Seascape Villas are a large cluster of condos on the “inland” side of South Forest Beach Drive. The complex meanders around lagoons, and has two swimming pools for owners' and guests' use. There is also a beachside cabana on the shoreline across the street, so that residents can change clothes or use the private restrooms without making the trek back home! Configurations range from 1-bedroom/1-bath flats to 3-bedroom/3-bath townhouse villas.
