This lovely villa is ideal for golf, beach lovers and nature lovers alike! Enjoy the miles of bike trails that wind their way throughout Sea Pines and past tranquil lagoons. Watch the alligators basking in the sun, great white snowy egrets & blue herons; along with the Deer that can be spotted at dusk. The Sea Pines Beach Club can be accessed via the seasonal FREE Sea Pines Trolley. Perfect Location & Fabulous Views

Great location with beautiful views over Harbour Town. The condo was very accomodatioing and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back.

Great location overlooking Harbour Town

Sea Turtle was perfection to work with. They were attentive and quick to respond. Home was clean upon arrival with a welcoming feel. We had 6 people in our group and it was a TIGHT fit! I understand it sleeps 10, however, seating was tough. There is truly only seating for 5 without moving furniture. There is a lot of heavy furniture which makes the living space look nice, but very tight/claustrophobic. Condo offers fans for the upstairs bedrooms as it got exceptionally hot in July. Thank you for providing them, they were needed! Pool pass was great and location can’t be beat!

Beautiful view and condo

The condo was perfect for a Christmas with the family. It was our second year renting this unit. It's roomy, nicely furnished and stocked, and has a beautiful view of the harbor. Convenient to the shops and restaurants Harbour Town. Sea Turtle was easy to work with.

Family Vaca

•very neat & clean
•well furnished with attractive decor
•excellent location with good proximity to shopping, restaurants, & entertainment
•friendly and responsive housekeeping
•convenient parking
We had ample space for 9, including 3 children.
The kitchen was well equipped, but narrow for more than 3 at the same time.

Nice Place

Overall it's a nice place great location, top floor unit. A couple things we didn't notice from the pictures; the oak tree does block half the view of the marina, great view of lighthouse and sunsets but just know. Also all commodes are the low type not comfort height . Everything was nice and clean , super soft beds, plenty of towels ,etc. Easy check in and check out.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Great location for a family vacation. Villa was well furnished and layout of villa is great for a family—plenty of space for gathering but also the two floors allow for separate spaces. Location is perfect—you can walk to dining, shopping, playground, golf, and marina. Property management company was very easy to deal with and responsive. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and Thayer had someone there to repair in less than an hour.
