Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 43 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Three flat screen TVs. King in master bedroom, queen and twin in bedroom 2.

Beach Vaycay

The rental process was clear and uncomplicated. The unit was easily accessible and a short walk on a paved path to the boardwalk. The unit has been updated in some areas and was generally clean. However it needs a deep cleaning.

43 Courtside

Very familiar with Courtside Condos. We have stayed there many times prior to this trip but never in this unit. We love the area and the proximity to beach and Coligny. Overall we were pleased with the unit and Seashore Vacation Rentals!

Courtside 43/2025

Overall unit was nice with new shower/tub enclosers in both bathrooms. Location is walking distance to the beach and easy access to Shipyard Plantation for practicing your chipping and putting that also includes a driving range. Unit could use a good cleaning and some updated lighting and furniture but would still rate it a 7 out of 10 and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Very outdated condo

Location at court side is great. This condo is below par as very outdated. The master bath had a constant drip/ leak, the spout is so old you’re not able to switch from shower to tub as the plunger is so old and crusted it will not move. The tub itself needs replaced as it is stained and not in great shape. The other bathroom is a little better but not by much. I would recommend finding another condo at Courtside.

Okay for the price

We booked this property last minute and felt it was priced fairly. The property is a bit outdated, but sufficient. The main complaint is the property wasn't as clean as we hoped. We found dirty underwear under the sink, stuffed animals behind the bed and the bathroom tile looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. For the price, it served its purpose. Courtside seems to be an older complex and really needs pool upkeep. The chairs were broken and old and the pool area was always dirty.

Nice vacation

Great customer service.
I have stayed at Courtside 3times in the last 6 years and I have always been pleased. This year I feel like the condo I stayed in could have been cleaner. It needs s little updating. Everything looked great on the website pics. But the
carpet needs cleaned and the rug needs replaced, the couch could use a
cleaning also. Also the screen door was replaced while we were there, by a very
nice man, but we felt we needed to stay while it was Being done which delayed
our plans that day. I love court side and would recommend it to others just not
condo 43.

Great get away

This condo was good for us. We have younger kids and dont need anything too extravagant. Everything is walking distance and lots of options. It's not watr front, but fantastic for the price.

Wonderful time at Courtside 43!

This was our second year back to Courtside 43 and we had a awesome time! Great location, 5 minute walk to Forest Beach. The condo is clean and well furnished. Kitchen is great! The folks at Seashore Vacations are great to work with and so helpful! We will be back next year!

Great

The Vacation Rental was Great. One item for major consideration. Please do not allow smoking at the Pool areas. There were people smoking at the Pool and it was terrible. We thought that Smoking was a thing of the past but apparently some still do this and when we were in the pool we were getting choked up because of people smoking on the side of the Pool. Can you please post No Smoking Signs at the Courtside Pools. Please let me know. Please call me about this because it was very serious because of the second hand smoke. Thank You, Stewart Fowler
