I should have looked at the map of the condo complex because then I would have known that this condo does not have easy access to the pool. Also, cigarette butts and ashes were on the patio table...nasty!
The unit itself was updated and comfortable.

Stayed for 6 weeks in April and May 2025, everything was clean and rental was as advertised. Location for me was ideal. Both pools offered the perfect spot for relaxing and getting sun. Close to Coligny and many great restaurants. Perfect for a quiet getaway

This was a quick, last minute family trip and we had a wonderful time. My daughter loves to rent the bikes in Hilton Head so it was really nice she was able to rent a few and they were brought directly to the unit.

We had a good trip to Hilton Head. We rented the end unit (46) in Courtside. It is located right next to a street on one side, but it was still nice. Only issues were the privacy fence was in disrepair just outside the back door. The carpet was dated, as I prefer hard flooring for a beach trip. Everything else was very nice. Great customer service from Seashore vacations and very no-hassle vacation which is just what we wanted.

The unit was pretty clean and conveniently located to the beach. It’s only about a five minute walk. The unit was very well stocked including several different coffee makers and a variety of Tupperware in addition to most standard kitchen utensils. The unit is older and it is apparent that it hasn’t been kept up as well as it could have over the years but again was still very clean and spacious and great for our party of two adults, a ten year old, and three two year olds. The master bedroom was large enough that I was able to set up three toddler travel cots for my littles. It was easy to walk to the pool from the sliding doors in the back. I did call maintenance about a few broken air return vents and they arrived a bit later and did what they could but were having to order replacement vents. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay, especially as we were able to book it in a short amount of time. The check in/out process was super easy! Very roomy and close walk to the beach...only issue was bugs, but the exterminator hadn’t come since January (probably because of CO-VID19). Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed for 6 days. It was close to everything. We also had access to the tennis academy next door. Best bargain for price and location.

Great location close to the beach and shops. It did look as though some touch repairs were needed such as painting and ceiling repair. My kids did advise that a larger TV was needed in the double room. Our laptop screen was bigger than the TV provided in the double room. Overall, the experience was good and we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Condo was fine , the furniture was worn but clean , weather , rain , cold , hail storm were out of the control of all involved. Folks at rental agency were very reactive to any problems .

We had a wonderful three months in Hilton Head at Courtside on DeAllyon Avenue. Very nice condo near the beach. Seashore was great in making sure everything was working properly and fixed things (the dishwasher was replaced the same day it broke down) when necessary.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at courtside 46. All the amenities of home and only a short walk to the beach. A few things that need some attention. The dining table leg is broken and one of the chairs was unsafe to sit in. Other than that I would say the condo is it great shape. Pete at seashore vacations was great at finding a great property at a reasonable price in a short amount of time! Convenient in every aspect of the vacation experience. Thx again Pete! ??

We had such a good time at Courtside, the condo was very clean for the price. We are not high-maintenance people this was perfect for us. We have 2 small kids and all of us had plenty of space. My only gripe, was that the pool is dirty. I really wish they would put a little bit more effort into cleaning it as there was a lot of dirt and leaves in it the whole week we were there.

We had a very nice time. We cooked several meals at the rental. The kitchen was well equipped except there wasn't a large skillet. There was a small skillet but had not been cleaned very well. In fact I think something had been burned in it. The rental otherwise had everything we needed. We would have felt more comfortable if the sliding door had a stick in the bottom to prevent opening it. Just an extra safety feature. We would return again. They need to work on their email reply system. I received numerous emails requesting to the sign the contract and return to them, after I had already done that. Even got one after we had returned home. Definitely needs fixed.

We wanted just a short weekend getaway to HHI, which is almost impossible to get this time of year, but Seashore Vacation Rentals were able to book just a weekend with no problems, While I prefer ocean front, or at least ocean view, and the condo was neither, it was still very nice! The condo was clean & well furnished, and within a short walk to the beach, shopping, and dining! I would definitely book with Seashore Vacation Rentals again!

Since this was the first experience to stay in a condo, we had a concern a little bit but it went well and we had a very enjoyable trip to Hilton Head, while there was a minor problem of the dish washer (which did not work properly). We hope to go back again.

Easy to make arrangements. Gave emails explaining what needed to be done and how to pick up keys. I have visited Courtside many times and this was the first time I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the rental. Blinds had fallen down, big spots on floor, Bugs, sheets didn't fit beds and we only had 5 dinner table chairs and a broken leg on one of the kids seats. I have used Seashore for many years and usually have a good place, but this is a rarity and it was not private in the living room due to the blinds broken.

Overall rental experience very satisfactory. We did, however, find the condo not as clean as it should have been. There was broken glass on the kitchen floor and under the kitchen appliances. The dryer exhaust hose was not connected to the dryer. There was lint, sand and broken glass behind the dryer and lint hanging on the wall behind the washer and dryer. My husband fixed the dryer hose and we spent a couple days moving all the Kitchen appliances cleaning up the glass and dirt and also cleaning some other areas of the condo, as required. This was reported to Seashore Vacations and hopefully this would not be an issue in the future, as we are seriously considering vacationing in Hilton Head again next year.

Enjoyed our stay at Courtside 46 very much. The location was very convenient to the beach (a short walk) and to shopping. Nice quiet location. The condo was very clean, large and comfortable. We would come back for sure.

THe management was most cooperative. Weater was beautiful. Condo was clean and the rates were reasonable. Great place for our tennis vacation.

The furniture was beautiful & new; linens clean; mattresses new & comfy; Unit could use updating; toaster and kitchen faucet not working; carpet worn & dirty; would have preferred to back to pool (backs to tennis); overall we had a wonderful time and were generally pleased with the unit.

The property was very out dated and needs to be remodel and cleaned. The amount of money and timeframe for occupancy being requested for the stay was unacceptable. The pictures being viewed on the site gave no justice to what the actual placed looked. I would really like to be reimburse partcially because I paid for two facilties on the property.

The linen did not fit the bed; the tv's were old and small; the appliances were outdated; the toaster didn't work; the rugs were old and soiled. Other than that, a great time
