This 2 bedroom townhouse is the perfect choice for guests who enjoy Golf, Tennis & all of the various amenities that Sea Pines has to offer. This updated villa offers a King in the master and a Queen and Twin in the 2nd bedroom. Overlooking a lagoon, with a peaceful setting where you can watch the different birds of the Island. Guests have unlimited access to the Sea Pines Beach Club via the Sea Pines Trolley in the summer time. In off seasons, you can drive to the beach and park. There is a large complex pool on site. Free Wi-Fi.

HHI vacation

Memorial Day Vacation Week at Heritage Villas!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been vacationing in Sea Pines for years and this Villa did not disappoint us! Sea Turtle staff was wonderful and insured that our time on the Island was positive in terms of accommodations!

End of summer vacation

Our vacation rental was perfect beyond our expectations. Everything was beautiful and clean, and the staff were very responsive when we needed something. We could not have picked a more ideal location, and we would not only come back to stay in the same location, but also trust any other location represented by Sea Turtle Getaways. Our Annual Beach Get Away

We love this property and plan to make it our annual location for years to come. My family has rented this townhouse last 2 years and have already reserved for 2024. It is a great location to bike to Harbor Town for shopping or to the Beach Club for the fun on the beach. The home is nicely decorated and always very clean!!!

HHI Sea Pines family vacation

This was our first time staying in Sea Pines and the whole family loved it! The rental is close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The rental itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Vacation

Perfect

Everything was perfect! The condo had everything we needed and more. Love the location within walking distance of Harbor Town and a bike ride away from the best beach! We are ready to go back to HHI

Perfect location for our family!

We had a wonderful family getaway! The villa was clean and roomy enough for our family of 5 (with two teenagers). We rented bikes, and with the exception of eating out of sea pines and two trips to the grocery, we rode everywhere. Convenient to Harbour Town and only about 15 minutes by bike to the beach club. We rode to South Beach, a little longer for the parents, but still very doable. Any questions we had were answered right away. Would definitely recommend.
