Courtside 119 is a two story upstairs Townhouse located 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo based on availability. This community offers two on-site pools, a courtyard lagoon plus parking directly in front of each property. Courtside is within an easy 10 minute stroll to Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the new Low Country Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The primary bedroom has a King Size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds. There are 2 Full Baths upstairs along with a powder room on the main level. Free WiFi, Flat Screen Televisions & eclectic decor are among the many upgrades for guests to enjoy.

Perfect location!

Unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. About a 5 minute, easy walk to the beach. 10 minutes to Coligny or 5 on a bike. Had everything that we needed to cook in.

Perfect location, clean property

We spent 2 weeks there for van der meer tennis camp. Location was great, 2 min walk from Van der meer, close to shopping and restaurants, and 7 min walk to the beach. Place is clean, amenities were great. Would recommend to prove comforter covers, or additional sheets for covering comforter (we brought our own but a hassle to put them on and take them off when we leave)

We met a group of friends at Courtside Villas. It was a very convenient location to the beach.
The only concern I had with unit 119 were the sharp edges on the large coffee table. We taped sponges on the corners of the table.

Courtside 119 Perfect Location , Updated & Comfortable

Will absolutely use Seashore Vacations again. Customer assistance and help finding the right property for me and recommendations to do the Island was amazing. So friendly, honest and authentic. Highly recommend the owners to put in curtains. Shower stall gets floors wet too.

Fantastic Trip and Rental Company!!

We had an incredible trip to Hilton Head Island, and staying at Courtside 119 made it even more memorable. The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We especially loved the easy access to the pool and the tennis courts, which made for relaxing and fun-filled days. The property had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. Thanks to the fantastic amenities and overall experience, we’re already looking forward to returning in the summer of 2026!
