Our condo was perfect. It was clean and big. We loved being on the first floor and being close to the pool. The location was perfect with the ability to quickly bike to Coligny Beach, Adventure Playground, or anywhere on Pope Ave. We would definitely stay here again.

We rent in Courtside often and unit 115 was very accommodating to our needs during our two week February stay. Just a few highlights that we enjoyed...clean, nice decor, comfortable furniture, good lighting, easy access with no steps to navigate, large washer and dryer, walk in shower with excellent water pressure, private patio close to the pool. Location is a plus being close to walking trails, the ocean and Coligny shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Renting through Seashore Vacations has always been a good experience.

Overall the stay was just ok. Nice location close to the beach, however, we walked in and there was a large patch on the ceiling and what looked to be water stains, which was concerning. One of the bathrooms was extremely outdated, and the shower was so gross we all ended up sharing the master bathroom. A handful of the dishes were also dirty. The decor is so outdated and dark for a beach condo....everything was dark brown and the bedroom and bathroom walls were brown with stains and the wall art on the bathroom wall was discolored. There also were limited hangers so it was hard to hang nice clothes. We won’t be staying in this condo again unfortunately, but it was nice to have a pool and be close to the beach.

Nice unit and grounds. However for future improvements: new cooking pans needed, both bathroom sinks drain slow, one outdated bathroom shower and shower fixtures need more than just calking...shower fixture assembly is loosely detached from mounting and shower head is frozen on one setting...some black mold exist where tub and shower wall meet. We used the newer updated shower which is clean an nicely done.

The management company was very accommodating when our original rental was without the main elevator (days according to a few owners) and pool was closed and under construction.
Overall, our unit was nicely decorated and a great location to our pool, a close walk to Coligny for shopping, eating, groceries and entertainment.

Exactly what we needed. We shared this unit with another couple. It was great to have 2 king beds. The unit was clean and equipped with all the kitchen necessities. The living area was comfortable and the TV in each room was a nice touch. The only issue we had was space to store our groceries as the pantry was used as an owner closet so we were locked out of using it. Another suggestion would be to move the silverware draw to the other side of the stove so if someone is working by the sink they can get to the silverware without moving people around.

Lovely unit! It’s on the first floor with no stairs. Plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of 4. The swimming pool was right outside our unit, access through the living room sliding doors. The unit was very clean and had plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Main bedroom has a walk in shower which was very convenient for my mom who has mobility issues. Great location. You can walk (about 10 minutes) or drive and park near Coligny Plaza. Beach chairs (2) and umbrella rental packages are available on the beach for about $45 a day. We were only here for 3 nights which included a day in Savannah so we only had one beach day. The beach rental was our best option. I would definite recommend this unit because of the comfortable accommodations and location! It was a great place for us!

Our stay at courtside 115 was very nice . The condo was as described online. The condo was very clean and a great location. The bed in the room that faces the parking lot was very uncomfortable! This would be the only reason that we would not rent this condo again.

Another great rental from Seashore Vacations. My husband and I stayed in Courtside 115 for nine wonderful nights. The location is magnificent. Step outside your door you are right by the pool. Walk a block and a half and you are by the beautiful beach. Easy walking to Coligny Plaza, where there are some great restaurants.

The unit was clean, and the updated bedroom, and bed were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that I would have liked in the unit would have been a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and an electric grill outside on the patio would have been a big help for dinners.

I recommend this unit highly. I also recommend Courtside for your next rental. This was the second time we rented in Courtside, and it will not be the last time.

This condo is equipped with everything you will need! Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. It is convenient to the pool and a nice walk to the beach. There are racks so bikes can be secured. We enjoyed staying in this place!

We rented over Thanksgiving weekend. It was our first time to Hilton Head Island. The rental company was great! We came in late and they made it easy to get into our unit. We were there for our daughter to play tennis at Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. We walked to the courts each day. We also enjoyed biking, the beach and the community that was close to our property. We will be back again and request the same property!

Courtside is a perfect location for enjoying HHI. Near the beach, Coligny, Dea Pines and with the Cross Island bridge the mainland is more accessible than when you stay mid-island.

This condo is located very close to the beach. It has a nice back patio overlooking the pool. The Kitchen was fully stocked and all the appliances looked new. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway.

While the furnishings were dated, appliances were updated, and the condo was clean. We had everything we needed in the way of linens, utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. Loved the fact that the patio was right off the pool area, and the beach was just a short walk away. Coligny was an easy walk, and we spent most evenings there visiting the restaurants and shops. Be sure to check out the new Sand Bar restaurant! Everything was very smooth with the rental, check-in, check out. No problems at all! Great vacation. Wish I was still there.

The unit at Courtside 115 met my expectations. It was in the area I wanted to be & on the ground floor with street level entrance. It was clean & adequately furnished although the carpet in living room is showing some age. Except for one minor maint problem there were no issues to speak of. The maint problem was handled courteously & promptly.

The service and quality of the property was outstanding in every aspect. The villa had everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation at the beach. There is a large pool we enjoyed ( a little chilly during our stay) but quite refreshing. 115 Courtside was our villa and it was only about 400 yards from the beach... an easy walk. Sports, shopping and great restaurants were all very close by.

It was good. Our children and grandchildren also stayed at courtside, so it!'s always great with family. We have stayed in nicer places, but Courtside was okay. We like to stay directly on the beach, but the walk to beach was not too bad. The kids enjoyed the pool. Our particular unit does need an update. Overall, our stay was good.

The kitchen of this rental certainly needs an overhaul . Cupboards dirty inside and out, shelf liners were old plastic stuff. The drawers were off their tracks. Most everything need to be washed before we would eat or cook with them.
Carpets throughout were stained, including the front entrance. Lack of garbage can lids outside. Living room furniture old, the one recliner barely worked. All the throw pillows were stained. We have stayed at Courstide many times and never had a bad experience . The wifi was not efficient and had no password for use. Very strange, outdated rental.

This property was very convenient to the beach. We had only three days here, but enjoyed our time at the beach, and in the apartment. The area around the facility was very quiet and access to the tennis courts was a added bonus.If I could choose one thing that was a was the beds. They were extremely hard. Also, one particular chair in the master bedroom was really dirty....which put me off immediately. It would have been better if the chair just wasn't there. ( I know this is picky...but it was disgusting.)

Overall, the stay was lovely, and you could tell that this unit was getting upgrades. It was a pleasure to stay here, and I would recommend it to others.

One thing that would have been helpful, was knowing that there were restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We didn't know until our second night that we didn't really have to drive anywhere to get to the food and entertainment in the area.
