Location was great. Close to the tennis center, the beach and Coligny Plaza. We came for tennis lessons for my granddaughter. We all had a great experience. I would definitely want to stay at Courtside Villas if we visit again.

Longest we have stayed in one place in January. The location was great - easy walking to Coligny & Beach. Was disappointed in overall household items available in the unit. Very few clothes hangers, containers to use for leftovers. There were no blankets in the unit - we were there in January. Problems with the TVs (no instructions available). Contacted the Rental Agency - they were very helpful - sent someone over. One TV couldn't be used - no remote. The Rental Agency gave us a blanket and additional hangers. Was disappointed that the supplies were only for 1 week (we were staying 3 weeks). We went and purchased containers, laundry soap, pizza cutter & dishwasher soap). The furniture looked nice but not very comfortable.

We stayed at C Courtside 113, it was well cleaned and maintained, only complaint is the king size bed in main bedroom was not for me, was very hard, not comfortable,pillows flat, so sleep wasn't something I enjoyed during our week long stay. Staff was awesome, as soon as a message needing something they were on it, example, iron was old and ruining/staining pur clothes, I reached out and they brought a new one the next day! 5mins walk to beach and main road right there for was very convenient for walking to beach or shops

Unit was ready early on arrival day, which has been rare in our recent trips to HHI. Unit was clean. The location within Courtside is great, about as close to the beach path as you can get. Downstairs living areas were pretty basic. Kitchen fairly outdated, and not much beyond dishes/plates/cups. Living room furniture not the most comfortable. Upstairs bedrooms seemed to have been renovated more recently. Inside conditions didn't detract from stay, but would be nice to have some basic updates. Also, not sure who would be responsible for this, but there are multiple bee's nests around the back porch. This seems to be a complex wide issue, nothing with the specific unit.

There were some issues with the condo that were promptly addressed
As by Sea Shore maintenance. Pros: location, master bedroom and bath comfortable, nice TV in living room.
Cons: lighting in kitchen poor, pool not open until April 1 was the highest disappointment to grand kids. That should be clearly stated in on line property description, and it was not.

Unit was in a great location - easy walk to Coligny Plaza and beach. The set up of the inside was good and it was well equipped. Everything functioned well. Beds very comfortable, nice bathrooms. It was a bit dark inside so we got higher wattage bulks. Nice dining room table set, living room furniture was too soft and quite uncomfortable. Beach chairs would have been a good addition. We were not eligible for the discount. A nice unit. Seashore Vacations was helpful and easy to work with - thank you.

The unit was clean and comfortable with lots of seating in the main room. Nice renovated bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Great location! More lamps or ceiling lights are needed in the main room and bedrooms, otherwise a great stay.

We have stayed in various condos in the Courtside complex over the years. This one was one of the more comfortable rentals. It’s been updated beautifully to have all you need in terms of beds and comfy living room seats. If you are like us and enjoy good blankets even on hot days I would suggest to bring your own. Otherwise this place was well stocked and for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids it was PERFECT!! We plan to rent this one again!!

Very clean, so much room and close to the beach. We have been coming to Hilton Head for decades and it was our first time staying at courtside. We will definitely be staying here again.

This vacation condo is pretty much perfect. It's only a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of space to spread out inside. One of the two community pools is just out the backdoor and down some stairs. It's within walking distance of Coligny Beach Plaza where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The only downside is the beds are appx 6 inch foam mattresses... not the most comfortable for adults, but they were very clean.

The rental was very nice. I was disappointed at the floors. They where not clean and I had to mopped them myself. My grandson crawled on them when we first got there and they where filthy. The front door is hard to unlock also. Other then those issues it was a wonderful place to stay and it was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories.

The room was clean and spacious. The washer machine was extremely loud - sounded like it was ready to break. Did not like the spiral stairs going down to pool area. Wish I was told beforehand how many stairs there were. Had noisy neighbors on the last night.

The unit was clean. The refrigerator had a water leak inside when we turned on the ice maker. I put a bowl to catch the water. One tiny beach chair wasn't helpful. Overall it was a good time!

Clean good location. The only thing bad was they only had one dish towel one dish cloth and only one set of sheets for each bed and no extra blankets.

We rented an 8 person condo (Courtside 10) on Deallyon Road. It was the perfect spot for our family of 8. There was plenty of room for all of us. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach. There was easy access to both pools. We interacted with seashore a couple of times using their hospitality app and the communication and response time was excellent. We would definitely use Seashore again and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Super nice stay, everything nice and clean. Pool was great in such warm weather, short walk to the ocean. Rooms were roomy and in great condition. One and only thing worth upgrading was dishwasher.

My wife and I have been going to Hilton Head for twenty years and we've always stayed at Courtside on Deallyon Avenue. It's a nice property located about .25 miles from South Forest Beach and about .5 miles from Coligny Plaza. We've rented various townhouses in Courtside and 113 is easily in the top five. It's a clean spacious unit with most of the amenities one would need for a week at the beach. My only gripes are a clothes iron with residue burnt onto the sole plate and an ironing board cover that is too loose. This is an upstairs unit which makes it a pain to shlep luggage or a beach cart up and down the front stairs but I think the upstairs units are more quiet so the trade off is worth it for me.

The accommodations were clean and close to the beach. The teenagers said the WiFi needed to be faster. It was kind of the owners to provide beach chairs and umbrella. Overall we were happy with what we rented.

The home was just as described and perfect for our beach vacation. The management company was easy to work with and answered any questions we had immediately. We really enjoyed the beach gear on site so that we didn't have to bring our own. we took advantage of the back patio several times a day as it was a quite setting over looking the pool. The location was perfect for us - a short 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to a less crowded beach access.

This property was a good fit for us and we would not hesitate to return in the future. The fact it was a second floor walk-up made moving in and moving out a bit of a chore but otherwise a very nice unit. It is also in a prime location - short walk to the beech and to the amenities at Coligny Plaza.

I traveled with my daughter, her husband and their 22 month old daughter. The space here was perfect for us. Very clean and cozy and room to move around. The location was great and we were thankful for the beach wagon and other items available for us to use.

The condo is very spacious, nicely appointed, clean, and only about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool is very clean and well maintained also. Location very convenient to Coligny area with lots of shopping and restaurants. It's far enough away from the Coligny public beach access though that the beach was not overly crowded.

We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Condo is in a great location! Short walk to beach and shops at Coligny. Condo is a great size for a couple, small family or two couples. Seashore Vacations is so easy to work with as well. Overall a great experience!

This condo was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much bigger than we expected. The pictures make it look very long and narrow. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. Great distance from the beach and other fun stuff. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend this property

We were pleasantly surprised with how much larger the townhouse was than it appeared in the pictures. It was spotless and very clean. The location of the unit is the perfect distance from the beach(short,easy walk) and very close to Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes resorts. We brought our beach cart and chairs but they have those there if you want to leave yours at home. The pool was great and is right out the back door. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be making a return trip. My only recommendation would be to add another piece of comfortable furniture in the living room.
