Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island presents this villa with magnificent views of the Atlantic's waves rolling onto the miles of broad sandy beach from this fourth floor 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom corner villa located in the secluded Windsor complex within gated Palmetto Dunes.

The open floor plan starts with the fully equipped kitchen, which has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar which is adjacent to the formal dining area with seating for 8. The living room has overstuffed leather furniture, a large flat screen TV, plenty of windows, and sliding glass doors to a large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sights and sounds of waves breaking on the shore. There is also a comfy den with sleeper sofa, full bath, and TV with a DVD player.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV with DVD player, door to the balcony and sea views, plus en suite bathroom with a garden Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed as well, TV with DVD player, door to the balcony, and private bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom. Also included are free wireless internet access and laundry facilities.

The Windsor complex, beautifully landscaped with palm studded gardens, has 2 pools, one for adults, heated seasonally, and one with zero entry and fountain for children, adjacent restrooms, a hot tub, a gazebo with grill, and a private walkway to the broad expanse of beach with outdoor showers. The resort offers a wide variety of activities, easy to reach by bicycle which can be rented nearby.

Palmetto Dunes Racquet Club has 23 clay courts and is a terrific teaching facility offering clinics and lessons for all skill levels. Golfers can try any of three designer courses which test a golfer's skills while providing wonderful views of the ocean and lagoons while seagulls circle overhead. A day on the water can range from renting a kayak or canoe to paddle along the 11 miles of connected lagoons winding throughout Palmetto Dunes to taking a day deep sea fishing or sunset dinner cruise out of Shelter Cove Marina, located just across William Hilton Parkway. A variety of shops line the marina's edge as well as an array of restaurants, many of which offer al fresco dinning.
