Great time in Hilton Head

Stayed at courtside 104 . The property was just perfect. From the location to sea pines and the beach to the interior. I will stay here again and highly recommend it.

Hilton Head Island

The twin beds were so noisy. Never experienced anything like that before. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep entire stay. Property management should check lighting after guests check out. Bathroom lights not bright enough. Large stain in upstairs bathroom. Very unappealing. Dining chairs need to be repaired or replace.

Tennis Vacation

The property was convenient for our trip to the VanDer Meer Tennis camp we were there to attend. The unit was as described in the listing. 2 small issues - screen door needs to be repaired and the pool seemed to be unheated and cool during the time we were there. Overall the unit met all of our needs.

Great location

Courtside is a great location! It’s in walking distance to VDM tennis, the beach and Coligny Plaza. The property is well maintained and the pools are perfect after a long day at the beach. The management company was very responsive! We will use Seashore Vacations again :)

104 Courtside

Love this unit and Courtside. The only suggestion would be to let renters know if there is going to be
renovations to adjoining units. I left early due to construction noise coming from both sides starting at 8:00 am :-(

Perfect Location!

Exactly as pictured! We were in town for a tennis tournament and this was the perfect condo close to dining plus all the different locations for our matches. Super easy check-in process too. Very clean, plenty of blankets, awesome kitchen and a great price. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Towhhouse

This townhouse was just as described. Very clean, perfect location, more than enough room for 4 people.
The complex was also maintained very well, the pool outside our unit was wonderful. Would rent this townhouse again.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Me and my family love this vacation unit. It was very modern and clean and furnace. The kitchen had all utensils and appliances that we needed. Excellent location and very nice pool. We loved our stay!

Courtside 104

When we arrived at Hilton Head, the location of Seashore Vacations was very easy to locate. The gentleman that checked us in was very welcoming and informative. The townhouse was very clean and inviting. We had no trouble finding the location. It was very relaxing and quite. My wife and I really enjoyed that aspect. We enjoyed the setup of the facility and the access to the pool. This was our first trip to the island. We will defiantly be back.

Great location

We had a great vacation! The location made everything easier. The beach access was so convenient too! The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs. The deck chairs could be replaced.

Great Location

Very nicely updated townhouse. Pretty beachy colors and accents throughout. Made it feel like a real vacation home. Good location within the complex with a great view of pool. Also enjoyed feeding the turtles in the pond with my 3 year old grandson.
Great location. Easy quick walk to beach restaurants and shopping.

Great Stay

Family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Sofa bed mattress could use an upgrade and master bath could use more lighting and an exhaust fan but neither were a huge hassle. Did not see beach chairs until last day in Storage area with trashcans. Maybe mention they are there ? This is our 4th time staying at Courtside Villas. This was the most clean and updated unit.

Great weekend getaway

The property is decorated nicely. It’s a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The bike paths go for miles and are right around the corner. The pool is in the back yard of this property too! Last, the price was very reasonable!

Updated Beautiful Condo!

This Condo is beautiful and updated. Overall everything was in working order. If we could have changed anything, full length mirrors need to be added to each bedroom, along with clocks for the bedside stands. The decor is gorgeous and minimalist, but these additions are needed. Also, it was hard to cool the upstairs. We eventually cooled it, but downstairs was a bit too cool. This may not be an issue for others though. We will definitely return to this unit. Loved it!

Courtside Condo

The condo was perfect for our weeklong stay and very close to the Tennis clinic we were attending and a short walk to the beach. It was very simple to check in and check out. The condo was very clean and comfortably furnished. It was especially nice to have 2 1/2 baths with excellent showers. Definitely would recommend!

Nice place in a great location

Very pleased with this updated 2-bedroom condo. Loved the fact that it was a quick bike ride or walk to Coligny Beach. Definitely a great condo for the price I paid, especially compared with other condos in the area. There were a few minor issues, but they were minor - there wasn't a towel in the downstairs bathroom (used one from the towel sets we were given). While plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans are in the condo, there are no basic condiment supplies (salt, pepper, etc.), so I'm glad I brought some along just in case. I've been to some places that supply those items and others that don't. Once again, not a big deal. I didn't necessarily expect them, but they're nice to have. Also, I missed the note that there were no beach towels supplied, so we had to go buy some -- I obviously didn't read the fine print. Once again, not a big issue because this place was a great bargain compared with other similar properties. Note that the beds are firm (I love plush beds) but nice. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to HHI!

A beautiful place near the beach.

We stayed at Courtside 2014 in August 2018. It was wonderful. The description on the website was exactly as advertised. The condo was spotless. It was beautifully decorated. The furniture and bedding was comfortable. The condo was in a great location near Coligny and the shops, and a short walk to the beach. The staff at Seashore Vacations were wonderful and great to conduct business with. We will book with Seashore Vacations again. First class service.

Great place

We had a great time, everything was clean, fresh and new. It was a close walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. We were able to relax and enjoy a long weekend. (would be nice to have a king bed on vacation though!!)
