Courtside 10 has been remodeled in 2018 with all new furniture, new flooring, new appliances, new bedding and decor, new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen with quartz counters. This fresh update makes this unit one of the best offered at Courtside. Flat Screen TV's and Wireless internet gives you all the comforts of home. This unit is a ground floor flat with no steps. The patio is just off the pool area directly behind the unit. There is also a secondary pool to use across the parking lot. The unit is an end unit which also means privacy and additional light streaming in the extra large window in the dining room. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van Der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King bed in Primary BR, Queen and a Twin in the BR 2, Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Two full sized bathrooms including a walk in shower in the primary.

Olivia’s Tennis Camp

We came for a one week tennis camp at Van Der Meer Tennis Complex. We chose this property because of its close proximity to the campus. It was perfect for our week, tennis was next door, pool, walking distance to the beach, lots of good food a short drive.

Vacation

Found this property to be quite dirty. The throw rugs were absolutely filthy. Need to be replaced/or washed. The outdoor furniture was incredibly rusty, we had to take some silver tape that we found in a closet and put it around the edges so no one would get cut. They did bring new chairs for the patio. The baseboards look like they haven’t been washed in 10 years or ever!! it was either the washer or the dryer left some grease spots on our clothes. We’re bedding was less than desirable needs new pillows, bedspread, etc. on the beds. I can say the towels were nice. Had to buy more dish towels because the kitchen only had one set for a two week stay. No instruction on how to run the remotes for the televisions took us a while to figure it out.

Good stay for Snow birds

Overall, a good condo that met our needs for disability and nice patio to enjoy. Unit needed a better clean and some attention to cookware. Would stay again.

A pleasant break from the Canadian winter on Hilton Head Island

Very enjoyable experience at Courtside Villas #10. Well located to everything we needed and wanted to see. Buddy at Seashore Vacations was very pleasant and helpful for anything that we required. Would definitely recommend this unit and we will not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Review of Courtside 10

Overall good stay. Great location. Recently renovated. Spotless. Close to restaurants.

Since we were just there for 3 rounds of golf everything was as advertised. However the following items need to be rectified:
1.Coffee ought to to be supplied (kcups) for a starter. Maybe 4 cups at a minor expense
2.Directions on how to get TV's working needs to be printed out and posted in the LR and both BDRMs

Very clean ,nothing to complain about. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pool is at your back door and beach is a short walk down the road. Second time staying at Courtside 10 ,would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean and convenient!

Super clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Short walk to the beach and to Cologny. We have been staying at Courtside for many years, but this is the first time we tried a ground floor unit. Having a patio was great and was really nice being steps away from the pool. We loved our stay at Courtside 10.

Winter escape

We had a great mid-November vacation on HHI, and we enjoyed Courtside 10. It is nicely renovated and located a convenient walking distance from Coligny Plaza (and is even MORE convenient to the beach, once we finally discovered the access through Seaside Villas)! A very lovely place to stay!

Perfect Getaway for Tennis Camp

We wanted a place close to Van Der Meer Tennis that allowed us to relax and rest in between sessions. The location is perfect, and having the pool right behind the condo was convenient. The condo had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was welcoming and quiet. I twas exactly as they described. We were close to the beach, nice dining and shopping but when we were in the condo, it felt like we were away from the activity of the island. We will definately stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay, perfect location, close to beach and Coligny stores.. had all we needed for a fun week at the beach. Go to the main pool, it is much nicer than the one right outside the patio. ;)

Great location & great condo!

We really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and especially our time at Courtside. The condo was very clean and nice. The residents at the complex were very welcoming and it was a short walk to the beach. Next time we are in Hilton Head we will stay here again!

Great Location!

Great stay

Courtside is a short walk away from the beach so the location is fantastic. The condo has has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The decorations were lovely. The online description matched the location. It is well taken care of. We need a couple extra items and the management group took care of them immediately. There is a pool out the back door so that is convenient. Coligny is a great area because our teens could ride their bikes around the area without any worries.

Family Tradition

We had our 7th family reunion in HHI this year. We had been staying in a neighboring unit for years, but the owners decided to take full-occupancy. We were crushed. Fate brought us to this unit and we LOVE it! It's clean and spacious and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The coffeemaker died and was replaced within an hour of us reporting it!! Only areas of improvement would be to have another recycling bin outside (it was already full when we got there!) and a bit more flatware.
