Beachwalk 125

Response time from Will wa excellent. Place was nice enough. Decks and steps were a little run down. Was great to have a washer dryer onsite. Doors and frames were pretty dirty, although the rest of the pace seemed clean. Vacuum cleaner was broken so we couldn’t sweep prior to leaving. Property management was very good, and responsive.

I'll start by saying it's my understanding that this particular condo has been recently purchased by a new owner. With that said the place could use a little TLC (Fresh paint, some new / more cooking utensils pots and pans. Also some attention to the rear deck and chairs. The grill barely held a flame and doesn’t appear very well kept). Overall however the unit is perfect for a family or even 2 small family's. It has 2 masters which are both equipped with big beautiful showers. I will happily stay in this condo again in the future but just hope it get a little attention! Cheers

We have always enjoyed this condo. Unfortunately this time Around the unit was not clean and there were many issues with the furniture. We will return because it is our favorite spot but hopefully next year the issues will be resolved

We stayed in this condo for 2 months. it has everything anyone would need. close to pool, beach everything. very spacious as well. Hope to be back for another visit in the winter. Pete with Seashore vacations was awesome as well

We had no issues at all and the place was ready when we got there even though we were early arriving. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and directly next to the pool.

We pretty much had a good experience. We liked the location and the space in the condo. The downstairs bathroom needs new flooring to the point that the cracked and sunken ceramic is dangerous and dirty. Also, we wished that the grounds out the back of the condo had the pine need mulch like the other condos. The yard was quite dirty and we walked it into the condo whenever we returned from the pool.

Wonderful condo with clean minimalistic furnishing. Easy walk to the beach access for Shipyard. Great deck with table and chairs.

The bedrooms easily sleep 7. I wouldn't count the fold out couch as sleeping for adults. Kids or even teens would be fine though.

The kitchen didn't have a lot of space for the food but it DID HAVE all the necessary kitchen utensils and MORE!

It was a very nice location, very clean . it was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing wrong was in the first floor bath/ laundry there were loose floor tiles around toilet also had cracks toilet must have slight leak. I would still rent this condo again. it is well decorated and very nice beds.

Great place for a family getaway. Upgrades throughout made this a comfortable stay from start to finish. FULLY stocked kitchen...everything you could want and more and very updated. Comfortable bedrooms, good sized baths and showers, very clean! One of the closest properties to the beach access in Shipyard. Hope to stay here again!

The condo itself was in a great location as it was one of the closest units to the path that takes you to the beach. The back deck overlooked the pool, so it made it easy to jump in after a long morning at the beach and lunch. The inside of the unit is nicely done with plenty of space. We are s Family of 4 and went with a family of 4, and everyone had their own space. It was well furnished with day to day needs. If we ever vacation in Hilton Head again, we will seek this place out! And the management company was easy to deal with from booking to check out.

We enjoyed a great long weekend in 125 Beachwalk. Very clean and fresh with obvious new updates on furniture, paint, appliances, etc. Very well stocked. Great location...right across the street from Van Der Meer tennis where we took a 3 day clinic (which I highly recommend). Also right down the sidewalk from the beach. Perfect location...we will definitely book again.

Roomy place to stay! The fact it has 3 and 1/2 baths was wonderful. Great view of the pool! Short walk to the beach! Loved all the turtles! The grandkids fed them bread and lettuce every morning. Of course the kids loved the huge TV. It was nice to have two separate sitting areas downstairs. This is a place you would want to return to every year!

Beachwalk 125 was sold in June 2016 and has lots of new updates. Freshly painted in June, along with new furniture, a deep clean, replaced decking and new appliances.

The condo was spacious with large bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The location is perfect - a few minute walk or bike ride to the beach and right next to the pool. However, there were numerous roaches and ants in the kitchen. Overall, we were satisfied and would consider staying there again.

Thank you for your time and response. All units in Beachwalk are treated for insects on a monthly basis; however, summertime in the south does create an ideal environment for Palmetto Bugs (SC Water Bugs) and sometimes ants are tracked in with food from beach days. We will make sure all insect treatments are up to date and hope that you will come back again.

Townhouse was in great location. You could bike ride, walk, or take shuttle to beach in less than three minutes. Also, pool right out the back door was very convenient. Accommodations were excellent: clean, spacious, TV in every room, plenty of towels, eating and cooking utensils were all new, could use bigger fridge.

The place was in great shape and very a close and convenient walk to the beach. The property management team make it very easy to locate keys, directions, gate passes and are very helpful.

We spent a long weekend with 6 adults at this unite and it worked out really well. The unit was very clean and while the appliances are certainly dated it was fine for the weekend. Only a couple of things I would change for next time. 1) make sure the wifi is turned on; 2) bring or request beach/pool towels 3) get an extra key so there is one per bedroom.

We had a good stay at Beachwalk 125. The condo was well equipped and the location was where we wanted. The condo was fairly clean and ready to go.

Although this was a perfect sized unit for our needs, and a very good location (easy access to beach), the property was just kind'a shabby. Bathrooms had leaky faucets, the windows had slats missing from the vertical blinds, the disposal had a terrible sound when operated, and finally just quit working. Kitchen fairly well equipped, but not what we expected. No lock on the master BR sliding window. The grandkids didn't really notice any of the above, but the improvements necessary would be simple and inexpensive and it's a shame no one did so. Overall it was 'adequate', but that's not what you should be shooting for, is it? I said above I would recommend to a friend only for the location and size.
