Courtside 105

Our villa at 105 Courtside was very clean and quiet. It was well outfitted and had everything we needed. The partnership with Vay K Life was much appreciated too. The only thing amiss was that the drawers in the armoire in the secondary bedroom were off the track and we couldn't get them to slide properly. Could be a hazard if someone pulls them out too quickly.

Great location - but the apartment itself could use some updating. The mattress in the main bedroom (where there was only one bed) sinks in the middle - it was very uncomfortable. We were constantly rolling into each other. Need a new mattress badly! Also the carpet throughout appeared old and dirty - maybe put tile throughout it all?? I think w some updates - this place would be fantastic!

Great location if you want to be close to the beach, restaurants and essential shopping. We stayed during low season and the pool was empty and backyard was quite, but I can see it being a nuisance during high season. When we sat at the pool we could hear people talking in their units if the balcony door is open.

The unit is well stacked with kitchen appliances and utensils. I am not a fan of the brown carpet, but it was clean and not smelly. The gliding chair is unstable, we flipped it twice just trying to get comfortable.
Master bedroom mattress is horrible. It felt like a waterbed, if my husband lifted a finger I could feel it on the other side. It moves with every slight movement. Probably the worst mattress we've ever, ever slept on. Pillows were as hard as a rock. In my opinion, when you have weekly rentals, you need to provide decent sleeping environment. It is not a one night stay situation. We ended up buying 2 pillows, found one decent pillow in kids room, you must look for it...and one of the kids used their XL soft toy to sleep on.

Peeling ceiling paint in kids room, too obvious to ignore.

The management company was very responsive.

This is our 10th year in HHI; our kids are 16 & 20; my husband an i are in our upper 40s and have no sleeping issues, however sleeping in this unit kicked our butts.

Enjoyed our stay at Courtside. Very convenient to Harbour town, grocery stores and great eateries. Furnishing and carpet are showing wear. Kitchen was not well apportioned, but the basics were provided.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It has everything you’ll need and an amazing location. We’ll be back! Just be sure to read the fine print, as check-in is between 4 and 6, rather than specifically at 4.

We enjoyed Courtside 105!
Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was amazing and so conveniently located just outside our door! Public beach access was right down the street, 5 min walk. We will definitely book again! Book directly from Seashore Vacation Inc! $250 credit toward beach gear from VKay Gear was included with our stay, we got bikes delivered and picked up which was so convvineient!

Nice clean comfortable unit. Perfect location to beach, shopping, restaurants, and golf. The tv's lost signal a few times which was mildly annoying.

Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Loved the proximity to the beach and access to the pool. Everything was comfortable. I wish there was a complex MAP showing both pools (we didn't know there was a second pool until we talked to a resident at VanDeMeer). She also told us we had beach access at the end of the street inside of going all the way down to Coligny. Those would be nice additions to have in the welcome packet. Overall, wonderful stay and we would book again.

Our stay in court side 105 was very enjoyable. It was very clean, overlooking the pool area and very relaxing. Close walk or bike ride to cologny beach. Seashore vacation rentals was quick to respond to my message. We enjoyed days at folly and coligny beach and sea pines is a must see. Would highly recommend!

We love the Courtside condos but were disappointed in this particular unit. The sleeper sofa was in bad need of a cleaning or replacement. Honestly the sofa and pillows were disgusting but we made it work. Overall it is a nice unit, this was our only complaint and it would be easily corrected.

Positives: Very comfortable, very clean, great location. Negatives: Spent a fortune to buy simple things like dish liquid, toilet paper, salt and pepper. Simple staples should be left in the condo, but I understand the theory behind removing everything.

This rental needs a few upgrades to make it A++. The couch and loveseat need replaced, the are very worn and the outdoor furniture needs upgraded, The tvs were great (new Samsung) and wifi was very strong. The beds were comfortable.

Wonderful vacation in Hilton Head. We could walk to every we needed. Shops, groceries , beach, and pool was steps away. Everything worked in house but could use some updates. New sheets, paint, fix front storm door and some cabinets in kitchen needed hinges tightened. All repairs will just improve overall feel of property and did not change our satisfaction with place. Simply suggestions.

This property is in a great location and beach access is very close by (5 minute walk). We found that the property is in need of a refresh. The storm door didn't close, one of the ceiling fans did not work and the mattress in the master bedroom has a dip in it and very uncomfortable. The kitchen needs a set of cookware. There was a total of two pan, one skillet and one saucepan.

We found everything clean and in order when we arrived (with the exception of the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. The property was well maintained and close to a beach access. Everyone we were in contact with was helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed a few nights recently at this lovely villa. The savings are well worth the short walk across the street to the beach. The unit needs just a few tweaks to be A+: the stove drawer is broken; the cable TV kept freezing and dropping its signal; a few beach items in the lockup outside would be helpful like other owners provide. But we'll stay here again :)

This was a great rental. We have kids ranging from age 6 to 17 and the layout of the place felt spacious. Exactly as described from the description of the rental and photos. Very nice pool right outside the back balcony, and beach is an easy five minute walk away. South Forest Beach is very nice, not crowded and family friendly. This was our first time to Hilton Head and we loved it!

