased with it and plan on staying again next year I would definitely recommend it

Sentelle vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Courtside 51. However, the stove should be updated as the stove coils were uneven and the oven controls were confusing. Also,
The the cable service was poor as we couldn’t watch movies as it was buffing every five minutes.

A bit run down. Patio screen door needs replacing. Difficult to use. Shower curtain rod and curtain fell off and unable to put back. Instructions for TV usaeage would have been helpful.

HHI

This unit is all about the location. So close to the beach and Coligny area, which is exactly what we wanted. That said, the unit is dated, especially the upper level. Carpet is dirty and worn, I wouldn’t walk on it barefoot. Upper bathrooms are dingey. But the family room area is comfortable with lots of seating.

Quiet location near the beach

This was our sixth visit to HHI and this townhouse was one to the most conveniently located we've stayed in. It was well equipped and was exactly as described. The property management staff went out of their way to be helpful, particularly in straightening out a booking error quickly and professionally. Our only suggestion would be the addition of a filler foam strip between the twin mattresses in the master bedroom.

Wonderful Stay (especially to play Tennis!)

The location could not be beat for accessibility to the Vandemeer Tennis Center (and/or 8 minutes to the Shipyard campus). 1-2 minutes walk to the courts.

Housing was very nice. Internet was blazing fast, and I especially appreciated some detergent and dishwasher powder being made available.

Area was clean and quiet and the condo was spacious and comfortable.

Will stay again.

Hilton Head long weekend

We had a great visit, the place was as described and very clean and only a short walk to the beach. Our only suggestions are, because the "King" bed in the Master is actually (2) twin beds put together and this created a crevice/gap in the middle of the bed. It might be a good idea to add a foam mattress topper to help with this. (The bed was comfortable though). And also, maybe leaving more then a single trash bag would be helpful. But as I said, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. If you rent bikes, as we did, you can practically stay the whole visit without getting in your car.

Great time at Courtside 51

We had a great time at Hilton Head. The condo was very spacious and clean. We were able to see the pool from our balcony and let the kids walk down to swim. The condo is not that far from the beach so you can walk or ride your bike there very easily. We would love to come back.

Good value for Hilton Head

Rental is in good shape, clean, functional, extra bedding, stocked kitchen, etc. "King" bed is two twins pushed together, one of which springs up if you sit on the end, so beware! No view of the pool (or anything), but it was a comfortable unit.

Great vacation

This town house was very clean and only a two block walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to other going to the area. Plenty of room for the kids and Wi-Fi as a must. The pool was also nice, we did not think we would use it given the beach and all, but it was nice for a bit of time here and there.
