Nice place with plenty of room. Proximity to the ocean was great and the beach was beautiful. It was nice to have the use of the beach club bathrooms. The place is a little dated but you don’t have to worry about getting anything on white sofas!

The place was exactly as described and an excellent location to spend a week in Hilton Head. Close to the beach, the bike trail, and a pool. The home was the perfect size for our family, that included 3 under the age of 3.

We were originally planning on staying at a different location but due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control we had to be relocated. The change was very smooth and handled very professionally. The property we stayed in was amazing. It was in an excellent location and so beautiful and very clean. Every single thing needed was provided. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking about visiting Hilton Head.

We have been going to Hilton Head every year for almost 20 years and have stayed at various locations. We love the beach there so this location was perfect for us since it is just a short walk along the bike path to get there. This year we weren't as lucky with the weather as it was much windier and wetter than usual but we still had several decent days of sun and surf and we enjoyed a relaxing stay at the condo. It was clean enough and comfortable but has some typical minor maintenance issues that are due for some attention. Still a great value though, and an enjoyable stay. The condo itself is huge, way bigger than what we need for two people, but it was quiet and convenient and we would stay there again! We felt safe and secure and Seashore Vacations was easy to talk to and ready to help quickly with any issues, although we really didn't have any problems during our stay.

This was a great property overall, close to the tennis facility, clean - however, it was missing some things that would have made the stay more enjoyable. No pizza cutter, small things were in disrepair (grill didn't work, toilet handles broke off, etc.), and the AC either was programmed to continue turning off or was broken. Overall, a great stay.

There was an issue with our original booking (which we found out about 8 hours before our arrival) and were moved to this location. Seashore was excellent in this regard and location wise this place was closer to Shipyard's Coligny Beach access point (0.4 miles, about an 8 minute walk). The attendant I dealt with was very nice and even offered to move us closer to where my family has existing timeshares. I would absolutely book with Seashore Vacations again.

The property itself is a little dated, outside of the kitchen I don't think it's been redone since the 1980s as the furniture and bold choices of wallpaper throughout remind me of my grandparents. Parking was also a little problematic in terms of set up, we were here in what's considered low season (off season starts in November) and we continuously had issues because the parking area is wonky compared to stays in other areas of Shipyard (we only had one car!). The views were just okay, the beachwalk condos are very much on top of each other which I think limits your view of the water separating the golf course from the homes.

That said, we like the security of Shipyard and have stayed in this area a few times now and will continue to do so. It's a really lovely area.

The biggest negative for us was the master bedroom skylights; we very much wished there was a shade on them so we didn't get woken up at the break of day whilst vacationing.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and within close walking distance to the beach. It is spacious and well-maintained. If you have a dog, doggie bag stations are conveniently located throughout the property.

Brought the family in from secveral states and stayed at the Shipyard condo. I loved that it was very close to dining and the Coligny beach, which is our favorite. The local beach was an 8 minute shaded walk and is at the Sonesta resort where you can pick up food, drinks and have access to water fountains and bathrooms. The condo was a good size with 2 big family rooms. Some of the guests had to take business calls and they had plenty of privacy. The common araa was very nice with a big TV. The master was very big, and each bedroom has a bathroom. Looks like the flooring has been redone including a new fireplace/hearth. Also, I believe the appliances were new. They had just put a brand new deck in. Pretty quick wifi. Folks were fishing in the pond and catching sizable fish. The pool was on the smaller size but had plenty of seating, and was very close to the condo. Lots of kids at the pool so pretty loud all day. However, no hot tubs and no fitness room.

Highlights: 8 minute walk to beach. Plenty of room for 8+ adults. Close to Caligny beach, close to shopping and dining. New deck, new appliances, etc.

Suggestions: Update the furniture, bedding (bed spreads/comforters). Not a big fan of the sky lights in the master but tough to remove them.

Property management took very good of us when we had an issue, they were prompt and very accommodating!!
Close to the beach is a must, especially if you like to watch the sunrise over the water. Back yard was perfect. Lots of room on the deck plus we could watch the golfers! Watched some great shots while enjoying the sun and a beverage! The walkways and bike trails are beautiful.
The townhouse had plenty of room and had all the basics for our stay.

The property and location are great. The property is inside a gated community, some of the rules of getting into the community need some getting used to if you are coming from far away places. We met one very unfriendly door woman guarding the gate and kind of mood killer. Other than that it is a great vacation spot.

It’s like walking into an 80’s time capsule. Turquoise carpet, paneled walls and a sunken living room. Nearly everything is well-worn. But the mattresses were comfortable, everything worked and the unit was spotless. If you’re looking for an HGTV make-over, move on. But if you want to save a few hundred bucks a week and live in the house you may have grown up in, this is for you.

To improve: the carpet needs to be changed
To have in mind: masterbedroom ́s ceiling has 2 windows for more luminosity with no chance of blackout

We enjoyed the property very much. The older lady we encountered at the office was most unfriendly and even surly. she could have said welcome to HH or Seashore Vacations but instead with a sharp tone in her voice demanded, not asked, my husband to put on his mask. It was like she was talking to or scolding a two year old. The place needs the outlets changed. In many locations only one of the two outlets would not hold a plug. Very strange. But the rest of the place was nice.

We had a great vacation. The property was clean and had a lot of room.
The master bedroom was a great size! I think the room needs to be updated as you walks I. The front door. It needs a tv in that room and new furniture. It was not used much. Overall we love this place for location .

Seashore Vacations Inc was very helpful and accommodating during our week at Beachwalk. We needed a couple of things and they took care of our needs immediately upon request. The condo was a little dated and could use some upgrades but it was also very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had never stayed at Shipyard and were very pleased with it overall. We would definitely do it again!

Walk to beach (8 mins along shaded paved trail) provided good location. Rental was clean with well equipped kitchen. Nice showers. All in all a good experience. Seashore Vacations provided excellent service.

The overall vacation was great from the very moment we arrived . The rental company was easy to find and had everything ready for us to start our vacation. The condo was great and exactly as advertised. The short walk to the beach on a paved pathway. The pool was nice and clean and a very short walk away. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay . Parking was easy we needed 2 spots and had no problem finding them right in front of the condo . Overall from start to finish we had a great time.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. The condo was slightly dated, but met our needs well. The stove was not working, so we couldn't cook anything on it. It was a holiday weekend so I didnt expect to hear anything about the submission for repair. We also found 2 pairs of underwear in the entry room couch from a previous guest. Overall our stay was pleasant.

We had a great week and enjoyed staying in your place. The new washer and dryer are amazing. Having tissues in the bedrooms was a good addition. We never get a chance to use the living room because most of our group needs the TV. We usually enjoy eating on the patio but I couldn't get the table clean enough. Obviously none of us can do anything about the birds! The new chairs are nice and It was helpful to have them covered.

Very attractive rental. The property description was accurate. I do suggest renting a bicycle to make it easier to go to the beach. Minor issues were quickly addressed by the staff at Seashore Vacations. The master bedroom was great. I particularly liked the skylights.

Every time I come to Hilton Head Island for PTR event, I share a villa at Beachwalk with my friends, since those villas have the easiest access to the event site and TO THE BEACH and economical!! They are always clean and well furnished to make our stay comfortable.
