Courtside 116 is nicely decorated with plenty of seating, an updated well-equipped kitchen and light and airy bedrooms. The south end amenities and breezy feel extend a nice haven to all who choose to vacation here. This unit offers close access to the beach (1.5 blocks) and direct access to the pool along with great proximity to shops, tennis, restaurants and Hilton Head Island's famous south end. Coligny Plaza, The New Low Country Celebration Park and Pope Avenue are all within walking distance plus Courtside is on the Palmetto Breeze Trolley Route. This spacious 1250 square foot unit has a King size bed in the master and two Twin beds plus a twin pull out trundle bed in the 2nd.

Vacation Fun

Everything was good with the rental company and getting in on time. Just minor cleaning issues that need to be addressed but nothing that stopped us from having a great time.

Update/Repairs Needed

Great location, but this place needs some major work. Ceiling looks like it could fall down in several locations, carpet looks like a college rental with lots of stains, screen door falling off, curtains are filthy, and there were dust bunnies hanging from the vent in the ceiling in the living room. Not very clean at all. Couldn’t enjoy the deck as there were 4 chairs and a grill squeezed into a 5x5 space. Furniture and decor are straight out of the 80’s, early 90’s at best. Seems like other guests have brought up the same issues in the past and nothing has been done.

Another successful beach vacation!

We love staying at Courtside. It’s close to the beach and my family enjoys the 2 pool options! The property this visit was adequate for our stay and we would likely stay here again.

Great unit / great value - we'll be back!

We were first placed in Courtside 113 which was musty and outdated and the Rental team was very accommodating and moved us to 116 which we were very happy with. Bathrooms and kitchen were nice and up to date. Air conditioning ran quietly and cooled well! Great view of pool, nice sound of the fountain in the lagoon, easy walk to beach with the cart and gear credit was bonus they also provided upon booking.
Enjoyed walking and biking to Coligny Square for easy dinners and grocery shopping. We will definitely return to this unit!
Only suggestions- could use an update with paint colors and some of the furniture, but they were still nice. Also need thick room darkening curtain for master bedroom to keep sun heat out. Few cracks in popcorn ceiling and retaping of corners and ceiling areas could be done due to wear over the years. Other than that, all is great!

Cozy and Convenient

We appreciated how close the rental was to Coligny, so we could walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and playground. The rental was well equipped and comfortable.

Decent accommodations in a centrally located area

We enjoyed our week at Courtside. The unit was spacious, especially the two bedrooms and two master baths. The unit being on the second and third floors was bright. The kitchen was well equipped and the large washer and dryer were a big help. The unit was a bit dated with old slab painted luan doors and old hardware. The screen doors and patio doors were in need of lubrication but were functional once lubed. The pool was pleasant but was un-heated and 70° (brr) for the first few days but warmed up later in the week. As we are in our 70s, The biggest issue for us was the stairs, especially bringing up groceries and luggage. One huge plus for us as we drive a Tesla, was the presence of Tesla superchargers in the supermarket parking lot just a few blocks away. Bottom line is yes we would come back again.

Pleasant apartment to stay and have fun on the HH Island

Enough space for family of 4-6, close to beach (about 2-3 blocks), parking spots, quiet neighborhood, close to van der meer tennis.

Well equipped condo near to beach

We had a great stay in court side 116. Comfy beds, good showers, well equipped kitchen. Only bug bear (as a Brit) was lack of a kettle for tea!

Roomy and close to beach

Two friends stayed here and enjoyed having our own bedroom and bathroom. My only real complaint was that a leaky toilet in the 2nd bedroom bath was known ahead of time but never fixed. It is nicely decorated and clean but not in perfect condition. The pool was nice and the location was so close to everything, especially the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and tennis rackets in the closet. We would stay here again!

Great Trip

Totally enjoyed our stay. Great location, close enough to walk to "downtown" area whenever we wanted, took no time to walk to the beach. Unit had everything we could possibly need, even a grill on the balcony! Everything was very clean and in working order. The pool was great. Loved it! We had a wonderful time! And we will be back!

Clean, bright, just right

Perfect stay. Pretty, updated unit with small second story balcony that has stairs that go directly to the pool. Perfect for families with kids. Everything needed is there. Pool is big enough to swim laps, when it is not full of kids. We invited another family over for dinner one night and the 8 of us were comfortable eating and lounging afterwards. Parking was easy.

Nothing More We Would Have Asked for...

Working with Seashore Vacations was a breeze and we would not think twice about doing it again. We checked in late and our paperwork was waiting for us in a lockbox at the office right down the street from the property. The property was impeccable inside and out. Everything we needed was included (with the exception of beach towels, which we knew prior). The location could not have been better - close to everything and very convenient, especially with young kids. We would absolutely recommend to our friends and family, and have already discussed coming back with friend later this year.

It should be noted that this unit is not something I would consider "luxurious" - if modern/luxury is what you are after, this is probably not the spot. It is cozy, comfortable and family-friendly. Its extremely clean (cleaner than any hotel I have stayed in, by far!) and its well-maintained and a great location. We would not think twice about staying here again! it very much suited our needs.

We brought our kids - under 5 - and spent the majority of our time bouncing between the pool, playground and beach. We did mini-golf and enjoyed some of the features of Sea Pines, as well. We did not fully know what to expect traveling with COVID still in play but we were pleasantly surprised at how safe and clean everything was and how easy this trip was!

Our visit was great. October is a wonderful time for Hilton Head. The only complaint would be a minor one. Rug in Master Bath was not very clean. Better to do without one.