The rental was a good time - the home was clean and up dated - having everything we needed. The only downside was the picture that made it look like the property opened right up to the beach was deceiving as that area was actually a couple blocks away. However the walk to the beach was still quick and easy. We were only there a short couple days, but check in/out process was easy and everyone was very friendly.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. The only real issue we had with this unit was the exit from our rear balcony to the pool area. Apparently, the concrete walkway at the bottom of our steps was being replaced. All the concrete was missing and off the step was dirt and a very uneven hard surface from dried up blobs of concrete. There was no lighting in this area which made going to the pool at night extremely difficult for adults, let alone children. We all twisted ankles and fell numerous times on the uneven surface. The yellow caution tape was on the ground, so you could tell someone was trying to block it. Therefore this particular unit should not have been rentable if you couldnt exit safely to the pool. No one ever mentioned you couldnt exit the balcony to the pool area without safety issues. The mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Everytime you move it squeaks loudly and dips so bad in the center , you almost felt like you needed to sleep on the edge of the bed.

This rental is very conveniently located. The walk is very short to get to the beach, or to Coligny Square. The pool was a nice amenity as well. We were generally pleased with the in suite furnishings, and our space was equipped with most any item we needed during our stay.

We loved the atmosphere of our condo. It was warm and inviting. The location was perfect for access to the pool and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The only issues were the comfort of the mattresses and the lack of silverware and knives. We only had 3 forks and none of the knives were sharp enough to cut. There also wasn’t a pot big enough to boil spaghetti. The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. We would stay here again, but would bring a large pot with us and maybe a mattress topper to help us sleep better.

The property was very nice, clean, and updated. Furniture in living area looked almost new. Bed in master bed room was a little to firm and uncomfortable for our liking; however, I think this could have been fixed with a very plush mattress cover. I read the prior reviews and brought on to use if needed but since the bed in the other room was comfortable, we just slept on it. The chairs on the balcony were the plastic type. The neighbors next door were very kind and offered theirs because they thought they looked more comfortable and they weren’t using them. Very good location. Short walk to beach and to Coligny. Would definitely rent this property again. Seashore rental company was great!

Thank you so much for accommodating us at the last minute. The townhouse we were scheduled to stay in has a water issue and the water had to be shut off to the unit. Your townhouse was great. Everything we needed was there for us. Except for not a lot of sunshine while we were there and cool temperatures. But your townhouse made our 4 days great! We will be back.

Our overall stay was excellent. The condo is minutes from the beach and great restaurants. This condo was recommended by Lynn at Seashore vacation and we were very happy. The condo was very clean, comfortable mattresses and a great layout. Pool is right outside the backdoor and the pool itself was very nice. Seashore vacations was very accommodating. I will definitely use them in the future.

We enjoyed a great week in unit 105 sitting by the pool, taking short walks Down to Coligny square as well as the beach and enjoying Hilton Head. This unit has anything and everything you would need to prepare nice meals in the well equipped kitchen and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The pool was only a few steps away and the kids had a great time splashing away. The only negative was that there was conflicting info about the wifi. The correct info was on the refrigerator door, not the info that we received in the app or from the management company.

The unit was clean and tidy nice appearance nice pool. I would reccomend to upgrade the internet to SECURE wireless it would only require them to reconfigure the router and add a password. I dont understand why this was not included. Also my biggest complaint was the couch and kitchen chairs cushions are totally worn out and uncomfortable and need to be repaced

The condo was within a short walk to the beach. It was very clean. Seven of us had the lobster special on Monday night at Reilley's and we also ate at Hudson's. I have been to Hilton Head many times and never miss a trip to Hudson's or Pool Bar Jim's!!Always a great time. I highly recommend staying here on your trip to Hilton Head.

Nice clean condo with some extra touches. Lots of books to read and DVDs to watch. Nicely decorated. Seashore staff (Buddy, Lynn, Allison) always very helpful. Pool area is nicely kept up. Others in condo complex were respectful and it was not a wild crowd. Great location by Coligny and great 7-minute walk to beach along nice access path.

We really enjoyed this condo - it was clean and had everything we needed. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was located right outside the pool which was very nice. We have stayed at various condos at Courtside. This one was particularly nice and clean. Kitchen drawers could use some repair or replacement but otherwise a very updated condo. As always we enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head and in the South Forest Beach area.

properity management is excellent. when we arrived carpeting needed cleaning-was promptly done. nicely furnished, but TV's need upgraded(definetly larger) in bedrooms & stronger connections by hargray need to be addressed. asap. excellent location: A 4 STAR RATING

We liked the condo, but the pool area was never cleaned. Some trash was there the first day we got there was still there when we left. Not much just that we did see it. The condo was great. Clean and had everything we needed.

WE had a great time, the only problem was we had a 3 night stay and they only provided one washcloth per person, I would've expected at least one washcloth per day and maybe even a few extras, I guess I should've called housekeeping but I thought they would bring us more, next time if that's the case then I will call housekeeping. Otherwise, great location, convenient to Coligny Plaza and easy to get to.

Overall the condo was clean except the refrigerator was dirty and the kitchen had a moldy/mildew smell; the AC was completely off when we arrived so made the smell worse. We couldn't have been more pleased with the condo with Seashore Vacation Rentals. This was our first time to Hilton Head. We enjoyed it so much we plan to travel here next year. I would recommend this Rental Establishment to anyone. A great and affordable place to those on a budget!
